I ordered the new chulupa street tacos which comes with onions and cilantro with a tasty sauce. It's 2 cute little tacos for $5.50. I had the steak and chicken. The steak was bland, but the sauce helped. I really liked the onions and cilantro. I also got the nacho fries. I normally like the nacho fries but they tasted like fish. Yes fish!! I guess it was the grease, plus they were cold and limp. Not enjoyable in any way. The wait was a little longer than normal. All in all it was ok. I'd return for the tacos. read more

This review is is SOLELY for the manager Demetrius and him ALONE. I've avoided this place like the plague for the most part because my orders are always messed up, stale, somethings always old, or missing/wrong. After a really bad experience I reached out to see what was going on because it was almost comical how ridiculous our experiences have been coming to this particular location. He reached out right away, was extremely understanding, apologetic and took responsibility for the mistakes of his team, he also was very adamant about making things right which his promised via phone. About a week later We stopped by to take him up on his promise and he came through with flying colors. They are not willing to listen clearly what you want to order, and they rush you to order what you want especially when your too far away from the ordering window. These COVID-19 restrictions made it difficult to place an order from the drive thru. So obviously this isnt meant to be a fancy dine in experience, hence the name "fast food". But, with that being said, comparitivly, this is one of the sparsest locations ive been too. It doesnt seem dirty, but theres just not much going on for the interior. 90% of everyone that eats here is obviously only concerned about the drive through, so the interior wont really mean much. The seating is minimal, but it looks as if the furniture is new. Idk. The food i got was ok, for a fast food taco bell, however the only complaint i have is that the spicy doritos in the beefy crunch burrito that i had were stale, because it was prepared and then set under a warming light for the customer, which is fine i guess, but i was kinda hoping for a more "crunchy" expercience, so to speak.
