Food was ok, soda was flat, service was ok. Paid cash and they shorted me and when I said something they said they don't do pennies. I understand that however why then r u keeping my money just because. Anywhere else this has happened they have given me more back. What's Wendy's doing with all of the extra cash in their registers? read more

My son and I wanted the Krabby Patty combos. Saw an ad featuring the location on mid rivers. I roll into the Drive-thru, noticing there is zero SpongeBob worthy signage. I ask if they have it? No, they do not. The jungermann location isn't too far out of the way so I head there. it's around 2pm, between lunch and dinner rushes and I'm on a mission for a pineapple under the sea Frosty! As I pull into Jungermann, i notice SpongeBob signage in the windows. Cool. At the speaker, i request a Krabby Patty combo, no bun. And request another combo with a bun. I head for the window. I have no idea what it cost/ glare on the ordering window so i just pay. I am handed 1 frosty and a bag with 1 fry and 2 burgers. I say i ordered 2 combos. Guy says i only ordered a 2nd burger. Ok, no biggie, can i just buy another combo? NOT AT THE WINDOW. You mean i have to go back through the drive thru? Yes... There are no cars behind me. I'm sure I look annoyed af, but I say ok, probably with a big sigh. i drive around the building, order what i need and I'm on my way. The Krabby Patty is ok, the frosty is pretty good. No special packaging so if you aren't parked by the SpongeBob ad on the window, it's just another burger meal. I brought my bunless burger home to put on my own gluten free bun and reheated the fries. It's fast food so my expectations were met. read more

Wendy's - Krabby Patty combo - my own gf bun subbed in at home. - Burgers Near Me - Saint Peters, Missouri

Arrived and the doors were locked but no sign. I came through the drive thru and no response, so naturally pulled to the window. The female dirty blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail, black glasses refused to waist me staring nothing went off on her headset. She advised me that I needed to go back through the drive thru. The female was raising her voice when I simply asked her name stating it was not needed. I went back through the drive thru only to be the third car and had to wait over twenty minutes for my order. The female was not apologetic or tried to assist in anyway. I asked for a manager she refused. I asked why lobby was closed no answer. I asked why my order was marked ready and she stated no one marked it ready even when I showed her it was ready. Food received was cold so must have been sitting for a bit. I can't comment on ambiance since the lobby was locked for unknown reasons. read more

I have never been to a fast food restaurant with worse customer service. Likely stems from leadership/management. These people need some serious training on how to interface with the general public read more

Too bad I can't do a zero on this review. Walked into Wendy's five people behind the counter talking and they had a kiosk thing to order from so nobody would wait on us pretty bad business if you ask me so we left without getting anything, I hope a manager sees this cause this really is not right. read more

Avoid this location, the food was not up to par for a normal Wendy's. The drink machine was open and non-functional upon arrival, no carbonation when it was "fixed" read more

Our family eats at this Wendy's store at least twice a week. We placed a mobile order as we often do on our way home from church. When we got home, my wife was eating her cheese potato, and she noticed an odd odor. Three out of the four people in the room smelled her potato and it made them gag. We had to open the doors and a few windows to air out the room. I immediately took the receipt and the potato back to the store. Smelling the potato in the car made me nauseous. When I arrived at the store, I asked for the manager. The manager came up to the front counter. I asked her to smell the potato and cheese and she said it smelled just fine. I couldn't believe my ears. I asked her to have another employee smell it. She walked back into the kitchen and When she came back, she said the potato smells just like all their potatoes. If all their potatoes smell like the one we were served, that store would never sell another potato. The managers attitude was "I couldn't care less what this customer thinks". I was shocked. Clearly, she had no concern or interest in customer service. No apology, no offer to give us another potato or give us our money back or give us a coupon for a future visit. A big fat nothing! I intend to find the owner of this store and share this story with them. Rest assured, we will find another Wendy's location to do business and hopefully under different ownership. My name is B French and I approved this message! read more

Ewww. Floors were sticky and the soda machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. One group came and left without ordering, several people were standing for a long time waiting for some one to greet them at the counter. read more

Went the other night and got a chicken nugget kids meal for my daughter and they literally forgot to put the chicken in the meal so it was a small half empty fry and a bbq sauce with a toy the guy at the drive through was rude and made us wait a ridiculously long time to order this place needs to just be closed down it is worthless and i wont be back read more

Hey so if you want awful service, bad food, as well as the feeling of getting hit in the face with a brick look no further! No matter what time of day they'd rather sit on their ass and milk the clock than work so your food was probably made the night before and sitting there until you came to order it. So the once in a blue moon chance you get fresh anything might as well take it and run with it, even if it's wrong because when you come back it won't be that way again. Makes sense on why it has 2.2 stars, the only ones voting high are the employees to keep this shit hole open. Any other Wendy's tho, great food and service and you don't get treated like fresh manure. Do with this as you will I'm just the messenger! read more

Worst service ever. Went through the drive through and they screwed up my order. Went back through (waiting in line ) and they screwed the same order up again after asking me twice ) Went back through and went to the door where they are standing smoking in the restaurant and they told me they had No manager on duty and that I couldn't come in or fix my order at the door There is one gal there that is wonderful. She was just coming in when we pulled through the second time Will not frequent this store again until they open the dining room Not happy read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. they're the most disrespectful people ive ever came across. the person working the the drive thru (her name was summer) was a big a$$ hole and refused to take my order. she looked as if she had ent showers in many weeks. she belongs in a mental ward with the way she spoke to me and my family. read more

Sadly, I had to rate this as a single star because my choice would not include a star. The quality of this restaurant is subpa... I had a Doordash delivery where someone at Wendy's neglected to put the Cinnabon order into our bag. When I called to inquire about the missing item, an associate or manager met me with a rude, matter-of-fact attitude. "Yea,, we forgot.".. This demeanor is unacceptable to a customer who has paid for an item through a delivery service in which the pricing is elevated and expects to receive it. While I was informed to work with DoorDash for a refund, I would recommend customers to stay clear of ordering an item through a delivery service if you are not at the counter to double check their accuracy and ensure they did not "FORGET" your meal. read more

The staff here is beyond rude - BEYOND. Food is ok, but i's a nightmare having to actually go there or drive thru. I've had people stand at the window for drive thru and just stare at me. Had people say NOTHING to me when handing me my order. Awful, awful, awful. And the managers, while nice, isn't doing anything to fix the problem. read more

Major issue tonight with very rude manager at this location, will NEVER eat at this location again. The District Manager is aware since I called Wendys Customer Care and lodged a complaint with full details and they are calling me back to follow up early next week. read more

Employees at this location are rude and manager is really rude . I just wanted to add something to my order and was told we can't do that at the window you need to drive back around , there was no one else in line , are you serious I have to drive all the way around the building and speak into the box again to order chicken nuggets ? Then when I told them I was calling the 800 number to complain they told me good luck with that . read more

I ordered burgers and the baconator fries. The fries looked good but they were buried under a black mountain of very burnt and questionable bacon. Quality of food is awful. Recently, my husband's French fries were stale and cold in one order. Fries were missing in a separate order. Burger dried out in another order. And lastly, my salad was old with slimy lettuce and old apples. We will never return. read more

I frequently place mobile orders because the coupons are pretty solid on the app. They've gotten to know me fairly well in the drive thru late at night lol always super nice. If my food ever takes even remotely too long they do something to make up for it. Quick and easy and accurate. Way faster than Taco Bell next door and way friendlier than Popeyes. Will continue to come here. read more

This Wendy's I will no long be going to. I'm very disappointed in the worker Lilly, not only did she a racial slur but now she is ranting about me on her social media account! Very disappointed in the manager at this location and would like for this "problem" to be fixed. As told me on a call, the manager said that this problem would be fixed. Seems like it hasn't. And Lilly I know you'll be reading this. This is a real account I made this account because of the Wendy's situation I had. So if you would like I can come up to speak to your manager about this to show you I am a real person. Disrespectful is the only word I have for this Wendy's. read more

I have a bad history with this particular location getting my order wrong, but recently I've been going back, against my better judgment. Turns out, I should have listened. I ordered a lemonade with my food today and noticed that it tasted like fermented sugar... When we called to inform them, we were told, "I drink it all the time, that's how it's supposed to taste." Well, I drink it a lot too, and I can assure you, it is NOT supposed to taste like that. It doesn't help that the fries tastes old, too. You put the final nail in your own coffin, Jungermann Wendy's. I realize I complain a lot, but when your product has gone off and you have a history of giving me the completely wrong order, I feel as though my complaints are more than justified. I urge any other customers NOT to go to this location. If you're on lunch and don't have the time to visit the Mid Rivers location, just go across the street to McDonald's instead. Tl;dr - food isn't fresh, orders are frequently wrong and customer service is awful. Do not recommend. read more

Terrible Customer Service!! Only had two people working during the dinner rush. People behind me left the drive-through and asked me if the drive-through was open. I told the car behind me that they were open, but they were just running slow. What can I say? I've been a fan of this place since watching my first episode of Epic Meal Time, the TurBacon Epic episode. (Its a bird, in a bird, in a bird, in a bird, in a pig!) They top off this bacon covered meat gem with Wendy's Baconators, and thus was born my curiosity. Since that day, I've ingested a hefty number of these fantastic sammiches, and I must say that it is a rare occasion that this burger doesn't hit the spot. (and as I type, a competitor burger joint's commercial is playing featuring the Epic Meal Time crew--Epic Coincidence!) Let's break this down into reality, I'm rating this place as a fast food chain. If you are looking for a fast food burger, this is your 5 star choice. The Baconator is the best, but the Son of Baconator will soothe the appetites of anyone with a less than Epic appetite. The fries are also pretty decent, not the best, but pretty damned good. They also have a great selection of chicken sandwiches and smaller burgers, a great dollar menu as well. One thing that sets this place apart from the rest of the drive and eat joints is that when in season, the fish sammich is real Cod, which makes it the best fish sammich available at a drive thru. Don't get me wrong, this is no 5 star yuppie cafe, this is purely a 5 star Fast Food joint. If you've never tried it, you are missing out on a damned good meal! read more
