This place is amazing! Never had a single bad experience here. What I just said was a lie. Every single time I have gone out of my way to give up my hard earned money to this establishment it has been nothing but utter chaos. Don't get me wrong Wendy's chicken is delish! And slides right down my throat like a caterpillar on a slip and slide! It never fails do make my taste buds jiggle and wiggle. Yesterday I ordered a mere patty, plain and simple, but delish enough to make my tongue shimmy in my mouth. I placed a mobile order only to be waiting for a half hour just for said patty and lemonade. The first order brought out to me was horribly wrong! I would never ever in all my years order a McGriddle at Wendy's! My word! The second time they brought my order out, I was already quite famished and willing to eat whatever slop they tossed to me, so I drove away with the food and went straight back to my area of living. I practically ripped the soggy bag to pieces, grabbing whatever delicious munchies stuffed inside. To my surprise my good was right and promising as ever. But the drink. As my eyes shifted over to my drink, I had realized it was NOT what I ordered. In fact, it appeared to be quite an odd concoction, not one I was familiar with. It was green, NOT the color of lemonade might I add. For the newcomers, lemonade is yellow. Ok, all I had was a couple of .50 Frosty's however I'll say this, pulled up at 9:15 pm (21:15 for you military guys) there were five cars in the drive (I really hate using drive thru windows I really do) so I park and enter, there are three people working feverishly to satisfy the drive and I'm immediately acknowledged and all I'm getting is $1.07 worth of Frosty.... I was treated with respect, I received service with a smile and was even offered a cup holder and spoons. I can't see how service could be better, place was spotless as well, wish it was bad service I wanna lose a few lbs for pool season and if its that easy to get Frosty's I might have myself a problem.... I can see why this Wendy's is rated so low. I'm a huge fan of the chain because of their quality, ever changing menu and most of all Dave's foundation for adoption. I admire how he put so much emphasis on helping those less fortunate. Now the reason for two stars. The restaurant was super busy, a long line at the drive thru and just after I went inside a line of 8-10 people. Only one cashier working, he was hustling his butt off to keep up with orders working two registers to keep the flow. There were plenty of workers for the drive thru, two working filling food orders, one person cleaning, one mulling about not even in a uniform and a girl walking around texting, also not wearing a uniform. So service was a slow inside. I had a plain baked potato and a large chili. Both although flavorful were barely warm, probably not to the required 140 degrees F. Which concerns me, let's see how I feel in an hour. I don't frequent fast food often but have had better experiences with other Wendy's. read more

I pulled up to the drive through and a woman hopped on and had an attitude right of the bat, but you know I understand someone could have a tough day so I let it go she told me to let her know when I was ready to order, I said okay because I wasn't sure what I wanted... not even 30 seconds later she yells into the microphone WHAT CAN I GET YOU with the nastiest attitude, mind you, there's no cars behind me at all because I could understand if I was holding up a line, so I said you need to watch your attitude and I left because if that's the attitude right away I don't even want to give them my business nor want to find out how the food would've been. Someone needs to check that ladies attitude before someone gets upset enough to do something about it. This is also not the first bad experience I've had with customer service here. One star is putting it nicely. The staff was nice but not very with it. I ordered a number one with no patty and it confused the kids that work there. Ok, understandable but then I gave the kid at the register a $5.00 gift card and a free frosty card to cover PART of my payment. When I asked him what I still owed he said "six something". Fast forward to 2014... this place is all about cutting corners. Half filled fries, ice that fills entire cups (see photo) seriously I think I took 5 sips before I ran out of my drink.
