I came at 10:27am and saw that the lunch menu was on the screen. I said "hello, when do you guys stop serving breakfast?" and was met with an attitude immediately. The woman said "Now." I asked what time is that and she just kept saying "Now.". She eventually said "we stop at 10:30 but we ran out of stuff". I drove away and called the location hoping to speak to a manager. The manager seemed to be the same person who took the order because she already had an attitude and all she said was "I'll speak to her". We were greeted by a young girl with a smile. I could tell she was new, but she apologized several times and was very sweet. The food came very quickly . Within 2 mins of ordering. My husband got a double , fries and we split an order of the new saucy nugs. I got a single and Diet Coke. When I went to make my drink I noticed how dirty the station was as if it wasn't cleaned off all day , but the dining room was clean. Our food was super good!! Hot, fresh and the lettuce was crispy as well. The bun was so soft and delicious!! This would have been a 5 /5 but that counter top was just too bad to pass by. This is one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Sometimes my order is missing items. Our fries are room temperature, when the staff remembers to put in the bag. The kicker was waiting 40 minutes for a taco salad!! My husband knew I wanted a salad, so he waited. He could have came home without it! We normally go there 3 times a week for burgers for our dog. I was testing a couple of the new breakfast items. I was really satisfied with the taste of the bacon, egg, and swiss sandwich. It tasted good. I would prefer that the bacon be a little crispier, but you can't please everyone. I was unimpressed with the Maple bacon and chicken. Not a lot of flavor and everything just melded together in blahness. Not sure what can be done there. It wasn't bad, but it was just not very good either. read more

This is, without a doubt, the most awful Wendy's I have ever visited. Ordered the taco salad. Got home, no chili. Ordered the Apple Pecan salad. No blue cheese. A nice bonus was finding fruit flies in my salad. Needless to say, my husband and I didn't have dinner tonight. Couple weeks ago, I drove thru for the Apple Pecan salad. No pecans. Tired and went to this Wendy's. Pulled up to drive thru window and got the same message they've been repeating for a couple weeks now... their card reader is down and they're only accepting cash. Ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and two sour cream and chive baked potatoes.Got up to the window and was told they're out of potatoes and asked if I wanted chili instead, so I said I'd take a chili. Got home and we started to eat the chicken sandwiches, which were VERY salty. Didn't finish my sandwich because it had a long hair in it, which makes me gag. Gee... so "glad" I wasted time and money going there... should have just gone home. After a day of work and driving home on a rainy sloppy night, would have been nice to get a good supper without having to cook... but apparently not here. read more

It's hard to mess up fast food.... but this Wendy's manages to do that. I've given them 3 chances and two of them were strikeouts. The burgers were extra greasy...I mean dripping with it! Yuck. I've never had a problem with this particular Wendy's. They have always seemed to be able to keep the drive-through line moving quite nicely and they seem to usually get the order correct. Those are usually the two big issues at any fast food place. So for those reasons I'll keep going there. The only issue I have is that it is a b***h trying to make a left turn out of their parking lot, which is probably why they have a no left turn sign as you leave. read more

I order my food and food is okay, drinks didn't give me until I asked, they were giving me a free frosty because they made 2 and said I could.
