The employee at the window, an older woman wearing glasses, did not greet me and spoke in a very rude and irritated manner. She seemed upset that I was picking up my order through the drive-thru. When I politely asked for two ketchup packets, she first ignored the request and then responded angrily, saying that these cost money. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional, and she closed the window abruptly after handing them to me. As a regular customer, I was surprised and uncomfortable with the way I was treated.
