The chicken sandwich was great but the chocolate frosty had a bad taste and I threw them out. Never had one that tasted bad :(

I did drive thru. Ordered a pretzel bacon pub burger. When i got home i found that it had NO bacon, NO crispy onions, and NO pickles!!! Not at all what i ordered! Never again!!! i wouldn't give this Wendy's ANY stars, but I guess i have to give out at least one to register my review. read more

I originally had this location rated 4 stars, but after this experience it's a 1--no question. After a long day and a funeral viewing, I stopped here just to grab some quick food and head home. There were only two cars ahead of us, yet it took about 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru. When we finally received our order, I noticed the spicy nuggets I ordered were replaced with regular nuggets. I politely let the drive-thru employee know. While waiting, I tried a fry from the bag and it was completely cold--not lukewarm, but cold. A manager came to the window and told me I hadn't paid for spicy nuggets. I explained that I had ordered spicy nuggets, received regular ones instead, and was happy to give those back. I also mentioned the cold fries. The manager snatched the nuggets out of my hand (which were probably thrown away), tossed a bag of spicy nuggets toward me, said "That's not my problem," slammed the window shut, and walked away. I was calm, respectful, and not looking to escalate anything--especially given the day I'd had. The behavior from management was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Between the long wait, cold food, and unacceptable attitude, this was a terrible experience. Poor management, poor food quality, and even poorer manners. I will never return to this Wendy's location. Shameful is putting it nicely. read more

Pulled off the highway on a road trip to get some food. The ancient Drive thru equipment was broke. Sign said to pull up to the window to order. So I did. Employees inside watched me sit there for 5 minutes while they aimlessly wandered around an empty restaurant. Multiple times making eye contact with me. Eventually I left. What a dump. read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars. To start, they didn't have any frosty's. We ordered on the app, and not sure how to get a refund - they didn't explain how or offer. The food my girlfriend and I got was disgusting. Cold, and like it was sitting around for awhile. My girlfriends burger wasn't in a wrapper, but thrown into the bag ( with the wrong toppings she asked to NOT have adjacent to the thrown meat in the bag). The funny part.. the wrapper was crumbled on top of her burger! My food also had the wrong condiments. I asked for no mayo, got mayo. I asked for onions and pickles, got no onions or pickles. Our drinks - what's what? We got a diet and a regular coke. no tabs pressed so I have no idea what was what. Overall, terrible experience. Never go to this one. Instead, take the trip to bridgeville for the wendys there, so much better. Will never be back to this location. read more

Place blowss. I went to go inside cause my vehicle doesn't fit and they were not open at 8:30 when they say 8. Called in cause this isn't the first time and got told they had "a electrician in the dining cause of lighting issues" as I'm standing at the door and everything looked perfectly fine and there was no electrician. This Wendy's is mostly good, but has bad spots in it. I ordered a plain Son of a Baconater, but I got one with all the condiments on it. The fries with it were cold and not fresh. I also bought a chocolate frosty, but I got a vanilla one. Other than the poor customer service, lack of remembering order and the fries not being fresh and cold, the food wasn't that bad, the fries are the only food that weren't fresh. Fries are not as hot and fresh as described in their recent ads. They're supposed to be hot and fresh. My bad for not checking before I pulled out of the drive-thru because these fries they served me were tepid and inedible. And what's with all the salt? Gross. Makes me not want to return. Check your fries before you pull out of the drive through and demand hot fries or just drive on past. Shouldn't have to demand hot and fresh food. Remains comically the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I don't write fast food reviews often, because I don't really see the point. By definition they aren't fine dining and there usually isn't much of a reason to leave a rave review. So when I do review fast food joints, it's because they're extremely bad at what they do - and this Wendy's location is a prime example of that. This spot used to be ok enough. I remember coming by with my family and having no serious problems getting a quick bite at all. These days, though, the staff definitely don't have their act together, and I guess management doesn't want to tell them so. I can't remember the last time I got out of their drive-thru lane in under 15 minutes. At first I thought maybe it was a fluke. Now it's become a long-term occurrence. The last time I came, they had the audacity to say "We'll be with you in just a moment" - twice! - and they left me hanging. Each. Time. I ended up staying just to see if they even remembered I was there. They did, after I sat so long that it would have been too long a wait at a sit-down restaurant, let alone in a fast food drive-thru line. The only reason I keep coming here is because their food at least meets Wendy's standards and gives me something to keep me going between my appointments throughout the day. But based on other reviews, even this isn't always the case. Get in the line here at your own risk. Don't expect much. In fact, skip it altogether if you can, until other visitors can confirm that you won't wait as long as we currently do for our "fast" snacks and meals. read more

Service is terrible at the window the lady who was taking the order I can hear her three cars back, when she took my order she was very rude I pull up to the window gave her my money she shut the window came back with my drink and my food and I asked for ketchup and she went and got me some but said to me they probably have it in the bag already but here's some more and threw it at me . One of the best Wendy's I've been too. I use to come here a lot and every time it's been delightful. The food was prompt and correct and the few times there's been issues I've been given cupones. The workers have always been super cheery and don't seem like they hate you just for ordering food there. I was quite surprised last night with the unprofessional behavior of the employees. There was a clerk who said she was assistant GM screaming at a customer because the customer said she ordered a meal. The employee yelled that you are dealing with a 14 year old and don't come back! Why because the customer was trying to pay .50 for the meal she wasn't charged for initially and get her fries? I couldn't get service here. Waited for five minutes, was acknowledged at the two-minute mark. After reading some reviews here, I waited another two minutes and decided it wasn't worth the wait. There was maybe a ten car line outside also waiting. A menu item was out of stock according to a sticker across the menu board. I left and went next door for my fast food fix. Like a few other chains in the vicinity, considering it's in Greentree/Mt. Lebanon/Scott Township (???) one would think you'd be in for a superior fast food experience. Instead, this basic (throwback?) Redhead stronghold offers few of the newer Wendy's menu items such as cookies and brownies and employs some obviously unhappy employees who will fill your Frosty or soft drink cups only halfway because properly completing a serving is just too much hassle. Move along and avoid or risk falling into a malaise over the state of our evil economic system. P.S. I've been here several times. A masochist am I? P.P.S. The number one meal was down sized to the 99 cent cheeseburger and the fries tasted like they were sitting in grease that was a year old. The big coke was 3/4 ice and 1/8 water and 1/8 coke. I only go to this location because it's conveniently located for me, otherwise I'd never go. Where to begin? The drive-thru is always so slow and sometimes I just sit for 5-10 minutes without anyone saying anything to take my order. The drinks sometimes taste funny, like they aren't mixed correctly. The fries are cold a lot of the time. They never give you your receipt. (Which is one of the only ways you can let Wendy's know about customer satisfaction.) Most of the time if there is a sauce on your sandwich/burger they DRENCH it to the point where your bun gets soggy. I've gone home multiple times with the wrong order or items missing from my order so always check your bag even if you have to pull into a parking spot. They never include ketchup packets in your bag and they almost always forget utensils and straws so make sure you ask for them. read more
