I stop at this location frequently on my way home from school at UCF. They always have great deals in the app. I usually order pick up through the drive-thru but one day when I arrived the line was really long so I went inside to pick up my order. There was no line inside. The worker told me they are unable to give me the order unless I go through the drive-thru. This is silly and not sure if that's the actual policy or she just didn't want to give me my food. Luckily, you are able to cancel your order in the app so that's what I did that day. Another Wendy's fail. They used to be a nice B level chain but these days they're running on C/D level. Not unlike Popeyes, seems two out three of them suck and this one's no different. The front counter service is horrible. I'm not sure why they're still open. Even the people that I was standing there with you could tell they were upset. Also, the lady upfront the one with the bushy hair the dark skin, horrible attitude don't look you in the eye, I know for a fact, she does not want to be there. She hates customers you can tell. Definitely not impressed. Ordered an apple pecan salad which was definitely not fresh as you could see in the photo. The lettuce is old, I had to pick out the bad pieces. Me and my family came into this FAST food restaurant expecting to be out of there in a few minutes. We left 40 minutes after. We ordered our food and shortly after a basketball team came in and all the workers became disoriented. We only got our orders after they served 2/3 of the team 35 minutes after we ordered. They gave us the wrong order TWICE and after we left we found our orders to still be wrong. My brother's Dave's Double had so much bacon and my jr. BACON cheeseburger had none. All of our drinks were the wrong size, the potato with SOUR CREAM and chives came with no sour cream, the chili didn't have the cracker it normally comes with, and we got extra fries (i usually wouldn't complain if they hadn't gotten everything else wrong and taken forever to give us our order). Worst experience at Wendy's ever. The freestyle machine wasn't working. They gave my husband a cup of clear soda after has asked for Mello yellow. When he stated it wasn't mello yellow the only reply was "that's what came out". Every single table was dirty and had soda, ketchup, sauce or frosty spilt on it. This location is absolutely incapable of fulfilling an order correctly. After giving them a try at another location on Colonial and liking the change to their burger meat, I thought I would go to the one closer to me. But EVERY TIME they forget something. One time they didn't put both fries in the bag but twice now they've put mayonnaise on my burger when I say specifically (multiple times) to NOT put mayonnaise on there. This last time I even made the girl repeat it back to me. Still they put mayo on! I called their suggestion line which was about as worthless an experience I could have possibly had. 5 stars for fast food?! Yes, it can happen. This store must be brand new. The outside was clean and what appears to be a new style for the chain. Walking inside I found a clean and brightly lit place. What really stood out to me was the fact they have a huge like 4 - 5 long fireplace. If it wasn't a cold day(74 degree) I would have cracked jokes on it. It was very nice feature to see. They have two huge TV's on the back wall as well. They have a Coke Freestyle machine! I have learned to love and hate them. You get like 500 flavor's but some of the flavor's all taste the same or kind of fake. For example, Cherry Coke is one of my favorites! But Freestyle cherry coke is NOT the same was what comes in a can, bottle or dedicated fountain drink. But I think that is a gripe for Ye Old Coke Cola and not poor ole Wendy's. I've never went into the inside of this Wendy's but I have went through the drive through several times and I feel like it's always a hit or miss. Sometimes it'll be really fast and other times I would have to wait for about 7-8 minutes before receiving my food. Whenever it takes a little bit longer, I've noticed that the staff will forget something like a sauce that I requested for or mess up the order somehow. I think Wendy's is pretty average but there are only two things that I get here all the time when I do come which will be their "Frosty" and the baconator fries! The frosty is always smooth and super duper cold, which is how I like it! While the fries are just the right amount of crisp and they are always generous with the cheese sauce. I will update my review once I've been inside the restaurant because I think that will offer a different experience! read more

"WOW, great look; and, menu!" This Wendy's location is one of the newest in the area; and, the results are stunning. My wife, daughter, and her friend stopped in for dinner yesterday; and, we had a great time. Her friend ordered her "usual" Chicken Nuggets, with no sauce; and, Small Fries. My wife had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich; and, Value Fries, while my daughter opted for just a Medium, Vanilla Frosty.. I went all-out, since the last time I had Wendy's was more than 12 years ago! I got the Jalapeno, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, with Natural-cut Fries; and, a Medium Frosty. The chicken was a full breast, all white meat, thick and juicy. It has a cheese sauce, with lots of fresh, diced jalapenos without the seeds. Pepper Jack cheese added an extra kick. The Frosty was as thick and tasty as I remembered. Meaning they won't take the next order until the previous car has their food.........at a fast food restaurant....... please let that sink in. My latest encounter came at 9pm on a Wednesday.
