I was there today and I was trying to buy some chips and salsa. And the guy says that I cannot get chips and salsa that I can only get chips he wanted to charge me $12 for my chips. He says that the small bag of chips got a salsa but the big bag of chips is not come with the salsa so he charged me $450 for a bag of chips and I got no salsa the guy was very rude disrespectful and very unfriendly he was a white guy there the only white guy there and was not respectful at all so I had a bag of chips with no salsa what do you do with a bag of chips and no salsa and it says that you can have a bag of chips for $2 and if you want salsa it's $250 so why did I spend $450 on a bag of chips with no salsa read more

This is not a good Chipotle. They're always out of stuff, they're the worst about portions, even compared to other chipotles. We got a kid's quesadilla and they didn't even melt the cheese it was just a cold tortilla and a cheese so we went it back and then they gave it to us with 100% of the cheese smashed out of the tortilla and onto the foil it was wrapped in, and the cashier acted like we were idiots for wanting what we paid for Go to a different chipotle. read more

If I could leave a zero i would. This has nothing to do with the food there, but everything to do with the integrity of the manager on duty in the morning on 5/15. A package of mine was delivered there by accident and contained a highly expensive watch. The post office was able to point me to where it was delivered. When I went to notify the manager and retrieve my package, she admitted to me that she personally opened the box, and it was just an empty box. The postmaster confirmed the box was not empty when delivered which I already knew. It is despicable that someone would steal something that doesn't belong to them first of all, but to be a manager at a very busy establishment with no integrity tells me something about the people the owners allow to work there. I know when you open a box and see a Rolex box you might get excited but IT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU!!!!!! read more

Stopped here on way home traveling and can honestly say this is the worst chipotle location I have ever been to. I waited in line for literally 30 minutes before being helped. They were beyond slow to the point the manager had to come out and help ring people up. They also were out of cilantro lime rice, pico de gallo, steak, and etc. On top of all of that, the girl that helped us out had an attitude the whole time and was raising her voice. This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a chipotle in my life! The guy, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was the most polite person I have ever encountered. Made sure to ask if my burrito looked okay before wrapping it up and paying attention to everything I was asking for. Then upon check out the lady who was working the register was even nicer! Very happy to help when I asked for an extra to go thing for my burrito because I would be eating in the car! Great experience and would recommend this location to anyone and everyone if you would like an easy and enjoyable experience. Their attitudes definitely made my 6 hour drive from Dallas to Hot Springs a bit more enjoyable. Also I have never written a review on here before but my encounter at this location was too great not to share! read more

Oh, I am hooked on Chipotle wherever I am! It takes me back to College days when you are hungry and want a satisfying meal. This Texarkana branch is clean and lives up to Chipotle standards. I always get the burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, fajita veggies, mild salsa, cheese, corn salsa, guacamole and lettuce! Staff are also nice, despite the busy lunch crowd! The only reason why it felt short of 5/5 stars is because my rice was still on the raw side. Overall, great experience here! read more

In my life I've been to many chipotles. I have my order down to a tee. As we approached my new favourite facility my girlfriend turned to me and went "ooh pretty. That's a pretty chipotle." But that was only the beginning. As we sauntered in from our long and tedious drive from hot springs we were greeted with warm smiles and "Hello"s. This is where we meet Chris. Chris stood at least 6'4 with bulging muscles. Chris is a chad. I asked Chris for a bowl with a tortilla on the side. He gave me the experience of a lifetime. I asked for half and half of both white and brown rice and he literally filled my bowl to the brim. On the first ingredient. This is when I knew I was in love. Chris supplied me with the perfect ratio of beans. He absolutely lathered my bowl with perfect medium rare steak. He put on a small mountain of cheese. A careful Laredo of the finest hot sauce to grace my tongue, and finally just a sprinkle of sour cream, keeping my bowl perfect. Toward the end of this romantic fulfilment I got a good look at my bowl. It was something from the ads. I mean truly a work of art. It would in fact bring a tear to Gordon Ramsay's eye. Nothing can compare. Chris, after giving me the treatment of a god, looked at me in the eye, gave a nod toward my girlfriend (I nodded back) and he put her perfection on my tab as well. Not only do they craft the finest sustenance on the planet, they also read minds. Chris made me question my sexuality by that point. I wolfed down that Mexican goodness like it had never been done before. And I could not get enough. I went back in this church of the lord twice more. Once to give tip to big daddy Chris. Another to utilise the lavatory (sparkled like a diamond). Or so I told my family. All I wanted was to see Chris just one more time. And I wasn't the only one. My sister went in to get a bowl for herself and shared my enthusiasm in the ambrosia and Chris. Along with my girlfriend. And I saw the connection there. Am I mad? Absolutely not. I ordered online for a burrito, only to get a call in which the employee said they were out of tortillas. I said that's fine and let them make a bowl instead, no big deal. When I arrived at the chipotle, as soon as I walk in, two employees were rolling burritos. If you mess up an order, no big deal, but if you just lie? That's not cool. Sad. read more

The two people ahead of me walked out halfway through their order. I should have as well but didn't. The counters were gross and the only guacamole in the place was brown. When I asked for if that was all they had the employee replied with a sad disgusted face saying that it was. If you know it is gross take it away. Put an empty pan there or something. Mobile order was not even started, was just placed on the counter once I arrived for 10 mins prior to starting. the food was all a mess, the counter they make the food was covered with food. The lady making the order struggled to make it, forgot to add the steak in both kids meals (luckily I saw it before she finished boxing it up). The rice was undercooked and the meat was over cooked. When bagging up my order they forgot the bag of chips on the order. This has happened before at this location and it prevented us for coming for a couple months, we thought we would give them a try again bc we love chipotle but it was quite the disappointment again. read more

I live in Dallas and used to come to classes at the Texas A&M University Texarkana. Every time, after classes, I go there to eat before heading back home. Any time I go there, the place is always clean (even the bathrooms) and the customer service always great. The quality of their service makes my coming and going enjoyable. The personnel is always there and smiling anytime which prove they like their job. I exceptionally like their food because I believe it is healthier than most food served at other places. The food is not greasy at all and is composed of healthy ingredients. They serve soda, but the have other natural juices as well. The price is reasonable to the quality of food served. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. read more

Really good food and always fresh! There is a not so secret secret menu. U can get a cheese quessadilla as the wrap for your already enormous burrito of choice. 2 for the price of one. U can also get as many tortillas as u want if u choose to go the salad route and nachos as well. There is never an up charge for cilantro so pile it on. I think the up charge for the guacamole is high bit they don't charge for the extra salsa I get in the cup so it makes up for it. I'm not in love with the location. Parking can be a Hassel when they are busy and it is an extremely frustrating intersection on Richmond rd. But even with a line of people all the way to the door do not be discouraged. The staff is friendly efficiently trained and fast. Always with a smile and will do anything to make your experience a good one. The restaurant is clean and upbeat. A great atmosphere read more

We were traveling back home to Texas and stopped at this Chipotle. I used to eat at the one back home at least twice every single week until the ecoli scare and then I just steered away from Chipotle. So today my husband was hungry so we decided to stop at this location. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman as soon as we walked in the door (that's never happened to me at any other location). He made sure to greet everyone as they walked in. The whole line was super quick and most of all friendly. I watched as they made sure to offer every customer exceptional service.
