I placed a mobile order for a lunch order for my work team and everything was there. They even made sure to get the right sauces with the order. This is one of my go to locations cause they are always on point. Can't wait for my next visit.

You need to have an original chicken sandwich to see why the drive thru live is always busy. We ate inside and it was a very pleasant dining experience

My friend was getting me and my cousin dinner. We stopped at chick fil an around 8:30pm then went inside to order. After getting our food, they forgot a couple drinks so he ran inside to grab them(they forgot the shake, tea, n another drink). I didn't drink it til the next morning but noticed it tasted weird and it seemed like something was in it when I was swirling the shake around. I dumped it out to find a piece of wipe WAS IN THE CUP. This is literally disgusting, im not sure how this happen but it's unacceptable. They did have a friendly attitude when they took our orders but this crap is DISGUSTING !!!!!

I'm not a Chick-fil-A Type Of Girl. I have eaten at many locations and it just wasn't one of my favorites. After today I might have a small change of heart. The North RiverSide Location is the best so far for me. I met up with a friend after work and she was craving for one of Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches. I didn't want to be a mean girl so I decide to give it another shot. We walked in and to my surprise this place was very clean and the decor was amazing. The dining seating area had a beautiful center piece of a vase with flowers on each table. The employees are polite and full of smiles. After we ordered our food to eat inside the cashier gave us a nice holder with our number on it and inside was our sauce and ketchup. This location is a bit crowded like downtown but its cleaner and have more friendly cashiers. The food here even has a more tasty flavor to their food. My burger and fries were fresh and well cooked. I guess it just depends on the area and a good Manager to produce a great staff. Great Food decent prices nice decor and a friendly staff all equals up to A Happy Customers

Bought 4 breakfast chicken sandwiches because I was told that the Spicy Chicken sandwich would take 20 minutes to make due to the oil needing to be warmed up. Mind you I was ordering at 10:23 am so well within the timeframe of the breakfast to lunch menu transition. After ordering the four sandwiches I wanted 4 Polynesian Sauces and I got only three. This location seriously only gives you what THEY want to give you. The customer service is a joke. The Orland park location is a heck of lot better than this location it needs to be closed.

Buttered Biscuit; way better than McDonald's

Decided to come here after reading a couple of posts on Facebook about their breakfast. I set out to taste the equivalent of a sausage McMuffin with egg from McDonald's and the biscuit. Then I also got the biscuit egg and cheese sandwich. It was just o.k.; the muffin w/sausage egg and cheese, I was a little too bland ... The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was soooo dry, you could choke on it... however the plain biscuit was better than McDonald's bc it was split open and buttered...

The interest in visiting has always been there because I work nearby and ever since I tried their fries which were ordered by my coworker, I wanted to visit. Poor Boy sits along Roosevelt Rd in a high traffic area in Maywood. The parking lot itself is private with an acceptable number of parking spaces available. While pulling my vehicle into a parking space, I could not ignore the smell of the food looming in the air which built anticipation to enter. Once I entered, I stood in a line which gave me time to browse the menu as the customer ahead of me ordered. After the customer ordered, the employee took my order, giving off an enthusiastic vibe in the process. Here I was thinking that I would visit and order just fries, but nope! That changed once I saw the fish sandwich on the menu as an option. I was asked by the employee if I wanted the combo instead and I accepted! Now best believe I was not going to visit Poor Boy and not order those delicious fries that my coworker knows that I love. My order was completed in no more than 8 minutes, and I was well on my way. I opted out of dine-in, choosing to take my order to go because I did not want to be in the area long. We all know how terrible the traffic is in the area, and I had no interest in being out in it. Moreover, the restaurant appeared decently clean, and the atmosphere gave off a fast-food restaurant vibe. And inside, there were an acceptable number of tables with seats inside of the dining area. Upon getting inside of my vehicle I could not resist eating those fresh tasting fries before even driving out of the parking space, tehehe. It was a good thing that I had them in my lap eating them because they helped calm my nerves while being amongst impatient drivers along Roosevelt Rd. I swear! The elastic on my panties is wearing out from having to pull them up, just to deal with impatient drivers on the road. I must admit that food cures anything, but I do wish that the employees did not chunk extra un-bagged loose fries inside of the bag, burying my fish sandwich underneath in the process. I mean come on, sheesh! The first bite of the fish sandwich left me with a mouth full of fish, lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce! However, the first words out of my mouth after swallowing that first bite was, "Mmm, that is good!". I have to say that the fish sandwich swayed the rating I had intended on giving Poor Boy because of those loose fries. I am glad that I finally considered visiting because it would have prolonged the chance of tasting their fish sandwich. I could very well re-visit and order from Poor Boy again because it sits in an area that I frequent. Whenever that visit depends on the craving of my tastebuds at the time. Putting a whole salad on a hot dog takes what could have been a guilty fast food meal and makes it feel fresh and dare I say, healthy? My friend who grew up here had the protip of getting a cup of cheese for the fries, why not? I just ate so many veggies! We also got an Italian beef with sweet peppers to split. I have had Italian beef before, so this wasn't a new flavor, but it's been awhile, and when I tell you I didn't remember the beef being so flavorful. I think next time I would get it with hot peppers, but the sweets weren't bad. Get a lemon ice if it's warm out, it was smooth and tart and a great finish to a great meal to round out my Chicago trip!

So it was all about the beef and sausage sandwich for me and I will say I found the sausage to be spicier than the peppers themselves which was totally awesome as anything that's hot I'm game for, while it wasn't overly bearing hot it just had a good flavor to it with every component especially the beef itself which honestly I kinda wish I would have only gotten the beef as I just enjoyed it's flavor on that yummy bread with the sweet and the hot peppers! They had a tamale here too and it was ok it was 4 small pieces that were easy to share or had a good corn flavor to it while it was yummy It really reminded me of the ones that you can find on the corner of Rampart & Beverly in LA as the flavor was very similar to me. The cheeseburger was okay, but the patty was smaller than expected and could have used a bit more seasoning to really stand out. It wasn't bad, just a little underwhelming compared to other spots. The loaded fries were a highlight--topped with cheese, Italian beef, and fresh jalapeños. They were flavorful and absolutely massive, easily a meal on their own. We also had the breaded steak sandwich, which was decent but could have used some jalapeños for extra flavor. Portion-wise, it was very generous and easily enough for two people to share. The chicken fingers were just okay--good size, but again, a bit more seasoning would have helped. The mushrooms were solid, and the onion rings were better than most--big and crispy--but there were quite a few broken pieces. We also tried the famous cannoli shake, which tasted exactly like you'd expect--a cannoli in liquid form. If you like cannolis, you'll probably enjoy it. Overall, not a bad spot with generous portions and friendly service, but some items--especially the burgers--could use a bit more flavor and a larger patty to really stand out.
