Ken identified opportunities for some value engineering to replace the parts that were absolutely needed (heater), and make due with other parts that other pool contractors told me had to be replaced. She repaired the bulk head leak, but the filter tank seal kept leaking despite multiple attempts to reseal it. My regular pool service guy also had problems sealing it in the past. Granted the filter tank is 15 years old. Stacey worked with our home warranty company and got us a brand new tank! Yahoo! Stacey order the same tank since the space where our tank sat was small. I think it took less time for her to install the new tank, than to repair our old one. :) Thank you Stacey. We really appreciate your dedication to your work and working with our home warranty company.

She was very knowledgeable in the field and performed such quality service that I kept her business card in my desk for almost eight months. We would have changed over to her company sooner but my husband and I already had a pool service company and we were both disillusioned in to thinking that service providers in southern Cali were all about the same (i.e. would show up when and if they had the time that week). Once we got to the point of paying for a weekly service but receiving subpar biweekly service and only upon our calling to remind them to come out, we knew we had nothing to lose by trying a new pool service company. Stacey is exactly how I remember her from our first encounter. She provides prompt quality pool service. Don't be disillusioned in thinking that you have to settle for subpar service, Stacey of California's Tru Blue provides quality service at a competitive price.

They schedule a service tech on a particular day each week. They test, add chemicals, skim pool, clean baskets and tiles, brush, and even vacuum. They even take a photo after they are done and email you a report. Great value for all the services! Our tech David is awesome. Super chill, hard working, and I love that he latches our gate softly when exiting (takes care of our property). Communication is great. We had a small leak in our tank. I emailed the office and Giana coordinated the fix. Awesome service! Yes, they have dedicated repair staff too. I wish I would have found this team years ago. FYI...we just had them resurface our pool too. See my review on their CE Pools page. Cheers.

I had an interaction with the owner Ken this morning that was downright rude, unnecessary and lends…read morezero support to his website claims of customer service and family friendly service. Ken came to clean the neighbors pool. The neighbor has room for about 8 cars / trucks in their driveway. Instead of Ken parking in the customers driveway or on the main street, Ken chose to park behind my driveway and make it difficult, if not impossible, for us to exit our driveway while his truck was parked behind it. As the Neighbors had just moved in, I *assumed* that Ken would be back and apparently didn't know he was 1) parked in a NO parking Alleyway; 2) blocking us in which could result in damage to my vehicle or his; and 3) it's garbage day and our garbage and the neighbor's garbage would not be picked up while his truck was blocking and parked in the NO parking alley. I'm not sure what was wrong with Ken today, but he literally said "I call Bullshit" that this is an alley and that I can't park here - and insinuated - you should be able to maneuver out of your driveway. I've lived here for 12 years. The Alley is not a public street because it is not WIDE enough to be a public street. Hence why it is a no Parking Alley. When I suggested he actually park in the neighbors driveway - which had PLENTY of room - he asked if he was "allowed" to park in their driveway???? Given the choice of parking behind a someone's driveway - potentially setting him and us up for accidental damage to our vehicles or actually parking in a clients driveway - his choice was to swear at me, basically call me a liar and be exceedingly rude.... Yep - this is a guy who takes customer service seriously, right ?
