Worst Taco Bell location I have every been too. Waited half hour and then left without my food. Both bathrooms were unusable filled to the rim and clogged read more

You will wait more than 20mins every time no matter what. Taco Bell is no longer something I enjoy

Clean looking prep space but dine in area could use some cleaning. Also the drink machine could be wiped down more often. The manager was really nice to customers, especially those struggling with the kiosk ordering. No long wait for food. I'd come here again just for the kind vibes of the staff. read more

Taco Bell - 5 dollar Classic Luxe Box - Fast Food Near Me - Norfolk, Virginia

I ordered the new chulupa street tacos which comes with onions and cilantro with a tasty sauce. It's 2 cute little tacos for $5.50. I had the steak and chicken. The steak was bland, but the sauce helped. I really liked the onions and cilantro. I also got the nacho fries. I normally like the nacho fries but they tasted like fish. Yes fish!! I guess it was the grease, plus they were cold and limp. Not enjoyable in any way. The wait was a little longer than normal. All in all it was ok. I'd return for the tacos. read more

This has to be the slowest "Fast food" establishment ever to exist. I sat in the drive through for more than 15 minutes waiting fir food today 2 June 2026. There's no excuse to have customers waiting that long. As high as gas is today, this is completely unacceptable. Especially since I ordered my food online. If I could give it zero stars I would! read more

The girl staff was cursing and saying that she not going to tell me what the fuck to do.. I have kids with me and they don't need to hear this language while trying to have lunch. Very disappointing. I will not go back and tell my family and friends not to come as well. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Skip this location. Worse experience, food and longest wait , I have ever had at a taco bell. They don't know how to read for a mobile order and after being wrong they gave me a meal that seemed like someone had added something non-edible to it. Called corporate about the staff here. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. Don't waste your money or time. read more

Put in an online order. Pulled into the drive through and received a nasty attitude from the drive through employee. Demeanor was unforgiving and very rude. Asked me what he could get for me in the rudest sounding tone. Will never order from here again if this is how their customers are treated. I've worked in the food chain too long to know that people should hold their attitude when going over the mic. read more

I got number 9 today Mexican pizza with two tacos. This was the worst meal i got in years. The pizza was smelling tribble like the beans and beef were two days old. Not crispy very soft. No fork for the pizza on bag. All went to the trash. I can not believe that Taco bell's management will like to hear this but it is the case. I will include the pictures to confirm my sad story. read more

If you want your food, better wait 15 to 20 minutes in line to even get your food let's talk about used to be on their game really good food and excellent service but in the last year has been horrible just like the Wendy's and McDonald's down the street read more

Terrible service. Showed up and was advised system was down can't take any orders. Asked a question and was rudely responded to. Done with this location. read more

I don't order from this restaurant often, but since it is right next to where I live, so it's a late dinner option. I am not joking when I say there is literally ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Additionally, I order from there around 7pm or 8pm, (this location closes at 3am) they are always out of whatever drink I order. I am not one to leave reviews, but it is always something with this location and it's never a big order whenever I go. Hate leaving bad reviews, but my order should at least be right sometimes. read more

food didn't hit at all and im a taco bell soldier. the service was super slow and they hit on me all weird like. and the ambiance was trash.

HORRIBLE! Charging chick-fil-a prices and food coming out looking horrible! I got the chicken cantina cripsy taco meal. Wow. Can't even eat the tacos. Just got my money back. God man read more

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Rude ass workers. Didn't put half of our order on the screen and said "you just want those 3?". Messed up the order AFTER we repeated it. It's not our fault y'all chose to work at Taco Bell. Food is ok. read more

The food at this location is usually good but they would always say there registers were down between 930-10 so I stopped going here. Try the town center location, alway fresh food and never say there closed. read more

Avoid at all costs. Stood in drive thru for 10-15 mins. I figured the DT was broken or something so I wasn't greeted for the longest. I've worked in a Drive Thru so I understand the struggle. That said..I drove up to the window and waited longer to be greeted. I got greeted by a man "did you order?" I told him I didnt know if something were wrong with the speaker since I didnt hear anything. He said "oh ok" and closed the door. I drove off to another Taco Bell.... read more

This employee was such a d*ck. I was kind and tried to tell them they forgot a part of my order, and he told me "I asked if you wanted sauces, go back around" and then rolled his eyes and closed the door. what a stupid c*nt. read more

I ordered a chicken chalupa meal and it wasn't even half filled. Please see the below picture. It's ridiculous the chalupas had little to no filling. This review is is SOLELY for the manager Demetrius and him ALONE. I've avoided this place like the plague for the most part because my orders are always messed up, stale, somethings always old, or missing/wrong. After a really bad experience I reached out to see what was going on because it was almost comical how ridiculous our experiences have been coming to this particular location. He reached out right away, was extremely understanding, apologetic and took responsibility for the mistakes of his team, he also was very adamant about making things right which his promised via phone. About a week later We stopped by to take him up on his promise and he came through with flying colors. People like him are what makes customers regain faith in restaurants after being left with a bad taste in their mouth (no pun intended) Thank You Demetrius for being the stand out in this often wonky location! read more

I just went through the drive-thru this evening and there was a long wait but the lady taking my order was so bubbly and happy. The nachos were super crunchy and gooey with cheese. read more

The place went downhill at the drive thru. They are not willing to listen clearly what you want to order, and they rush you to order what you want especially when your too far away from the ordering window. These COVID-19 restrictions made it difficult to place an order from the drive thru. I hope the dining room will open again in the future, because this drive thru thing is now plain difficult than it was before. read more

Worst Taco Bell in the 757!!! Don't waste your $ here. Ordered crunchy tacos no beef sub rice & got a few grains of rice and some lettuce but mostly crunchy taco shell. Whoever is making food needs to be fired immediately. read more

A few months ago I went to this Taco Bell and they told me that I told them to go fuck themselves.

Employees working the late night drive thru are the hottest of the hot garbage. In fact, they are a dumpster fire. Why would I say that? Because I was shorted food I paid for. I came back around to claim what I paid for and I wasn't given the food. In fact they made it out to seem like I was lying just in order to get extra food. Now, the good here is I mad a complaint with Taco Bell corporate and was contacted a day later by the acting manager of this location. I think his name was Nolan and he was more than apologetic about the situation and I was grateful for his attentiveness to try and fix the situation. read more

Booooo! No cheese or sour cream on my Taco Salad. Someone had one job. Then, when I took it out of the bag the cover wasn't on tight. Thank goodness my ninja skills caught the container in time! The shell was all broken up. Sloppiest taco salad I've ever received from TB. Come on now. It wasn't crowded. There was zero line in drive through. This spot seriously needs some Quality Assurance audits or something. read more

Went through the drive thru tonight and whoever made my taco just dumped it in the bag and they forgot my cinnamon twist. I went back and ask them nicely to remake it and give me the cinnamon twist and the femal employee looks to me with an attitude and ask the other employee "what she want". She goes to pack my bag while she is on the phone and does not apologize for Messi cup my order or anything. I won't be back! read more

So we never ever go for Taco Bell for dinner... but tonight for some reason it sounded really good. it's about 11pm, 5 cars in front of us. We had a pretty large order, made sure we checked the bag before we left. We get home and the food was actually amazing. Everything was made hot, fresh, and perfect ! Over all great customer service as well for it being late I was very surprised read more

The drive thru service was not friendly at all, didn't confirm my order or cost. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauce...didn't say much when she handed me my order. Once I got home with it, I noticed it wasn't prepared right at all..extremely small portions for my tostada and regular tacos as if someone didn't know how to make them. Also, some of the lettuce was brown. Really disappointing...all the other taco bells in the area are really pretty good, this was a surprising experience. read more

Slowest and least caring staff I've ever seen at a taco bell. You will wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for 4 soft tacos. Stay away from this location. read more

So obviously this isnt meant to be a fancy dine in experience, hence the name "fast food". But, with that being said, comparitivly, this is one of the sparsest locations ive been too. It doesnt seem dirty, but theres just not much going on for the interior. 90% of everyone that eats here is obviously only concerned about the drive through, so the interior wont really mean much. The seating is minimal, but it looks as if the furniture is new. Idk. The food i got was ok, for a fast food taco bell, however the only complaint i have is that the spicy doritos in the beefy crunch burrito that i had were stale, because it was prepared and then set under a warming light for the customer, which is fine i guess, but i was kinda hoping for a more "crunchy" expercience, so to speak. Staff seemed nice though, so thats good. But unfortunatly, i probably wouldnt eat here again. read more

15 minute wait in the drive thru. The food was HORRIBLE, I don't think they made it anywhere close to how it's supposed to be made. Barely any meat whatsoever. Honestly, I'd be afraid to visit this place ever again. read more

If no stars were a rating, that's what this establishment would receive if I could give it. Constantly giving out horrible customer service and this Taco Bell just opened up not even a few months ago. The whole staff needs to be properly trained or fired because clearly nobody understand the responsibilities that comes with the job title. Enough is enough. TONIGHT THEY CROSSED THE LINE, FORGETTING MY CARAMEL APPLE EMPANDA IS THE WORST THING THEY COULD DO. I'll take the extra drive to military hwy from now on. read more
