This is a niche review, but I'm a delivery driver. This Wendy's had me deliver a meal and a small bottle of milk (something out of a kid's meal). The person I delivered to claimed it was opened and half drunken. The customer called the store and the management blamed it on me. Went to the drive thru, ordered 3 spicy chickens, one a meal, a Dave's double with ketchup and mustard only meal. A 10 piece, and 2 wndys bag meals. Was asked to pull to the next door so they could bring me the food. Ordered at 5:29 per receipt, the manager refused to give me back. After 10 minutes waiting in the car, they brought my food out. I checked my order as it was a large one. I was missing 2, 4 pc. That went with my Wendy's bag meals. I went inside and MANAGER stated I would have to wait. OK but mean while they are serving drive thru nuggets one after the other. I then said, hey I have been standing her with my food for 5 minutes waiting on my nuggets. Now I will need new fries. Few more minutes pass by, they are still serving drive thru and I'm still waiting. At this time I have all the food on the counter and ask for my refund of 62 and change. She refused and repeated to tell me to wait. 4 more mintes of vwrbal abuse from this manager, i take my messed up order, my pride and left, with hopes to be refunded tomorrow by the district manager after watch the video feed. I've been here several times. 12/29/18 was probably the worse visit I've ever experienced. We waited in the drive thru line over 20 mins with only one car ahead of us, and our food order was wrong. Bravo Wendy's! 5-star service! We grabbed dinner here through the drive thru before heading to the DMB concert and were thoroughly impressed! The wait time was a tad bit longer than other drive thrus we've been to but we agreed that their organization and food quality made up for it! The girl at the window who handed us the food was fantastic! Each meal was bagged separately, which was awesome!!! (Compared to when it's all jammed into one bag and it is a pin in the a** to hand out everyone's meal.) As she handed me each bag, she told me what was inside so I could then pass it to be hungry recipient. Same with the drinks! Didn't leave us in a guessing game as to which is which. Napkins, straws and even ketchup packets were tucked inside each bag as well. Kudos. Everyone's food was hot and delicious. I went with a new menu item: the spicy chicken sandwich (#6 on the menu) and it was AWESOME! (Highly recommend!!!) Definitely hit this place up if you are in the area! Went through the drive through on 12-28-21 at 6:45 pm. There were 5 cars in front of me. Every single car was greeted with "can you wait". When I came to order 45 minutes later, I was given the same greeting. I was told that they are short staffed and that they are only doing two orders at a time. I drove away without any food. This rating is more about the service rather than the food. The food I recieved was fresh and tasty but the service was terrible. I went through the drive thru and the young lady that was helping me was more concerned about her conversation with her coworkers than taking my order. I only say that because she forgot to turn her mic off and I could here the entire conversation. Not to mention it took her 3 times to get my order correct because she failed to pay attention. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 min bc they were backed up, I eventually ordered a Asiago Chicken Sandwich with no tomatoes and waited until I got home to really check it. So on the sandwich there is Asiago cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and ranch. I check my sandwich and all I have is a chicken patty, lettuce, ranch, and a damn tomato. I didn't even get the cheese the sandwich is named after! I paid $8 for a regular ass chicken sandwich. This is not only the worst Wendy's I've ever been to but literally the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to, not to mention the slowest. Every single time I pull up to order, I'm told to wait a moment yet I notice there will be only one car in the whole drive thru besides me. I pulled up to the window and the girl at the window tells me to back up 5 feet, when my food is ready she tells me to pull forward. I've lived in 7 different cities and travel more than I'd prefer, and I like this chain is more for its consistency than anything else.
