I'm not a Chick-fil-A Type Of Girl. I have eaten at many locations and it just wasn't one of my favorites. After today I might have a small change of heart. The North RiverSide Location is the best so far for me. I met up with a friend after work and she was craving for one of Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches. I didn't want to be a mean girl so I decide to give it another shot. We walked in and to my surprise this place was very clean and the decor was amazing. The dining seating area had a beautiful center piece of a vase with flowers on each table. The employees are polite and full of smiles. After we ordered our food to eat inside the cashier gave us a nice holder with our number on it and inside was our sauce and ketchup. This location is a bit crowded like downtown but its cleaner and have more friendly cashiers. The food here even has a more tasty flavor to their food. My burger and fries were fresh and well cooked. I love coming to this place. But I got something weird on my Mac and Cheese look like glass or something else. I went to front desk and she wanted to replace it or give me the money back for me that is not a problem. The problem for me was the manager didn't even came to me and apologize for the problem I had. I'm a person I don't like to make a problem but at least have the courtesy to apologize for the company name. My goodness, there is always 5-8 employees up front but NO ONE is working the takeout counter, they walk back and forth talking and laughing with one another. Way too many workers at this location during this time.. the worlds still trying to open up and here's chick-fil-A , closed on a Sunday, so they have to make up for it with the massive amount of workers huddled together during the weekday. The staff was very friendly and pretty efficient taking orders and they had a special if you downloaded the app you would get a free sandwich! I ordered the chicken club sandwich with the waffle fries. The chicken was very tender and seasoned really good although it was kinda small compared to the bun size. Came with three bacon slices, a tomato and some lettuce. The waffle fries were really good! I definitely want to come back and try their chicken minis! This is the WORST location ever! World headquarters need to visit them and close them down! I continued to patronize them because it's close to my job, but never again! Time and time again, they get my order wrong and leave my sauces out. One time they even ran out of grape jelly! Today I placed my breakfast order and arrived at the restaurant before 10:30. The outside cashier was extra slow so by the time we got to the cashier, breakfast ended. I paid $16.06 and it was already deducted from my bank account. They couldn't fulfill my order, even though I was already in line before the cut off time. They canceled my order and I left empty handed with no food. I was livid! And to top it all off, the indoor cashier called me a b**** right before I pulled off. I didn't have time to go back and address it because I had to go to work. I wanted my food or my money back TODAY. Why can't I the food that I paid for?! Also, I have to wait 3 days before I get my money back! They took my money immediately, so why couldn't I get my money back immediately?! I called corporate and they wasn't helpful either! 2 minutes: The personal record-breaking time that we had to wait from ordering our food to having it delivered to us. We hadn't even sat down yet! My friend and I came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and there were about 5 occupied tables. This location also has a drive-thru, with some mystery prizes on select days of the month for using the drive thru. There are also some specials that you can see on their monthly calendar inside the restaurant. The cashier was THE nicest staff member I have ever encountered at a CFA. She did give me a questionable facial expression when I requested an Arnold Palmer for my spicy chicken deluxe meal, but was happy to request that for me. Maybe it's a West Coast thing, but I've never had any surprised reactions from ordering a half lemonade, half unsweetened iced tea. Food was great, the fried chicken in my spicy deluxe was a little spicier than the usual, but that was fine with me. The buns were soft, lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the chicken was oh-so-satisfying. The fries, on the other hand, were way too salty. My friend agreed on that, so that would be my only feedback. They never get your order right, they leave items off your order and when you call in to talk to the owner of location, he acts like he is not there. I order the same thing each time I go there. This is by far the worst Chick Fil A that I have visited in the past year, and I've been to many. The owner here has no idea what he's doing and it shows by such a vast margin compared to the other Chick Fil A restaurants that I have been to. Hopefully corporate is aware of this as this location harms the brand in a big way. They have no clear markings in their parking lot for which lane you need to be in when picking up a mobile order. If you're in the wrong lane when you get to the drive through person, they make you go back in line and wait 10-15 minutes. An absolute joke. All other locations I have been to service mobile orders in either line. But again, the issue here is there are no clear markings and when you get up to the person in drive through, they tell you you need to be in the other line as if it's something obvious. It's not, in any way, obvious. They have no clear indication that a mask must be worn while in the drive through. Had I known they required it, I simply would have gone to another Chick Fil A because none of the ones I have been to have such requirement for either curbside pickup nor drive through pickup. If that's their policy that's fine, but a customer should not be blindsided by this requirement after waiting in line 10-15 minutes. They should have markings or signs all over the place to make it clear you will be denied service if you don't have one. Again, amateur hour. It honestly felt like I was at a completely different chain when going to this location. The aforementioned points made the experience absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't consider coming back here again. I'll go to one of the well run locations in close proximity to this dump. read more

Yummy breakfast I pass by here every morning and today I decided to stop and I'm glad I did. The chicken bowl is going be be great for lunch.
