The food at this Wendy's is on point with what it should taste like. The low star rating is for the service. The wait is incredibly long at this location. Last night we went through the drive thru and it took at least 15 minutes to plug along and finally get our food. I've heard going in takes even longer as they favor the drive up. So only come here if you're in no rush. They're probably quicker to call a tow truck if you park in their lot for Mirasol's than to make your Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. read more

Just left Wendy's Restaurant in Dartmouth, MA on State Rd. We could not get in the dining room to order and eat dinner. It was 7:30 pm and 88° out so we wanted to eat in the air conditioning. I walked over to the drive through area and asked to speak with the manager, a young man came to the window and when I asked why can't I eat in the dining room he said there isn't enough help. I counted 5 or 6 people in there. I have never experienced this before and found it very unusual and not acceptable. The tables are filthy and the ads that hang on the screens they always seem to be out of. or as I'm told. on the day their last promotion started. that the food is discontinued. The district manager is a miserable piece of work and a-one gaslighter, GM Anna was always late making me sit out in my car for 40+ mins to HOURS in the mornings. She was also terribly rude, passive aggressive, disrespectful, ghetto, and would make me (who only has 2 hands) do the work of 12 people at once, every single day. First of all, the "restaurant" was not busy on a Saturday night (my first sign of thing to come) After the girl in the drive-thru correctly read back my order to me, I made my way to the pick-up window where it took FOREVER to get my order. I paid over $11.00 for a single order and was I given back the WRONG change (I'm not sure if the guy could even count, so I overlooked getting stiffed) I then checked my order immediately to see if the order was right and, of course, it wasn't. Worst Wendy's ever. They never give you napkins at the drive through. Their fries are not salted half the time and they're hardly ever hot. Their credit card machine breaks regularly and they give you no notice if you're stuck at the drive-through. (This just happened to me today.) It's always a problem.. just today I ordered 2 kids meals and 2 burgers and I get home and neither of my kids had a toy in their kids meals. For kids who know kids meals come with a toy drink hey get to play with after they eat, it's heartbreaking for them.. all I got was aaaaawwwwww and sad faces. The drive through is over 30 minute wait past 4pm consistently. And the drive-through is set up in a way that once you get in you can't get out because there's a barrier in the way so you're stuck. This location looks great as it was remodeled in 2012! The staff was young, and thus, the customer service was sub par. I ordered two chilies and I actually had to wait at the window for them. Ordering chili is usually really fast because it is already ready, so I don't know what took them so long to put my small order together. Once I or the chili and left, it was not watery than usual, but I was so hungry I didn't care. With the new upgraded look of his location drawing customers in, hopefully the management can pull together a friendly and efficient staff to maintain new business. read more

It's 2015 and the service is still bad. Proof that modernization is not the answer to all. Now if they could just bring back the speed and staffing from before the remodel. I had a 10 minute wait for a chicken sandwich and fries. I needed to refill my large soda by the time I got my food. There was only one other order ahead of me inside and they were fully staffed. When the guy brought my food he went to give me the fries that had been boxed before I even ordered. I asked him for the fresh ones which he gladly did, but even they had been sitting too long and were already cold. Love the coke machines though. The only place I can get flavored coke zero. First of all I've been here a few times and every time they messed up very simple orders how hard is it to get a Junior cheeseburger right this time in particular annoyed me because it is such a simple burger to make I got that and a drink they gave me a Junior cheeseburger deluxe and when I came back through drive-through they didn't know what I wanted when I said a Junior cheeseburger even though that's the only thing I get there besides nuggets they were so confused by a sandwich with tomato and lettuce and wanted to know what I wanted on that even though it wasn't the right sandwich in the first place they then had to call over a manager who then asked me step-by-step what I wanted on a burger because maybe he didn't understand what was actually on a Junior cheeseburger either this is a place that jus keeps going more downhill Update: went by for a quick easy burger and was told all the electricity was now shut off. They had messy tiny hand written signs on only the drive through food window to let people know. I drove away even less enthused about this place since this time I got NO FOOD at all. After a good experience at this location and filling out their survey i am afraid i have to retract my good rating. I filled out their survey and received a code number for a free sandwich.the back of the receipt said buy any premium sandwich and get a Dave's junior or chicken sandwich free.when i explained this to the young man at the register who seemed confused he called another employee who seemed equally confused who called the manager who told me I had to pay for my premium sandwich plus the Dave's junior to get another Dave's junior free.She said it was a BOGO deal.She should read the back of the receipts.After a short argument I said goodbye ,she said fine and I went up the road to FIVE GUYS where the food and the service were excellent. read more
