Masala dosa with chutney and sambhar

Did carry out food - masala dosa and chili panneer. Both items are very good . Place was not crowded and has a parking lot which is real advantage

Paneer & Aloo Kathi Roll
Sal M.

Very nice and clean location, the dosa was amazing - perfectly cooked and crisp! We also ordered a paneer kati roll (which I would skip next time) and an aloo paratha (which could have used some more aloo, we originally ordered a paneer paratha but were given this one instead). The best was the tokri chaat (which I'm still dr(ooling)eaming about)

Tokri Chaat
Varshini S.

Amazing chaat experience at Bombay Talk! Can easily say the food and ambience is significantly better at this location in comparison to the Iselin one. Between 5 people, we ordered 2 tokri chaats (a must here), chili paneer, 1 mysore masala dosai, 1 spring dosai, and samosa chaat. It was a perfect amount of food to share and every item was so delicious. We ended our meal with mango lassis - another item way better here than at the Iselin one. I can't wait to return to this location! Stellar experience with fast and attentive customer service.

Chole Bhature
Sudin S.

I went in for a quick meal since it was on the way back home. I actually saw it across the street while waiting on the street light. I got chole bhature and it was definitely good! The bhature was puffy and not very oily. The chole was perfectly spiced and went perfectly well with the bhature!

Paan Shot

There's magic in the food at Dimple's Bombay Talk. No matter what you take a bite or sip of, your face will light up at the flavors flying through your mouth! The "Paan Shot", though we finished our meal with, I'll review first so you make sure you order it. It's the most refreshing way to clean your palate after all the oily food (oily in a great way!). The Paan Shot is milk based, so the Paan flavor isn't as overwhelming as eating the leaf straight. I could go for an entire Paan Smoothie it was so good! The "Davi Puri" was my favorite dish. There are so many different sauces and garnishes topping it, but somehow they coalesce into a flavor that really works. You can't go wrong with any of their "Dosas", but I preferred the "Uttapam" because it's thicker. The unsung hero of both dishes is the "Sambar" (soup) served on the side. Meant for dipping your bread in, you'll want to chug it on its own because it's so good. The "Gobi Manchurian" is a must eat. To many, the sound of "fried cauliflower" may sound off putting, but trust me when I tell you that even a carnivore would consider going vegetarian for this dish. It comes out hot and piping, it's oh so saucy and tangy! I'd skip out on the "Idli Vada" and the "Chili Cheese Dosa". The former just isn't as flavorful as other items on the menu. The latter made me want for cheese pizza. Since it doesn't come with a sauce, it just tastes too cheesy. All in all though, might as well call this "Dumbledore's" Bombay Talk because the spell they've cast on me is proving unbreakable. I can't wait to return!

Date - 11/10/2018 and writing this review sitting inside the restaurant and freezing. Looks like issue with heater. It happens!! But it doesn't mean you open the restaurant for public. My toe inside shoes are frozen. Photo shows it all.. Sorry for bad review. No issues with food!!

Ive driven by for close to year but today I decided to give Dimple's Bombay Talk a try. From the moment I stepped inside I could tell this place was concerned with QUALITY. the restaurant is clean, and bright with a very welcoming atmosphere. They have a large menu offering traditional Indian, Thai, and Chinese fusion items. NOTE: the restaurant is 100% vegetarian, but dont let that dissuade you!!! I ordered two menu items and wow, they were both amazing. flavorful without being overly spicy, and the presentation of the food was that of what you'd expect from an upscale resturant. and the cost you may ask, well, its VERY affordable. i was able to get a tremendous amout of food for about $12. (mind you, almost everything is less than $10). I did end up splurging toward the end and ordered a mango lassi for another $4 and I'm glad I did. again, fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet like some places ive tried in the past. If you're in the area, give this place a try, you wont regret it!

Food was good but very small quantity for the price you paid. I order indo-Chinese most of the time.

This was all our first time eating Indian food and Reese was so helpful. Reese explained the cooking. methods and seasoning of the best selling dishes, she made easier for us to pick our appetizers and main dishes! We started with the lollipop chicken, garlic shrimp, and butter garlic Naan. The shrimp were out of this world with the creamiest sauce to dip the Naan. WOWWWW explosion of goodness. We shared different dishes for our mains, we had butter chicken, tandoori chicken, & chicken mango curry. Our mouths were having a party of outstanding flavors never had before. Each dish was unique the butter chicken was the best one for us all. The tandoori chicken was super flavorful served on a sizzling fajita dish. The mango chicken was a perfect hint of sweet and tangy. If you ever wanted to have Indian cuisine and not sure where to go, look no further than Aangara for the best experience! I placed a take out order through Yelp. 10 minutes go by and there's no notification from the app about my order being confirmed by the restaurant, so I call them up to see what's going on. The lady on the other side said they don't have the items I had ordered and even let me talk to the chef personally who suggested some alternatives based on what they had fresh. Let's talk about the food. My order consisted - chicken tikka and chicken sheekh kebab. The sheekh kebab was fantastic, the grounded meat was cocked perfectly with spices and it was soft and juicy. The chicken tikka was a little harder than I'd like but had good flavor. The food was excellent, the customer service was top notch and the entire experience was great. Do give this place a try.

It's a vegetarian food paradise with limited choice menu and some weekend specials like Pineapple Kesari, Veg pulao, Chapathi kurma. They are a self serve counter pick up , priced so nominally that the quality and quantity of food outbids any Indian restaurant food. Whatever they serve is fresh and tasty. Don't expect a restaurant like ambiance as it's a cafeteria style hall with basic seating , plastic silverware and paper plates. But it's clean and the focus is the food. They have very good Indian Filter coffee and Chai. They do take catering orders but you have to pick up the food . They also take orders for Indian sweets & savories if you are hosting any function or event at the adjoining temple hall. Again, this is really not the place to order traditional Indian food. The beauty lies in the modern, creative dishes and flavors. In fact, if you want to order a traditional dish, the owner will likely not let you!! But letting him guide my journey was the best choice because we had some exciting flavors that are unlike anything else you will try. My favorites were the bhel puri with guacamole (so good with some papadum to dip) and the malai kofta tacos. They were absolute flavor perfection and so unique. The ambience is super casual but the owner will treat you like it is a Michelin star dining experience! He brought out lots of fun (free) snacks in between the courses. Given this, I would prepare for at least 2 hours for the full dine in experience. Again, not what you would expect from an Indian spot in a strip mall but it was such an unexpected delight. Overall it was an excellent culinary experience but make sure you reset your expectations if you are looking for quick, traditional Indian cuisine.
