I gave them another chance and they screwed up my order again. Specifically asked for a double Hamburger and said, NO CHEESE. Got a Cheeseburger anyway. Asked for Extra Onions and pickles, there were 2 pickles and 3 rings of onion. All this after waiting almost 15 minutes to get thorough the drive-through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Every time I've been here they have screwed up simple requests. I'm done with the Old Bridge Route 9 location. read more

Always hot unlike the other food chains that are a hit or miss. Ordered the new frosty-cinno & it's exactly a coffee with tons of sugar. Glad I tried it but I'll never order it again. Food is always good. read more

They are supposed to be fast food, but it's anything g BUT fast. This used to be my stop on the way back from the airport. Last few times has been 30 minute wait. Tonight when it cracked 30 I just drove off. Avoid read more

This was the worst Wendy's i've seen, dirty tables, food was not well cooked, whole place was a mess and most of all bad customer service they treated me like I was nothing to them, overall bad place don't buy from here. read more

Supposed to be under new management and owner. Same show different channel. Constantly gets orders wrong and misses items with your order. Apparently taking an order in the drive thru is a very difficult task to handle. Keeps cutting you off when placing the order and they DON'T LISTEN. Maybe if they did there wouldn't be so many issues. Do yourself the favor and drive to the one on 516 in old bridge where they know what they're doing. Corporate should really watch this store. read more

I went thru drive thru at 1:15pm on Monday April 17 the young man was very pleasant, and kind and even asked how my day was. What a pleasure, the food was hot & was good. Thank you. read more

Went to Wendy's on route 9 in old bridge. Closest to our house. We know it has been lousy for two years but we wanted salads today. ordered the taco salad they forgot the chili. Ordered the apple pecan salad they forgot the dressing. Spent nearly twenty bucks for two lousy salads no beverage or other food items. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location read more

Ordered breakfast from here. Prior to this order I did not know that Wendy's served breakfast. The food... was delicious! I ate the food before I could take a picture lol. Wendy's - My receipt - Burgers Near Me - Old Bridge, New Jersey

This place is amazing! Never had a single bad experience here. What I just said was a lie. Every single time I have gone out of my way to give up my hard earned money to this establishment it has been nothing but utter chaos. Don't get me wrong Wendy's chicken is delish! And slides right down my throat like a caterpillar on a slip and slide! It never fails do make my taste buds jiggle and wiggle. Yesterday I ordered a mere patty, plain and simple, but delish enough to make my tongue shimmy in my mouth. I placed a mobile order only to be waiting for a half hour just for said patty and lemonade. The first order brought out to me was horribly wrong! I would never ever in all my years order a McGriddle at Wendy's! My word! The second time they brought my order out, I was already quite famished and willing to eat whatever slop they tossed to me, so I drove away with the food and went straight back to my area of living. I practically ripped the soggy bag to pieces, grabbing whatever delicious munchies stuffed inside. To my surprise my good was right and promising as ever. But the drink. As my eyes shifted over to my drink, I had realized it was NOT what I ordered. In fact, it appeared to be quite an odd concoction, not one I was familiar with. It was green, NOT the color of lemonade might I add. For the newcomers, lemonade is yellow. But out of pure famish and starvation, the strange substance, with my meal was the only thing that could quench my unbearable thirst and hunger! The food was great! Keep it up! read more

Ok, all I had was a couple of .50 Frosty's however I'll say this, pulled up at 9:15 pm (21:15 for you military guys) there were five cars in the drive (I really hate using drive thru windows I really do) so I park and enter, there are three people working feverishly to satisfy the drive and I'm immediately acknowledged and all I'm getting is $1.07 worth of Frosty.... I was treated with respect, I received service with a smile and was even offered a cup holder and spoons. I can't see how service could be better, place was spotless as well, wish it was bad service I wanna lose a few lbs for pool season and if its that easy to get Frosty's I might have myself a problem.... Couple that with the fact that it takes 3 minutes from my driveway there and three minutes back and I don't have to pass any lights or venture onto 9 ahh diet in jeopardy.... read more

Slowest Wendy's ever. Even if you go inside and nobody is there it will take forever to get your food because they'll prioritize the drive thru. read more

For some reason this Wendy's always feels like a second rate Wendy's. For one thing they don't have mobile ordering and another is during a busy lunch rush they have a single register open. They really should look at what Shrewsbury does and follow their lead on how to handle a crowd efficiently. Or Maybe it feels dismal because it's next to a Lowe's that isn't there anymore and a Houlihan's that isn't there anymore. I hate to root against any Wendy's but.... read more

I can see why this Wendy's is rated so low. I'm a huge fan of the chain because of their quality, ever changing menu and most of all Dave's foundation for adoption. I admire how he put so much emphasis on helping those less fortunate. Now the reason for two stars. The restaurant was super busy, a long line at the drive thru and just after I went inside a line of 8-10 people. Only one cashier working, he was hustling his butt off to keep up with orders working two registers to keep the flow. There were plenty of workers for the drive thru, two working filling food orders, one person cleaning, one mulling about not even in a uniform and a girl walking around texting, also not wearing a uniform. So service was a slow inside. I had a plain baked potato and a large chili. Both although flavorful were barely warm, probably not to the required 140 degrees F. Which concerns me, let's see how I feel in an hour. I don't frequent fast food often but have had better experiences with other Wendy's. read more

One star is putting it nicely. The staff was nice but not very with it. I ordered a number one with no patty and it confused the kids that work there. Ok, understandable but then I gave the kid at the register a $5.00 gift card and a free frosty card to cover PART of my payment. When I asked him what I still owed he said "six something". He was so lazy and couldn't be bothered to finish helping me. So he walked away and left it to someone else. My sandwich was missing the cheese and my two seltzer's were sprite with no ice . read more

This is absolutely the worse fast food place I've ever went too. They slow in the drive thru. Customer service bad, employees have attitude, I asked for a straw and extra barbecue sauce and seen there attitude expression. If you gonna have issues don't work at all... Being stingy with a attitude don't work!" Nothing but dummy's and jokers... Wish I can rate no stars!" Sadly. read more

I pulled up to the drive through and a woman hopped on and had an attitude right of the bat, but you know I understand someone could have a tough day so I let it go she told me to let her know when I was ready to order, I said okay because I wasn't sure what I wanted... not even 30 seconds later she yells into the microphone WHAT CAN I GET YOU with the nastiest attitude, mind you, there's no cars behind me at all because I could understand if I was holding up a line, so I said you need to watch your attitude and I left because if that's the attitude right away I don't even want to give them my business nor want to find out how the food would've been. Someone needs to check that ladies attitude before someone gets upset enough to do something about it. This is also not the first bad experience I've had with customer service here. Find a different Wendy's is the best option in my opinion because this one sucks. read more

Drive through is so slow no matter what time of day. Always items or sauces missing. Inside it never feels as though the air conditioning is on in the summer. It's so hot and uncomfortable. One person behind the register during peak lunch period. New management here, and it's noticeable, because the food and service shows it. Very poor experience. Will go to other locations instead that are more efficient and consistent. read more

Not really surprised to find this location has a star and a half.. not sure why I keep giving this store a chance.. you guys know it's ok to put condiments on burgers and spicy chicken go wraps right...? Seriously disappointing especially when you're company motto is "quality is our recipe.." I try to avoid writing yelp reviews, especially negative ones but this is at least the 5th time my order has either been wrong, missing an item, or I had to wait in line 10+ minutes.. To still have my order be wrong.. and be charged for something I never received. So if you go to this location: expect to wait in a line and make sure you check every item before you leave, or just go to the location on 516 read more

Place is too slow and dirty. Food was awful. It has to be this place because every Wendy's I ever ate at was good. Try another location.

I wish I could give 0 stars! the customer service sucks-and you need that for a fast food place! we got those coupon book where you get a small frosty-we tried to use it and we were told we needed to have more than three people in the car to use one. we then asked where does it say that on the coupon and the cashier pointed to some random print and then shut the window on us. then another time I went the lettuce was so rancid, the sandwich stunk up our car. then wen I asked for cheese fries, which they have now, I was told they couldn't make it. wth is wrong wit this place? read more

Terrible drive thru can't get order right had to call inside to get my salad today after being told to move and park took 10 extra minutes
