1 missing Bacon Double Stack, and a missing French Fries.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Wendy's. Several items I paid for were missing from the bag, which is unacceptable. When politely confronting a very rude and angry manager, with proof of my receipt, I was told to leave when I politely asked for the rest of my food which I was not given. This shows a lack of attention to detail and poor service. Please address this issue immediately.

I loved my vanilla frosticino! And that's a small btw

I've been to this location twice in the past two weeks and I love their frosties and frostycino (coffee with vanilla soft serve in it). So so so good! Their junior burger is a little dry tbh and not exciting at all. When I went the first time I brought my dog. Three employees came to the take out window to look at him and complimented on how pretty he is and gave him dog biscuits. I thought that was so cute. Makes me feel that nice people work there and makes me want to come back for sure.

Messed up our drinks and did not include sauces we asked for. Usually have a good experience here and food is always hot and fresh, though.

Doesn't get any worse, slowest "fast" food ever. Average drive through time with 2 cars, 30 minutes.

Order was completely wrong via drive-through, but the staff were super-friendly and fast. I guess that's how it goes with dinner rush.

Horrible restaurant. Order is always wrong and/or missing, and the quality is awful. Do not go here!

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

(22 reviews)

I am wavering between being happy and sad that they don't have these in Buffalo. Stopped with my…read moreteens who saw them on TikTok and begged to go. We walked in to the most pleasant host who happily took our order. I am not much of a finger eater but these were great. The fries were great. The Texas toast was great. The price was great. There was even the option to sit inside or out of a patio.

Raising Canes has officially opened in Rocky River, Ohio and it is located close to the Westgate…read moreMall on Center Ridge Road. I've been to other Raising Canes locations. I ordered a Chicken Combo meal. CANIAC COMBO ($11.59) -- This is the 6-piece chicken finger combo that I ordered. My order unfortunately came with only 4 chicken fingers instead of 6 and I only realised this once I reached my friend Gabby's house so someone made a mistake when putting together my order. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a good picture of my whole chicken-finger meal before I started eating but I've attached a photo below. Besides chicken fingers, the caniac combo comes with a small container of coleslaw, garlic bread, fries, and two small special sauces. A 32 ounce soft drink of your choice is included as well. I got a large lemonade drink on the side which I shared with my friend because that would have been too much sugar for me to drink. MENU -- The whole menu at all Raising Canes is a 3, 4, or 6 piece chicken finger combo. They also have a kids combo (2 chicken fingers) and a sandwich combo (3 chicken fingers). The 3 chicken fingers combo does not come with coleslaw but the 4 chicken finger combo does include coleslaw on the side. PRO TIP -- If your get any of their combos without a soft drink (soda), your bill will be reduced. I actually got Raising Canes the very next day at the Lakewood location and ordered the 3-piece combo ($6.99) which comes with a 22-oz fountain drink. I did not order the drink and my bill was reduced by a dollar so I only paid $5.99. I tend not to order soda pop and instead opt for drinking water at home. FOOD RATING -- I've had Raising Canes plenty of times before. I first had it while I was a undergraduate University student in Columbus, Ohio. I've also been to their Strongsville and Lakewood locations here in Cleveland. The chicken fingers are good for a fast food joint but nothing beats chicken fingers from Upper Crust. The fries here could be crispier and firmer. The garlic bread is tasty. The special sauce is what Raising Canes is known for and I love it. I believe it is a type of mayonnaise mixture. SERVICE -- Great! If you have never tried Raising Canes before then I recommend it for a quick fast food option. **** - 15/200 total reviews in 2020 - 391 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 12 February 2020

Firehouse Subs - Streamer 8"

Hands down a big fan of Firehouse Subs. The bread is so soft, they have a great selection of…read moretoppings and sides and drinks. Everything always tastes so fresh. But this location specifically, is always on top of their game! I typically order online and always have at least one note per order and it is always 100% correct. In addition, their staff is super friendly and orders are usually ready early. And not to mention, I love how on top of COVID-19 procedures they are.

No greeting, no "Welcome to Firehouse," no smile, no acknowledgment--just silence and disinterest. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them by showing up. During my most recent visit, the ice machine was broken. One of the employees stood nearby texting on his phone. Hopefully, he was reporting the issue--but I doubt it. There was no heads-up, no courtesy mention at the register that there'd be no ice for beverages like "iced" tea, soda, or lemonade. You just found out after you ordered. On a previous visit, there was no tea available at all. Yes, my sandwich was fine. It had all the ingredients (though I didn't get the pickle I was offered). But that should be the bare minimum, not the high point. We should expect more--especially from a brand like Firehouse that prides itself on service and community. I genuinely tried to share this feedback privately through the Firehouse Subs website, but their customer service portal locked up. That's frustrating--and why I'm posting here instead. I'd have preferred to keep this between me and the company, but they didn't make that possible. To be clear: I'm not trying to shame these young workers. I hope someone trains and mentors them. But being on your phone during a shift, ignoring customers, and offering zero hospitality is not how you build a strong team or a loyal customer base. Rocky River deserves better. And Firehouse Subs should expect better.
