Absolutely one of the best smash burgers ever. Ordered a double, single and cheese fries. Both burgers were cooked absolutely perfect. The sauce on the burgers was delicious. The patties were bigger than the bun. It came with fries but we also ordered cheese fries. The plain fries were good. The cheese fries were loaded with cheese, more than I have ever had. For those that care about ambiance, there is none (personally don't care about that). I would say it falls closer to a dive but who cares when the food is this good. Note no restroom available. Stopped in Friday night with a fairly large group of friends and the staff here were all super friendly and welcoming to us. They put tables together for us and got our orders taken and expedited fairly quickly even though they were already busy with alot of takeout. Food was great. Ordered the CrunchWrap Triple Smash burger. All the meals came with fries (which were awesome) and a soda. Not a bad deal at all. Cool murals locally themed on the walls as well. read more

Well. That was an experience. Not a great one might I add. the whole vibe was off. We were the only people in there and it felt like we were offending the girl behind the counter by ordering lunch. The attitude was so blatant, she didn't even try to mask it with proper customer service. The sighs, the teeth sucking, the tone and shortness in her words. I actually wanted to ask if she was being held hostage there. Like girl are you okay?? We so looked forward to trying out this spot, we planned on dining in but the vibe was so putrid we took our food to go. There was zero hospitality, only thing being served was hostility. It appeared the owner? Manager? I don't know someone who worked there was sitting at a table with a friend and never looked up, greeted, or even acknowledged there were customers in the building. THE ONLY CUSTOMERS at that. It really is the simple things that make a mediocre burger joint GREAT and customer service is one of them. I ordered through DoorDash and can't speak for the establishment itself or the customer service. The food we ordered was all really tasty, great unique food to pair with a drunk night out. My fiancé was a big fan of the bbq mac and cheese burrito. The Big Mac chicken sandwich was great too, the sauce was spot on! I deducted a star for them forgetting the lobster rangoons we ordered as well as the cheese fries. But I'd imagine those would be great too! There's a new Mac Daddy in town and he's coming in HOTT!!! But in all seriousness Smashed is the place to be this summer. Newly opened and located right down town on Pleasant St. and conveniently located right near the bus terminal. Open late most nights until 10pm and even later on weeknights until 3pm. The artwork on the wall is cool, fun, and inviting! Definitely the fresh face this city needs! And Brandon is such a sweet heart, he will go above and beyond to give you the best quality hospitality. Tried the double smashed patty which was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and all around a tasty burger that I will definitely be craving more of. Hot mac burrito which had Mac n cheese, hot chicken tenders, and fries! It was literally the bomb! You must try it for yourself. Fries are those good seasoned fries, if you know, you know. I love their burgers! I usually get their double smashed burgers. The seasoning on their fries is quite good. All their burgers come with fries and a drink. The ambiance is casual here. The joint is centrally located near the bus station which is also not that great. Service is good. I'd come back. read more

I didn't love my sandwich so we switched entrees lol! fries were good, sauce was good (my boyfriend loved it!), milkshake was okay! the ambience was just okay, I liked the mural and tables inside but the music playing on the tv was pretty terrible lol! the service was prompt, you order at a counter and sit down at the tables.
