The food looked disgusting and out right concerning, the knife used to cut my sandwich looked filthy and I'm pretty sure the workers glove had a small rip in it. The service was slow, no doubt the employee making my sub sandwich was new because they didn't seem to know what went on an BLT. This middle age white woman don't know what they are talking about, this subway is great and the employees are very nice and friendly the food is delicious. they don't fail to go out of their way to make it better for you. The restaurant itself is very well decorated, they have seasonal decorations 24/7 and have a nice white tree they also seasonally decorate. I've been getting lunch at this Subway once or twice a week for about two years. I always leave a tip. After today's experience, I will never return. The petite brunette, whom I believe is the manager, never smiles, always appears surly and is downright curt with customers. Their ice machine has been nonworking for at least 2 months (which must frustrate the staff, too). When their drive-thru window is closed, which is increasingly often, the electric sign in the front window says it IS and you do not find out until you get to the window that the drive-thru is not open. It must be tiring for the employees to have to tell every single drive-thru customer, through the intercom, that the drive thru is not open. Today I suggested that they simply disconnect the" drive thru" portion of the sign, which is separate, from the Open" sign. I even took a moment to see if disconnecting it would be difficult. Neither the manager nor her coworker responded to the practical idea, but I was treated VERY frostily until my order was completed and I paid and left. I wrote down the franchise owner's phone number and left a v.m. and text asking him to call me. As I write this, it's too soon to know if he will follow up. read more

I've gone through this drive through lane here twice and both times I've received exceedingly poor service. The second time I attempted to purchase food from this place the girl who took my order literally said "yeah whadda want?". I would definitely skip this location and I plan to call and inform a manager how truly atrocious their employees attitudes are. There was also literally zero line when I pulled up so it wasn't even as if they were frazzled from a glut of customers. If I could give this location negative stars I would. This is a classy establishment....probably the classiest Subway I've ever been to! There is this one girl named Meagan, who is the best sub maker in the universe. I've driven 11 hours just to see her! Once she wasn't working, so I slept outside until she came into work the next day just so I could get a Meagan-made sub. I side-eye anyone who goes next door to McDonald's or that crappy Nutcracker place, this is where everyone in the great and beautiful city of Pataskala should eat!!!!!! THE BREAD: Freshly baked, warm, melts in my mouth like a mint from heaven. THE CHEESE: Definitely not fake cheese. I can tell the milk in this cheese was just squeezed from a cow's udder. Whomever made my foot long today is a sandwich artist! Seriously, first time I've been to this location and used the drive thru. Very fast and when I got home the sandwich was layered perfectly. I wasn't impressed with this subway store. The employees take 0 pride in the product they make. The sandwiches are slopped together, bread is old and stale. You can tell these employees don't really give a sh*t about their product or their jobs. A nice stand alone Subway restaurant with friendly service. I was just impressed with the service I received here and thought they deserved a review. I stopped in a bit before 11 AM so in time for Breakfast. I ordered a 6 inch and the lady suggested I add a coffee to my order because it changed my price from $3.50 to $3-Wait how? I don't know how but it was an easy choice for me. Also the coffee is decent and helped me finish my workday. I love their breakfast subs. The workers here are polite and efficient. Worst experience of my life! My wonderful wife decided to pick up a sub for me on her way home from work. Literally a wet soggy mess! Someone who was working there decided they were not in the best of moods and then had to have dumped water on my sub! I called and the "crew leader" said I could not get a refund! So it was a quiet Friday afternoon and I really needed something to eat. I go into subway order what are usually do. I ordered a white bread 12 inch foot-long with ham pepperoni turkey and cheddar toasted. And all of a sudden I see a mouse run in the lobby and into the restroom. Hit and miss location, depends on crew you get, sometimes they are super fast and even put a little extra on the sub. Or you might get it like this morning where they say they don't make my sandwich anymore (still on website) they say cookies will be done in 3 minutes, So they cook different sandwich, put very little on it, you go to get a drink and three of the drink choices are out of order, you go back for your cookies and they say 3 minutes...
