This Sunday evening, they were out of lettuce (a supply chain issue) and out of fries (no idea why). Which was fine for me in keto. Others who had gone to the trouble of parking and walking in turned and left disappointed. I ordered my "Son of Baconator" and a Sugar Free Lemonade on the app and a very nice young lady brought them to me. It was not the sugar free lemonade so she brought me another cup. The Coke Freestyle was also out of all of the sugar free lemonades. That's *three* things they were out of. The burger was correct though. And they were really nice about the rest. The parking lot was clean, the dining room was clean, the condiments and soda area was clean. It's hard to fault them. [Review 688 of 2025 - 4161 in North Carolina - 24249 overall] read more

Had good food and service at this Wendy's just now. Clean restroom and they got our order right ( not the case at last place we stopped while traveling. ) read more

Apparently no one was working the drive thru today but there was no sign indicating that. When I went inside there were at least 10 employees standing behind the counter and an empty restaurant. Asked for a potato and the cashier immediately said no potatoes read more

Was hoping to have a nice dinner with the family after a ball game. Did not happen. My two favorite things ranch and dr pepper, just so happened to be all out or out of order when i get there. I get stuff runs out or goes out of order but when ur a fast food restaurant and one of ur main sauces is ranch, how does that happen. Very disappointed i didn't get to eat my spicy nuggets with ranch. read more

I was just here yesterday! That bourbon bacon burger was so good that I wanted to come back and get three more. It was truly a burger experience. Thank you to whomever cook that burger for me. read more

When I walked in and my feet stuck to the floor, I should have run out. Poor, slow service. Then my sandwich was wrong. I took it back and was ignored when I asked for a refund. Then it took another 5 minutes for a manager to come see me. In the meantime, one of the cooks gave me a real nasty attitude. Other customers saw that and saw what was happening behind the counter and several people in line walked out without ordering. read more

This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I walked up to the counter to order, no line just me. Placed my order, and waited. And waited. And waited. 25 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich. Last behind the counter said it would be about 5 more min at that time. I walked out and left. Ridiculous. read more

I'll start with the positives. My fries were hot and my chicken sandwich was yummy. There was someone regularly wiping down the tables, so ours was clean. Aside from that, the wait in the dining room was insane. Lots of people were standing around waiting for their food. I didn't count, but I bet there were 20 people. Some actually clapped for my husband when he finally got our food. The dining room is arranged in a way that you can barely get around the tables. The fountain drinks all tasted horrible. I really don't know how they tasted that bad, but they were nasty. There was no tea to be had in the dining room, so I can't speak to whether or not it was gross. I'm really starting to lose all interest in going to Wendy's anymore, at least in NC. It seems to be the norm all over the state that they are all horrible, which is a shame because they have some great choices on their menu. read more

Great service and fries taste amazing. Got our order correct. I think Yelp needs to archive ratings after so long.

Hungry? Forget about this place. You would think as a fast food national chain restaurant there would be some standards of service where a person could expect service in a reasonable amount of time. After waiting in the drive through line for over fifteen minutes as ONE car made it from the order box to the window, we gave up and left as did four other cars. Some other patrons mistakenly went inside, anticipating faster service from within. I'm pretty sure I saw their emaciated skeletons still staring up at the menu board as we left. read more

Disgusting. Bathrooms straight of a horror movie. Garbage overflowing. Staff were out by the tables talking to people they obviously knew instead of actually making sure customers got their food. My chili fries literally had cold shredded cheese on top......literally one of the worst food experiences I've ever had read more

Best fast food experience I've had in years. We went through the drive thru, and there wasn't a line. We had two different cars on the same ticket, everyone had specific adjustments to their order and they got everything right. Each of our meals were individually bagged and went to the right car. The food was warm and pretty tasty, the fries were crispy and salty. Our over 70 dollar order was taken care of so quickly and the employees were very friendly. It was so refreshing to see this considering the labor shortage and the current state of many establishments as of late. read more

This is probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Food was wrong in 3 times, was poorly prepared when it was right, and I'm pretty sure they don't remake wrong orders, they just take it back and add/subtract whatever is necessary. Avoid unless you thrive on disappointment. read more

My fries had no salt on them. Coke was flat. Bathroom smelled like fat Albert himself took a shit in the floor. Service was mediocre. Overall wasn't a great experience. read more

Service was absurdly slow and they weren't doing anything to speed it up. They forgot the bacon on my "Jr Bacon Cheeseburger" and all my sauces. read more

Wendy's forgot the sauce on my burger and put cheese on it when I didn't want cheese on it pls improve

Food was very clean, not greasy and presentation was nice. I have been to worse locations in better areas. This one was good and the staff were very polite with outward manners read more

This Wendy's never has ice. The service is messy and the food preppers don't wear gloves. just because it's the first restaurant in Plymouth many people stop here-I would not recommend it at all! read more

To top this horrible visit, food poisoning from eating a bad hamburger. The Health Department has been contacted.

The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean, as are the restrooms. The wait is never too long, even when they're busy. They are a little sloppy when it comes to the food and hardly ever have any fresh baked potatoes. read more

Just got dinner from Wendy's. The Dr. Pepper (Mr. Pipp?) does not have enough syrup in it and is not drinkable. Very little dressing on sandwich (Spicy Chicken). Baked Potato smells strange. Not sure I should eat it. And two of these "meals" plus an extra order of fries cost $16.00? Not worth it. Sorry I went and brought this mess home. read more
