Went to get Frosty's for a treat I know things have gone up in price and down in size but to reduce what's already small inside the cup to see how bad the amount is and then to be charge the price! I would rather go somewhere else and pay for a full cup of ice cream then go there and pay $25 for nothing a half a cup for each item that I bought unbelievable when asked to fill the cups up was told that's how the GM wants them to do it or had taught him great just lost my business. Haven't done a review in a while. Considering what happened earlier I feel inclined to do so for whoever reads this. when it came to my food I thought it was fresh and not too salty with the fries and pretty good most the time that's usually how windy is. I also liked the girl who took my order she was very patient and attentive to detail even complimented me on how cute my daughter was I don't remember her name though. The main thing I want to highlight though is how ridiculous this old couple was and how well they handled them. I can't help but give Wendy's props because this old woman was whining about her ranch on her sandwich. Surprisingly it wasn't enough ranch, said it was dry. Now as someone who used to work in fast food I can tell you it's pretty easy to spot whether a claim like that is true or not let alone who is trying to milk a refund and or free food policy. The gal that helped me had the manager talk to them and surprisingly when he saw the sandwich he's like well there's ranch over here if you feel there's not enough ranch that's fine I can give you some more normally we charge 60 cents extra but this time I'll let you have it. She must not have heard him because she starts ranting about how ridiculous it is for extra condiment to cost extra and how she wants her money back. I'm thinking my head you must be really bored to be hassling a guy about this. the manager kindly reminded her that he normally would charge $0.60 extra but was giving it to her for free and then she's like "oh."I have to give Wendy's props for this exchange because they weren't rude to her about how how ridiculous her request was but at the same time they also weren't going to fall for the ploy that some people do to get free food because I have seen it as a former fast food worker before. Handled very well and respectfully. To put a cherry on top I just happened to have an extra cup of ranch from my daughter's chicken nugget meal that we never opened that she wasn't going to use so I approached the lady and I'm like I heard you needed some more ranch this is an extra cup that I am not going to use. read more

Went here a number of times and slow was an understatement. When I went in to fix my orders that the messed up on a lot half the time nobody was watching the counter. The lobby and counters were dirty and the staff was rude. I gave it one last chance and my wife and I ended up getting food poisoning. Called in to corporate and they said I could get a free meal. Not the best. First of all, we ordered in the app and it was fine. Secondly, we got to the drive thru for pickup and it took a while but I understand that. Once we got to the window it didn't take long for us to get our food. But there's always a catch. So first of all, they forgot the most expensive thing we got, our $6 burger. And when we tried to complain on the app or the website and it didn't work. Then we tried calling them and they didn't respond because they were on break I guess they were on break I guess? So we did the survey and they haven't got back to us yet. Another little thing is that they got our drinks right, but the lids were wrong. read more

Went into lobby to order and eat. Worker informed us and the people behind us that the lobby was closed and wasn't sure how we got in. The door was unlocked. Went to the drive thru next instead. I used to absolutely LOVE Wendy's for their selection and their frosties. Sadly their customer service is at the bottom of the sludge pit and the quality of their food is declining because they hire a bunch of zeroes with IQs lower than zero, and they are too busy flirting with each other and snapping towels at each other to do their jobs with any degree of professionalism. They screw up orders, serve up food they should have discarded as waste and fail miserably at cleanup. Countless calls to Wendy's corporate offices about the subject have left me convinced that Big Dave is truly dead and whoever took over couldn't possibly care less. read more

After waiting almost 5 minotes to order, we finally got our chicken nugget kid's meal. No sauce, no apples, no toy. Not even a napkin. The four nuggets consisted of two real nuggets, 1 about a fourth of the size and one that was a small piece of nothing but the breading. I used to work at a Wendy's so I know the standards they should be at. This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. From the kitchen to the lobby. I am (as I type) sitting in the lobby on a chair that will most likely break when I get up as it's so wobbly. I will talk to management about this particular problem. Service was great, and fast. They just before we got there at 7:00, locked doors with customers still inside. Online said they were open till 8:00 so we called. Their excuse was that they only had 4 people working. With one car in the drive and 6 people inside who already ordered, I don't see why this was too much for them. My husband and I went to this Wendy's located in Onalaska, Wisconsin at 5:40 p.m. tonight (March 1, 2020). There were only a few other customers inside the building, but quite a number of cars at the drive-through window. We ordered hamburgers, cheeseburgers and other items. The female clerk called our name when the food was ready for us to go pick up at the counter. The burgers and cheeseburgers were cold. My husband took them back to the counter and told her, so she put a new order in. SAME THING... food was COLD. A few new customers came in and ordered food and sat down. We watched to see their response to their food - COLD. And they chatted with us briefly about their disappointment. My husband spoke with the clerk at the counter again letting her know they might be having problems with their equipment and that she should tell the manager. All we heard while there was occasional screaming and pretty constant giggling going on in the back where the food was being prepared. What bothers me most about this disappointing experience is that neither the clerk, nor any manager came out to apologize or try to make things right. Absolutely no work ethics at this location. NEVER going there again. Imagine the customers who went through the drive-thru window to find out a couple blocks down the road that their food was cold! I would give this a "zero" review if I could, but the least I am able to give is a "one." read more
