Would give zero stars if possible. But I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle with a SIDE of…read morebacon. The poor guy couldn't hear for the life of him and eventually just put it as extra bacon and said, "Wow, that's a lot of bacon." First of all, no need to fat shame me. Then we told the woman at the cash window what it was supposed to be, and she said that she could change it to a side, but it would be a dollar upcharge, and we said okay. Then at the second window, we told her as well because they didn't fix it. It was still on the sandwich when she handed it to us, and then she said, "I think they put it on the sandwich," and then shut the window and walked away. Every worker at this McDonald's clearly shares one singular brain cell and cannot hear for the life of them.

I continued to wait listening to the manager tell the other employee what a great manager he was, and apparently the employee did something really bad. There is a time and place for everything. The manager enjoyed having an audience. I wanted to ask the employee if that minimum wage salary was worth the humiliation. After I YELLED 'are you still open?' I had to yell in order to be heard over the manager. The manager then came to take my order. I was over it at that point and said never mind and walked away. A few mins later the manager was outside STILL LOUDLY berating the employee. And, NO EMPLOYEE was inside the Arby's.

Portions are large, service is friendly. I was overwhelmed by the menu and options. I know some people like the whole assembly line, choose what you want thing, but in a gas station situation where I'm looking to get in and get out, I wish they had something easier to order. "I'll take two number 3 burritos please"... In any case, our egg burrito wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't delicious. We also tried a couple fried pies, which had great filling but were cold and a little soggy. In the end we wished we had gone to the Loves with McDonalds down the road.
