My first ever review in Yelp, and it's going to this slop and sorry excuse of a restaurant. Everything you hear about it is true. The workers are lazy and agonizingly SLOW. The environment inside (in the few occasions I've been in the building) wasn't that bad to be honest, but that's null and void due to the real problem with this place. When you've got 15-20 cars outside, hogging space on the Main Street right outside your restaurant, and you're serving maybe 1 car every 10 minutes, that's a big fucking problem. I know they're capable of serving faster than this, as when it's only a few a cars outside or just one I get my food within 5 minutes. But when there's a line all the way down to the coast, they decide to serve 1 car every 10 minutes. None of this really matters though, as I love Taco Bell and it's cheap, so I'll be there either way. Just sad that Oxford only has one Taco Bell, and it's this sorry ass establishment . Open another Taco Bell on jackson ave! Oxford needs more late night options that don't suck ass, and I don't want to eat cookout all the time. read more

Absolutely terrible. I ordered online, went to get my food. The idiot of a manager first said they never got the order, and for me to wait. About 45 mins later I go back to the counter, and she says she's already made it and someone came in and got it...and that she is not making it again unless I want to pay for it again... This location is terrible. They hang up the phone when you ask simple questions and mock their customers. The line takes a crazy amount of time for food that's probably prepackaged anyways. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went through the drive through. Took 25 minutes. One car sat at the front of the line for more than 15 minutes for their order, making everyone wait. You think they'd have asked them to move up so they could serve the people behind them, but no. People were honking their horns, and nothing done. When I got to the window, I asked why they didn't move the car up so we could get our orders in a reasonable time. Woman first asked what car I was talking about, then said it was a manager decision. Bad service does not even come close. Taco Bell should take their flag from this store as management does not care. On my last visit, when I asked for extra sauce with my order, the drive through order taker literally told me that what I asked for "was not going to happen!" As a rule at this store, no sauce is included unless you specifically ask for it and even then you have to double check your bag to make sure it was included as most of the time it is not. That will be my last visit. As reported by almost all yelpers, their order errors have ALWAYS been an issue so we ALWAYS check our order before we leave. 2/3rs of the orders contain wrong items or are missing items. The managers/supervisors behind the window were not wearing gloves (or masks or hair coverings) on ANY of my recent visits. The health officials should be taking their permits.
