The staff is always nice. And it starts with the manager. She is always sweet and making sure everything is Perfect. My son has issues eating and he eats lunch here every day. They always make sure his food is fresh and made in time for me to meet him at school. Couldn't ask for anything better in terms of customer service and quality of food. And a plus side their ice cream machine works! read more

I ordered from this Wendy's location through door dash and they only put half order in the bag and didn't check it. I ordered the biggie bundle meal with two burgers and large chili and a strawberry frosty with extra strawberry sauce for 20$ and the two burgers were right but they didn't send large chili or large strawberry frosty drink..they had some kind of pumpkin flavored chocolate drink I didn't order..I dont appreciate the uncaring feeling I got and I live in Abbeville there's a reason I ordered ..I didn't want to go to town .. Now I have to and I probably won't order anything else from Wendy's...they're supposed to check the order not the driver...if they aren't allowed to go back and get order and bring it back they gotta guarantee it will be right every time cuz they're supposed to bring it back right..I'm mad as f.. No reason to order if order is gonna be wrong ... don't want money back I wanted my food .. They need to start he king orders before they're sent out or they'll have this problem with someone else read more

This Wendy's doesn't actually close to the public when it says it does. After a certain time, they only accept orders through Door Dash and Uber Eats. So just because it is "open" until midnight, what that really means is that you are welcome to spend a lot of additional money to get food from a place that you may live in walking distance to. I live about two miles from this location, and tonight after getting off work at 11, I swung by to get a burger to keep from having to make something at home. What am I greeted with at the drive through? "We're sorry/ We're only taking Door Dash and Uber Eats orders at this time." Just another greedy franchise in Oxford who either limits their menu or outright refuses service after a certain time at night so they can focus on gig economy orders. Why? Because they charge more money for those orders. No only do you have to pay delivery fees and tips, but the literal menu items cost more through Door Dash. So instead of paying $5 for a couple of Double Stacks, the owner, in conjunction with Door Dash, is trying to shake me down for at least twice that much. But don't forget, you're incentivized to spend three times that much so you can get free delivery. So now that $5 order makes them $15. Seriously, boycott this place. I'm so tired of being nickel and dimed at every turn by greedy businesses and faceless corporations. I'm sure the skeleton crew they are keeping on to facilitate these orders is exploited as well. It's a whole rotten business. I used to get food from this place pretty regularly, from stocking up on breakfast burritos for the week, to a quick bite when I was on the way somewhere and didn't have time to make dinner. I actually like Wendy quite a bit. But I will NEVER spend another cent at this place. Enjoy raking the college students over the coals I guess. Who gives a damn about doing the right thing when there is money to be made? It just disgusts me. read more

they make you pay for ketchup, you have to wait to be served with no line even when there are 8 people working there

They are Wendy's and they are a chain. This Oxford Wendy's does a good job. I Always enjoyed the Taco Salad and it has down graded in ingredients...they had a winner there. The chicken sandwiches are special. Clean and food is good! read more

drive thru service sucked. They got our order wrong 2 times till we just drove off. Go to huddle house!

Very nice drive through lady! :) I'm used to fast through workers being rude and hateful but this Wendy's was a nice change :)

Walked into the nearly-empty dining room at approximately 12:30 and heard "How did you get in?". Two grumpy women staring at me as if I just broke into the place. Didn't realize i was entering the situation room at Langley, so imagine my surprise at being treated like a career criminal. Was informed that they are trying to "control the traffic" by having the doors locked. The drive-thru line was 15 cars long, of course I came to the door. What are you controlling, exactly? People's willingness to make good use of their time? The cashiers then proceeded to go outside and test-open the door to see if it was locked or not. Then said "I guess we'll take your order since you got in." *exasperated sighing* Not a hello or a "good afternoon" in sight. The more sour-faced of the two loudly stomped into the kitchen complaining that she "wished 'they' would stop letting people in." No thanks. Walked out of there and went to McAllister's instead. Their touch screen thing wasn't working, but at least they had manners and greeted us like people, rather than stray animals. read more

When I got my order I realize there was no straw! that's fine it happen's no big deal... I got to work open my sandwhich and the whole chicken was NOT THERE. I mean that is the literal point of the breakfast. Do better is all I say! read more

Wendy's - a bacon and cheese sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Oxford, Mississippi

Wendy's is a good burger place. Good management to keep it clean and working smoothly. I like their menu of sandwiches like hot spicy chicken and the salads are really good. The old favorite of mine is the Taco salad. The soft drink machine is unreal...you can find a drink you like on that drink machine someplace. Clean and welcoming staff. read more

Went here last night and the food and service was excellent. Food was hot and fresh. Keep up the great work

I don't think I've ever felt more awkward, receiving or paying for my order from a restaurant. Both employees did not say a single word to me were very rude handed me my order and just slammed the window shut noting I did order $20 worth of food but you know you can still be rude. Thankfully I probably won't come back just for the way they treated me. I understand people have bad days, but your job is customer service. read more

I don't know why the Sisk location is getting so many bad reviews. Maybe they're thinking of the other location. This one is between my work and home, so I frequent it regularly. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are very friendly and personable, and I have NEVER seen it dirty. Every time I drive through, I think that I need to give them a good Yelp! review. I'm glad I did, bc I think these people are doing a great job. read more

Went there for the first time and some of my order wasn't there and the food was horrible. Cold and dry chicken sandwiches. Will not be back

DO NOT GO INSIDE TO EAT! Remember how quick fast food used to be? Not here. Drive thru moves way quicker. It took 35 minutes for me to get my food from me entering the restaurant. Wasn't busy either, but clearly the priority is not the customers who eat in the restaurant. read more

This is the best Wendy's I've had so far. Keep up the good work!! We appreciate the effort!

I can't recall the last time I ordered and was actually able to get a frosty from here. Receive wrong items on occasion. It's honestly slightly worth driving to the other side of town for Wendy's. And it was like this pre-Covid. read more

Slow slow slow. Fries weren't hot, but I wasn't interested in waiting for them to make fresh.

I have been going to this specific Wendy's for over 8 years. Overtime the service has gotten increasingly worse, but today will be the last time I will go there. When I first got there there were only about four cars in front of me. It took about 25 minutes for me to get through the drive through and leave. The wait did not bother me that badly due to the fact that they have been like that for about two years, the problem was the service. After I ordered and got to the window I had to wait for someone to take the money and give me my food. Once they did, it turned out to be the wrong food and I told them that I actually ordered something else. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and acted if I was stupid. She remarked to her coworkers as if I were stupid, not knowing or not caring that I could hear her. The managers behavior alone will make me never return there. read more

Rude employees or at least old lady taking more order was.. I canceled my order entirely because I am not going to be disrespected while I them more business in. read more

This is the amount of fries I was given for a large. Absurd. Terribly slow and bad service. read more

Wendy's - "large" Natural-cut French Fries - Burgers Near Me - Oxford, Mississippi

The filth issues seem to have been addressed since other reviews were made. However, the staff has one gear, SLOWER. It appeared that the more the line grew, the more inconvenienced the staff became. I watched one young lady look down the line, yawn. Wipe her face and continue the incredibly, methodically, snail-paced service she was executing. 40 minutes from entering the door to getting food to the table. read more

There's not much to add to the earlier reviews though my food was tasty enough. I had the Jr. Cheeseburger, Value Fries, and a small Frosty. The service, however, was S-L-O-W and folks were waiting. One man, behind me, waited about five minutes before anyone would bother to take his order. I had trouble finding a table to eat at as most of them were sticky with the remains of earlier diners. One employee was slowly cleaning the legs of the stools at the hightops. That's nice, but should come after the tables are clean. I assumed that this was a new place since the area seems to just being built up, but it looks tired already. I recommend that the franchisee spend some quality time there and get the place cleaned up and the staff on the ball - if that is possible. read more

One of the dirtiest places we've ever eaten. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Flies everywhere. All the surfaces and drink machine was sticky. Will not return. read more

I can't really critique the food or service due to not being able to get beyond the dilapidated nature of the place. This location is disgusting. The tables are dirty, the carpet is gross, my family and I found ourselves swatting at flies as we attempted to eat, and the men's room appears to not have been cleaned in days. Additionally, the location is horribly maintained. The bathroom doors and the stall doors are falling off of their hinges and the lobby and fixtures are dated. Certainly not what I expect from a location in close proximity to a convention center. read more

Worst service ever. We walking in with a group of 10 girls and the numerous workers there all ignored us until at least 5 minutes later when we decided to walk out. Only then did they finally come over, and they didn't even apologise for the wait. read more

Food came fast, hot, and tasty. Plus, one of the women behind the counter didn't hesitate to help jump my car in the parking lot. Great location! read more

I've been waiting on a burger, 4 nuggets, and some baconator fries for 30 minutes. Drink had no ice. And the worst part is all of this wouldn't have been so bad if the staff had made any attempt to communicate and say something was going on. All and all would not recommend until they get themselves together read more

This place is horrible. Won't even cook you what you order because they are too lazy. I even said I would wait on my sandwich to be cooked and they still refused to serve me what I ordered!!!! Lazy read more

Great food and great staff! Manager Kristi was such a sweetheart! Super quick service and hot food!

Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave. Slowest service ever even with (I counted) 10 workers in there and only 3 tables occupied. They were out of salad dressing, ketchup, and could only give mustard in a cup from the back. 75% of the tables were dirty and not being wiped down. Chicken sandwiches tasted stale and the sour cream baked potato was mushy and without sour cream. As we exited the restaurant, there were 3 employees outside smoking right by the back door. I've never felt the need to comment on a fast food restaurant before, but this place is horrible. Funny thing was that when we left, the 3 smoking employees outside did thank us for coming.... read more

Arrived at 1130pm following Ole Miss football game. Hours state open til midnight on the sign and open til 2am online. A worker came outside to turn all the cars away. Said we are not taking any more orders. We were third from the window. Wonder if the owner knows how lazy his/her staff is????? #i'd fire them all! read more

Worst service I've had there. Normally I wouldn't review a fast food place, but I went inside instead of the drive through because they were busy. Once I got inside I waited in line for about 25 minutes then another 15 to finally get my food. There was only one girl taking orders and bagging the food and at one point she completely stopped bagging food even though I could see it was ready. Once I finally got my food and took it home, my order was completely wrong. This is the last time for a while that I will be going to this location. read more
