Yesterday a manager was supposed to call, never did. I hope Wendys corp people come and see the shit you let your staff do and get away with. Worst wedny quality food in area. Worst attitude staff (slob of a night manager, rude staff whom dont seem to know how to make wendys items. An overly "thirsty" female employee upset males aint giving her weight any attention) I still have the bag of food i didnt eat! Ill return it today! Poorly cooked on every single thing we had. It was ridiculous. The chilli was awful the fries were cold, chicken sandwich over done.

I have a terrible experience almost everytime i come here!! Most of the workers I've experienced are not helpful and have terrible attitudes. I ordered a pick up order on doordash and I didn't receive my drink, my sauces, or my burrito. Instead I got a cold and dry breakfast biscuit and a random sandwich I didn't order. When I brought this to the workers attention, they insisted that I was the one who was incorrect and shut the window in my face. ALSO I tried to go inside to pick up my order initially because I was scolded on a separate occasion for trying to pick up through the drive through but the doors were locked! I understand that mistakes can happen and I usually take them lightly but I feel I was just treated with blatant disrespect and rudeness. I won't be returning to this particular store but please encourage your workers to have better attitudes to prevent this from happening again! read more

The only reason I gave an extra star is because they were clean before COVID. Now that they are drive-through only, I find that one or two things are missing from the order almost every time. Usually they forget to put tomato on whatever is supposed to get it, or they don't give you ketchup when you ask for it, or if it calls for cheese/pub sauce, they won't tell you they're out, will take your money, and when you get to your destination and call them, they'll say, "oh yeah, we're out" (maybe it's a good idea to be up front about that key item that makes the meal?). Until recently, this Wendy's was my go to. You really can't beat the 4 for 4 deal, but this place has gone down hill. I waited in the drive thru line for 17 MINUTES! 17. Minutes. In that time I could have went to Olive Garden, been seated, ordered, and get my food. But no, here I was sitting in the drive thru just dreaming about my nugs on the other side of that window. I also ordered a frosty, and they must have made that within the first few minutes of my duration in the drive thru, because when they handed it to me (after 17 MINUTES) it was a drippy melted mess. And no, there were no napkins included. I'm a forgiving person, but I need an apology to forgive. These people did not even utter the words "sorry for your wait." I love Wendy's, don't get me wrong, but this particular one is not the place to go. My server, Tabitha, was not happy at all. Very rude and rushed me. She looked miserable. This is for the location on Patteson Dr....stopped for breakfast since back in the office part-time due to covid...I love Wendy's so excited to try their breakfast, went thru drive-thru, no good morning, no how can I help you...you get a recording welcoming you and asking what you'd like and after I give my order a guy says "2nd window"...pull up and handed my drink "here ya go", no good morning nothing....hands me my card back and then grabs my bag "here ya go", and shuts window, no thank you, have a nice day nothing.....got the sausage, egg and swiss cheese sauce (never heard of that), open my sandwich and the sauce is all over the place, the wrapper, the outside of the sandwich and the sausage is so peppery couldn't finish it. This place has the worst customer sevoce. Emyees ate extremely rude. Will argue about the order you place and then slams the window only to not return after the screaming match between him and another coworker at the window. So I wait and a girl opens the window and basically throws the bags to me and says the receipts are in the bags and shuts the window. I get home the food is not wrapped and I bite into the hamburger and its raw. So the other 2 guys open theirs and cut into the burgers and they are raw. Had to go back. Asked for the manager and shes the one at the window that was also rude. NO ONE EVER SAID....oh we are so sorry. Just do you want tbese replaced? I said hell no Just give me back my money.
