This Wendys just disappoints every time. Granted the food does come out quick, but it comes out cold. The fries are always cold and taste like they've been sitting there under the heat lamp. The jr bacon and nuggets were warmer than the fries so no real complaints there. Wendy's was one of my favorite fast food places growing up. I really hope this place can get it together. I'm giving 3 stars because team member Jessica was so nice. Looking forward to the day I can get some fresh fries! read more

Call me crazy, why is it when a restaurant is on its last legs they can't even strive to try and improve their quality and service??? Went to the Wendy's in OVIEDO this morning and simply ask for a gravy biscuit with extra gravy, not too complicated, right? Well, they charged me for the extra gravy, but they didn't give it to me. Please note, I was the only one in line in the drive-through, and frankly there was no one in the restaurant. This particular Wendy's has had horrible service and food for a long time. It's amazing they're still in business. I gave them one more shot, Epic fail. I have attached a photo that clearly shows the gravy did not even cover the bottom of the container certainly not extra gravy I'm certainly not worth the extra fee. They charge me for the extra gravy they didn't give me. Management needs to get their act together, go observe how Chick-fil-A operates a restaurants and get a clue! read more

I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but we can through the drive through and told the order takers no less than four times our order was for two (2) ten piece chicken nuggets. My partner drove through without checking but I couldn't help myself. Of course even after all those reminders, one order of chicken nuggets. To add insult to injury we discovered that even though the amount of change to give the customers is provided by the register, we even got short changed with the change. Damn this place is wild! Took my wife Nance out for a good dinner. Wanted to take her somewhere special for our 3 month anniversary. Anyways, enough of that. Let's get to to nitty gritty. Nance orders those wonderful chicken nuggs and I order a classic Dave Thomas Number uno. Extra juicy, just like my wife Nance's ass. Food was amazing. Best burger Iv had in years. Interesting i know I reviewed this place before but all reviews are gone. Anyway, interesting price change since dec 2013. The double stack that was .99 a couple years ago, then went to $1.39, then $1.59 is now in Jan 2014 $1.99. Talk about inflation. I wonder if that price is just this location. I have noticed it was higher priced then Orlando in the past. I purchased a single combo which is over priced, and tasted odd. Not sure what they put on this thing the mayo was off. I should have checked reviews before coming here, if I would've seen 2* I would've went elsewhere. I come in and find all workers sitting down in dinning area goofing off while manager was out there eating watching them. I go to front to make my order and manager walks back with mouth full of food and yells at clowns out front "customer!!" And proceeds to walk to her office and avoid taking my order. All 3 goofballs out front didn't move a muscle and kept on talking about their days. I submit my order on the kiosk which I'm assuming they had hoped I would so they didn't have to work. I place my order and one kid gets up and slowly walks back like he is annoyed he has to work. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. It's a shame how lazy they are. Every time I've come to this location the service is absolutely horrible. I went to the drive thru at 8:30am and sat at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order and the first thing I hear are children screaming. The employee had her two children with her and they are clearly a distraction. My entire order came out wrong. I wasn't given a receipt so I wasn't able to see if they rang anything up wrong. When I went inside to have my order fixed I was approached with attitude. I would not suggest coming to this location. The higher ups need to make some changes, unless they don't care about their jobs either. Their employees clearly don't. read more

I frequent this Wendy's often with my two littles in tow. We've never dined in but always do the drive through. Service is always fast and friendly. The people at the drive through window have always greeted me with a smile and have been extremely polite. I always get the spicy chicken and it's hot and fresh. My kids get the chicken nugget kids meals and always eat it up. Our fries have always been hot and fresh as well. We will continue to come to this Wendy's as we've never had a bad experience! read more

This Wendy's NEVER gets my order right. Every single time I go they mess up something in the order. I mean honestly, Every Single Time. Just last year I even went so far as to write their HQ and describe the problems I have there. Hasn't changed. They still suck at doing their jobs. I could understand if my order was difficult, but it's not. It's the same each time. One Spicy Chicken sandwich with baked potato with sour cream and chives instead of fries. One #2 with no onions. One Sweet tea, One unsweet tea. THAT'S IT. It's not that difficult. And if that's your JOB, you shouldn't have any troubles with it.Yet they get it wrong... It boggles my mind. At first I was just going to stop going there... but now it's like an experiment, to see if they can get it right. They can't, btw. So if you go there don't worry about a complicated order, because I can assure you, they aren't going to worry about it at ALL. The food is typical Wendy's so you can't really fault them for that. Went through the drive-thru and the first thing we noticed was the manager wasn't wearing a face mask. Guests and the other employees are all expected to wear one but the manager can't be bothered. As we pull away from the drive-through my husband checks his order and his fries are warm and his nuggets are cold. We go back and my husband lets them know they serve 10 cold nuggets so they replace it with more gold nuggets... He told after waiting while that it will be another four minutes for him to get fresh nuggets. This is supposed to be fast food? I'm pretty sure it shouldn't take close to 20 minutes to get a meal of chicken nuggets and fries from a fast food establishment. The result was they replaced his chicken nuggets and fries with a fresh order. I know if Pollo Tropical had made this type of error they would have come to meal. Apparently Wendy's needs that $19.50 more than they need to make a customer happy. read more

i pulled up and ordered a 4 for 4 with a plain double stack, large coke and sawesome sauce. oh they don't have sawesome sauce. so i'm like okay sriracha will be fine..AND THERY DONT HAVE THAT EITHER. they gave me some weird ranch that was disgusting. oh they also don't have coke. Reposting from my Google review and my Facebook review in case maybe Todd Penegor might want to know. So call me Karen but Wendy's we should really talk about this, if i could leave no stars I would. There's always a long wait at this Wendy's so I'm not surprised when I had to wait more than 20 minutes just to order. Then I'm told if I can hang on a minute without even being greeted. Once I go to order the person taking my order apparently doesn't speak English well so I give her my order in Spanish and to my surprise she still asked her coworker for help even with the mic on where I can clearly hear the conversation. I'm already feeling bad because the unsuspecting cars behind me may not be bilinguals knowing that they might not even be able to place their order due to the language barrier but I digress. Though I gave her my order in Spanish to my dismay she still gets it wrong so I guess either way we're all stuck in the drive through unable to communicate with the team inside. When I go to the window to pay for my order I pay for extra gravy which I do not receive and I also received my two orders of hot biscuits and gravy in a salad bowl together instead of as two separate orders. When I get home I proceeded to call the manager of the location and she answers the phone and says hello without even the proper Wendy's greeting she even argued back with me stating that she gave me the proper Wendy's greeting. I request to speak with the district manager who Michelle the manager of the location is pretty much refusing to give me the number to. Once the young lady Michelle gives me the number to her district manager whose name is Ryan and I decided to call him and see how he felt about the situation. He offered me a refund to my order or if not offered to have my order be made at another location. He was extremely rude and refused to let me speak with his manager Randy stating that Randy would not be handling any customers. Furthermore my hot food being served in an unmarked salad bowl was of no concern to this gentleman who started it didn't make a difference aside from the fact that they should have been in two separate containers. Well the answer to your A & B choices Ryan district manager of the oviedo location are here for the world to see that no you can keep the refund since I did pay for a service however lacking in quality it may have been and no I would not like my food to be remade at this location or any of your locations seeing as how your poor overseeing management has trickled down to the customer service. To the staff at the Wendy's in Oviedo I'm so sorry that you have been lead astray by such poor management and lack of leadership. Most times aI have eaten here its a pleasant experience. The food mostly taste fresh and you can tell it was not recently refrigerated. The Frosty shake and the classic Frosty is also tasty but the problem I have is they dont have vanilla flavored ice cream! This is the first time I have gone to a place that serves ice cream with no vanilla flavor. But thats ok. It all makes up for the food abd good service. read more
