The line was very short and not long when I went. I ordered and when I went to the window they got out order wrong. This is located close to work so it is a good spot for breakfast or lunch. It is always very clean and they serve really good tasting salads. They also have breakfast here I am not a big fan of fast food breakfast but If I have to choose a spot this would be it. The breakfast taste more homemade then any other fast food I have tried. I tried the mocha iced coffee this morning (needs improvement) it tasted too watered down but my dollar breakfast burrito was very good with the hot sauce they serve. I think they have one of the best dollar value menus around. The customer service is always good here too. read more

So I went to Wendy's and ordered a single patty special, instead of fries I got the chili beans (iron), the burger was good and the chili beans were very good. I honestly love Wendy's but tonight I didn't have the good experience. I went to this location & ordered the 4 for $4 & a chili. The cheeseburger & nuggets were cold! Which I've never had happen to me in the past. I only live maybe 5-8 minutes away so there's no way it could have cooled in that time. Highlight was my chili which never disappoints. I wish there was a Wendy's in my city :( I have to drive to Pico Rivera just for some Wendy's and I choose to drive to this location because customer service is FAST and they are NICE and they always get my order right!! Food is good and fresh except for the French fries they sometimes come out oily & floppy soft and sometimes good GOLDEN crispy. It's a hit or miss with the French fries, I suggest you let them know how you want your fries, but over all the food is good and they deserve a 5 star! Great work you guys!! To start the location is gravy! It's a fancy dinning area set up & the customer service is on point the girl Britney who took my order was super sweet & so was the man calling out the orders (I didn't see his name) I asked for an extra Bbq and he gave it to me no problem, not like other places where they act all dumb lol ,the only reason they did not get that extra star is because & I can't emphasize this enough the Bacon was so burnt & the patties had no flavor! Yes! 4 for $4 Wendy's hit the spot last night after being in a fun event Blacklight Run in Irvine Ca. My family and I needed some food everyone said "drive thru and Wendy's" thumbs up! The young fellow taking our order was efficient and friendly.The young lady that took our money was also friendly and smiling.Our food was ready as soon we drove up to the second window.In a nice big Wendy's bag all four orders were in neat small paper bags,smelling good and ready to eat.We all got our orders right each one got ketchup and buttermilk ranch.Delicious one bacon jr burger,chicken nuggets,small fries,and small drink.I would suggest especially the price who beats that? Sad to say, that service here is not all that great. They always get our order wrong when we go through the drive thru, and it happened again today. I have been coming to this Wendy's for a couple years, about once a week...so that is about 100 visits. My order is right every time. The food is consistently fresh and good. The service is always fast and friendly. In fact, I even felt compelled to give a gratuity once, which is pretty rare at a fast food restaurant, right? They have free wi-fi. I normally come when the walk-in is open, but tonight I had to use the drive-thru for the first time ever. There were about 7 or 8 cars ahead of me when I arrived (which is a testament to the fact that this is the best "after 10 pm" option around). So the wait was fair, but the line moved pretty fast too. This is as good as "fast food" gets. Be sure to try the chili, and the salads are very good too. read more

Why does this Wendy's get a five-star rating? It's not just because they're fast and their chicken sandwiches are tasty and fresh, but because they are courteous and have excellent customer service! I made the mistake of taking off from the drive-thru with an incomplete order, and had to come back inside for the rest of it. I felt rather embarrassed speaking to the staff, but after a few short minutes, they had it all taken care of beautifully, with no hassle at all. I really love Wendy's but this one in Pico is constantly messing up! I keep giving them chance after chance and they just can't get my order right EVER! The last time I went, I literally went back three times because they couldn't get my order right! Now tonight, I go again, and on my birthday of all days! All I asked for was the spicy chicken sandwich combo NO TOMATOES! I also ordered the Asiago homestyle chicken sandwich combo with only cheese and bacon. What happens?! Horrible customer service. Only one cashier while 15 people were in line. Trash full, overflowing. I asked the girl that was cleaning if I should just leave my trash on top of the trash can, she said "yes just leave it there" and kept cleaning tables that were already clean. It took her 25 minutes to tell another employee to take out both trash cans. No napkins. Dirty restroom. No toilet paper in one of the stalls, had to tell the cashier if I can have some toilet paper, she just said "ok thanks" I waited for about 15 minutes no one came. this place is very poorly ran and operated, been here a few times and on different occasions the window attendants were very rude at taking the orders and receiving the payment. on one occasion i get my order go home, come to find there is food missing and the food that was there was cold in the center. on another occasion (giving them a second shot), waited in line checked all my food was there, it was. But take a bite into it and again its cold in the center. always at the same time too around 6:00 pm, wouldn't they have food ready to go on the grill and not frozen. knowing that there is a dinner rush? either way this place sucks, not saying all wendy's suck just this one in particular is ran very poorly and food is not made fresh to order. read more
