We just went thru the drive thru and got a single and a coke. What could go wrong? Everything! The burger was cold and so so and they couldn't even get the coke right. The coke was watery. No coke taste whatsoever and some odd orangey underlying taste. To make things worse it was expensive. At McDonald's I could get a Big Mac french fries and a Coke for the same price. I ordered the small southwest salad in the drive thru. The first window person said absolutely nothing - took my card and handed it back. The 2nd window - people were filling sodas but not a look my way or a word spoken until I was handed the salad with a thank you. There are signs all of the place saying FRESH salads. No Way! this salad had to have been made 4 to 5 days ago. Lettuce was "rusted", parts of the leaves were clear, and the salad was generally watery. The salad would have been very good for the price otherwise if only it was FRESH. Not sure if I'll ever return. Am I asking too much from a fast food place? Don't even want to give them 1 star. Was in there on Saturday 10 April. Drive Thur had a long line so decided to go inside. Big mistake. Their fryer oil was so old and burnt there was a haze though out the whole building. My lungs sized up and I started coughing. Couldn't even stay inside long enough to get our order. The friend I was with had to get it and bring it to the car. We had planned on eating inside and I couldn't breathe because of the haze .If their oil is that burnt Don't want to eat any thing coming out of it. Drove through at 11:30 on the way to the beach and tried the new bbq burger. Totally cold. The meat, the cheese, the onion rings, the sauce... normally I would've returned and had them at least nuke it warm, but the attitude of the cashier made me afraid what I would've gotten "extra" when they returned it to me. Not even really comfortable getting frostys at this location after seeing all the health code violations this location gets. Sad, really; my family had been stopping here on the way to or from the beach since I was a child. But even nostalgia can't beat this nonsense. Who owns this franchise? As I arrived to this location, it was just about to close and the staff were nice enough to stay open just a little bit longer. Through ordering, the staff treated me with the upmost respect and when i arrived at the window the staff in the front was even nicer! My food came out fresh and better than I expected. With paying, I unfortunately did not have the other dollar or two needed to pay and the gentlemen in the window was nice enough to spot me the rest. I don't understand why this location gets the reviews it gets, but in my opinion it was an amazing experience. I will be back! read more

I don't often get fast food, but I like that Wendy's has healthy-ish options. But - this is the WORST. WENDY'S. ANYWHERE. EVER. If I could give zero stars, I would. I really wish the manager would train, do QC or something... Chili? Nope - how about tomato soup with no meat or beans? Fries? Nuh-uh - how about some old ass reheated ones that resemble fingernails? Burger or chicken sandwich? Forget it - they will f**k it up every time, typically adding extra of whatever you ask them to NOT put on it. No mayo? Employees are slow and rude. There were only 3 people in line inside of restaurant but it took them almost 20 minutes to fill my order which was only a burger and fries. There was no excuse for the rude attitude of the employees. They acted as if they were doing us a favor being here. I definitely wont be back. When I went to order the lady I was talking to was extremely nice and polite but then a guy cut her off and was being extremely rude and seemingly couldn't care less. I had then asked for ketchup with my order which they replied with a statement saying they were confused. After explaining that I only ordered one combo and I wanted ketchup with it. After I had paid the guy I was talking to was quickly handing me my stuff and wasn't even looking at me nor did he say a word at all to me. This place is notorious for messing up orders! You will get the wrong stuff, be missing stuff, stuff that ain't food, stuff that ain't cooked, etc... It's like they are trained in the "Art of Messing Up Orders!" If there are any Wendy's Experienced Franchisees out there you should buy this place. It's in a great location and if ran by the right person would be very successfull... That's after you can prove that the place has changed and clean up the reputation this place has gotten.
