Useless staff. Waited in line for 15 minutes behind a van who was actively waiting to order. Van orders, I pull up and I hear " give me one moment." No problem. Five mins later I say "hello?" and get a "give me a minute". Two minutes later, "what can I get for you?" I placed my order, then paid cash at the first window. Took the lady two minutes to count a $5 bill and two $1 bills. Second window...music blasting from inside the kitchen, and another ten minutes to get my burger and medium fry. Should've left before even placing my order, but I'm stubborn, and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger sounded great. Never again. read more

I was in drive thru, note says short staff to please be patience. How long does"be patience " mean. Several cars from the line behind me had already pulled out and left. Like 3 cars in front of me pulled forward. I sat being patience, employee came on said someone would be with shortly. I continue to sit but by this time I'm beginning to get hungry and committed. I was trying to do DoorDash at this location and I gave them the name the name was only SB they then told me there was a name on the order I told them all we had was SB I continue to tell them that and she told me otherwise again we offered to show her the phone we pulled around and wouldn't you know it it said SB right on the name. Rude staff didn't even say a word to us i've never had a problem with your Night Shift before but the people you have on staff right now are awful. read more

After waiting 25 mins in drive thru for a burger, fries and drink, I drive home to find the burger I've been given isn't what I ordered. When I returned for a refund, the store was filthy with food all over the floor. Then I was threatened by a fat male employee there. What a sorry excuse for a business! read more

This Wendy's is usually pretty good about getting your orders right with staff that is nice. They normally have a line in the drive thru, but it moves quickly. The only complaint is the sometimes miss the sauce, ketchup or mayo we ask for. I don't think it is intentional, but because when not so busy they always put it in, think it is a matter of just being in a hurry. read more

Out of the two Wendy's restaurants in Salisbury, this one is by far everything the E. Innes St location isn't. The staff is very friendly, helpful, fast, and accurate. After I place my order at the drive-thru menu, I get my food within 3 to 5 minutes. Even when they're busy, they expedite their orders in an efficient manner. My fries weren't hot but those are always minor in my eyes. The burger was much better than the other location. Care and attention to detail, not thrown together sloppily. I'm unsure why but I was given a free small Frosty which took me by surprise. But it's still a good place to eat. I personally like it because the ingredients are fresh, nothing added to the meat. This place is further away from my house but I take the time to drive to it just because I enjoy the food and excellent customer service. read more

The girl that took our order was very friendly. The dinning room was gross their was food all over the floor and the tables were not clean. To me it does not matter if it's fast food or a steakhouse the shift manager should make sure that the restaurant is clean. Take pride in your job no matter what job it is. read more

The line was extremely long it took over 20 minutes for my order to be acknowledged and when I got to the speaker I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Once my order was taken I had an employee read my order back which was incorrect I gave them my money and they replied with "mmhmm". I proceeded to go to the window where I waited an additional 10 minutes and the customer service was terrible. I was not greeted and the food was given to me very rudely. When I asked for extra sauce and ketchup my request was denied. I decided to check my order once more and I ordered a burger and a 4 for 4. I received a chicken sandwich instead of my burger and my 4 for 4 was incorrect. I attempted to get out of my car and go inside but the doors were locked. I got back into my car and had to get back in line and wait an additional 30 minutes for my incorrect order to be acknowledged. read more

The meal was quite delicious come out in a very proper timely fashion. Good cold drinks nice clean lobby. But there's a problem when the customers have to tell the manager to quiet down and treat his staff better when you can hear him echoing through the restaurant being absurd and cursing. Perfectly average meal overall, decent quality food, nothing out of the ordinary. If you've had Wendy's before it's fairly consistent. We had the meals taken home, so I can't speak much for the quality of the restaurant, however the drive-thru servers were decent and paced well enough that you didn't feel rushed or delayed. Every separate meal came in a different paper bag, making identifying who got what a lot easier. The meal itself consisted of one of their green teas, a ten-piece chicken nugget meal, and a plain baked potato. They got the order correct, but I didn't ask for anything customized so it wasn't too difficult to prepare. The tea was unusually fruity, but I won't say it tasted bad. As for the potato, the container had some condensation from the heat, but it didn't ruin the potato itself. The bag came with some salt and pepper packets, some fake butter, and some sour cream, and they all worked fine on the potato (outside of the sour cream, which I didn't use). The chicken nuggets were incredibly average, about the same flavor and consistency as any fast food chicken nugget you could choose. In summary, the meal was intensely average in every way possible, but it's exactly what anyone who goes to Wendy's expects. It's not "the new Mediterranean place", you go there for fast food, and that's all it needed to be. read more

I stop at this Wendy's any time I am in Salisbury. By far they have the best burger of any Wendy's I've been too recently.. The taste reminds me of the Wendy's burgers of old.. Pile of napkins please.. Dave would be proud.. Fast drive through as well.. Even if there is a line I get right through.. (Sign of a good manager IMHO). read more
