While there is plenty of seating and I often see people dining in, I usually take my food to go. The service has always been pretty straightforward. Most of the employees taking orders tend to be serious and not overly chatty. It hasn't always been the friendliest service, but honestly, I don't come here for conversation, I come for the food. The chicken teriyaki plate is my go-to order, and you really can't go wrong with it, especially if you add avocado. The portions are solid, the food is consistently good, and everything tastes fresh. Overall, this is a great local spot when you're craving teriyaki. Nothing overly fancy, just dependable food that keeps me coming back year after year.

My teriyaki bowl ended up being like 20+ dollars so I kinda feel it's a bit expensive. They have different sizes so I ended up getting the biggest one. I see a lot of people just ordering the largest one too. So the basic bowl is just rice and chicken or a protein. If you wanted to add veggies, it's a charge. Most teriyaki places would charge like 1-2 dollars to add veggies. I was charged like 5 dollars ish for veggies. I'm not sure if that's because I ordered a large bowl. The food did taste good, the veggies tasted fresh, the teriyaki chicken had a real good char flavor to it and the sauce is good. I wish they had real sauce containers for their teriyaki sauce because they give you it in a sriracha bottle which looks old and a bit dirty. It's not a full service sit down restaurant so there isn't much of a service. You go up to the counter and you pick up the food yourself. Any napkins or utensils you have to ask them for it. None of that stuff is on the table. You also have to bus your own tray. Overall, it's a bit on the pricey side but it taste good. Their teriyaki sauce is really good and it's not too sweet or salty. Would recommend trying it out.

Claudia at Wendy's claims I received a chicken sandwich for free and I didn't pay for it through the drive thru. She said and recognized me . First of all how do you get a burger without paying for it. I asked for video of me and I said call the cops . She said no because I'm innocent . So from the looks of it for what she says ,you can order ,take the bag ,and I must of charmed my way into a chicken 1.86cent burger. Or I just order and take the bag like a it's a restaurant. She is making me feel like imma sue For your faculty first of all handing food Without pay. Like even just did that, Second for my feeling hurt And for slander on my name Etc. She has tattoo on her neck and frankly is unprofessional She is inconfident and I got all my recipe with me. I would fire to go work at another fast food chain. Plus I got robbed for my card on the first for my benefits and now I think it was them because they are all to blame and that's the only place I get food . It took ten days to get my money back from the first. I think with the false money she gets along with accusing the ones who stole it's a very good way to get me outta their. I want a full investigation on this. Order the Son of Baconador and it was not hot, but luke warm and not fresh. Won't becoming back to any Wendy's restaurant again. I have been here at this restaurant 7 or 8 years ago and the food was decent but did not came back here again. But I have been at the Wendy's in Van Nuys a few years back and it was luke warm also. I decided never to go to the Wendy's in Van Nuys again, but did not cross all Wendy's from my list. Pass by this place and thought if it was not bad 7 years ago, then maybe it would be decent today. But after the crappy Son of Baconator here, I am crossing all Wendy's of my list. Of course if you like Luke Warm food that is not fresh, then this is the place for you. And if you like ugly fat woman for a cashier that hurts your eyes when you have to look at her, then this is the place for you also. Update 3/23/2015 The FDA specified that foods should maintain a minimum of 140 F degree for safety reasons. The food here is luke warm, around 100 F degree, and thus is a safety hazard. I mentioned earlier about the Baconador being crappy. Came here for dinner for a family of 6 , went thru drive thru . We order and pull up to the first window and proceeded to the next because no one was there. We got to second window and where told that we needed to reverse back to first window so we did . The male cashier was there named Anthony. He took my card and proceeded to walk away . For a second I wasn't even sure if he had taken my card with him , but as he came back with bags of hamburger buns I seen him get my card from the machine. Never saying I'll be right back or anything when he had walked away . Then we got our food from the same window and headed home . As we got home I noticed the two caesar saldas where not Caesar salads but house salads with ranch , and the lettuce as frozen. I called to speak with a manager and Johanna said she was the manager. I told her what I had found in my order and she didn't even apologize or offer a replacement only said I could go for a refund. Very disappointed. I have a issues in the past but this is the final straw for us . Beware eating here read more

I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's recently. After receiving the wrong order, I called the restaurant to inform them about the mistake. The employee I spoke to, Victoria, seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the start. When I explained that I was too far away to return to the restaurant, she continued to ask me questions in a dismissive manner. To make matters worse, while I was in the middle of answering her questions, she abruptly hung up on me. This lack of courtesy and professionalism left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided by Wendy's. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and this experience fell far short of expectations. read more

It is amazing how fast the drive thru is, it is without one of the fast drive thru's around. Have you card or money ready because they are quick to get you through and get your food. The remodel is great, it has a very modern look and feel. The soda machine with 12 different flavors of Fanta is the best! That is why I like to stop inside to fill up my drink. They remodeled the inside of the restaurant recently. Great place to eat and to hang out with friends. I went there over the weekend after doing some black friday shopping at Walmart. It was great to get off my feet and relax. The food here of course is delicious and the people that work there are great. Never had an issue. read more
