Update: I've returned to this Wendy's a number of times because it's the most convenient one, but it's really hit or miss. The funniest moment there so far happened while I was in line. One of the cooks was complaining about the amount of burgers he had to make, and how no one was helping him enough. It was only moderately busy, so I'm not sure why it was such a problem, but some yelling started and then the manager on duty started yelling back at him. While the customers were looking at each other with amused smiles, this cook freaked out due to being unable to take the pressure of making the burgers. The manager yelled at him some more and he got into a fit, clocked out yelling something about just going home, and left. Classy. I have noticed that when a particular manager or supervisor is there, the staff is more under control, while when she's not, well....you get freak outs and lots of noise sometimes. read more

It's part of the Wendy's chain, so you'll get a meal from here that is pretty much like the meal you'll get from any other Wendy's in the country. This particular franchise is about 30 years old now, and it's starting to show its age. The dining area feels dingy and you get the impression some of the stains are older than some of the store's high school-aged employees. General cleanliness tends to be spotty. Tables aren't wiped as promptly as they should be. Caters to lots of families with kids. You'll probably want to eat in your car. Food is OK. Too often their fryer oil gets too old and tired, causing their food to taste acrid and have a soggy texture. When it's "New Oil Week" their fries are top notch. But beware the "off-week" when the oil is old, the fries taste the way Refinery Row in Newark smells. Staff are mostly high schoolers who are more interested in what they're doing when their shift is done than in making a picture-perfect burger. Your order is correct most of the time, but you'll want to double check the bag if you use the drive-in. read more

We usually only come here for the drive thru when we need a quick meal. We are not fans of the McDonald's next door so we end up here most of the time when hamburgers are desired. Most of the time the orders are prepared correctly. There is room for improvement. The drive thru is narrow. Service is relatively speedy. There is room for improvement there as well. The food is standard Wendy's fare. The only thing we have noticed is that the chili varies in consistency. Sometimes it is thick, other times runny. Sometimes spicy. Sometimes lots of hamburger. We assumed the chili was pre-packaged, but perhaps it is made "fresh". read more

Good Wendy's, better than the one in Bridgeton. I love how it has the Coke Freestyle soda machine. The only things I don't like is 1. the pesky panhandler(s) that congregate there (and various other shopping areas along High St Millville), always trying to scalp something off you, give a sob story, then if you do buy em a burger they get all picky........... Makes me think twice about eating inside there. 2. Whenever I order coffee, I find it annoying they always leave it an inch- inch and a half low from the top, just like the Bridgeton Wendy's. The Frosty is the only safe thing to have in this place. They have teens working there so I'm not surprised. The oil must get changed once a month because the fries taste like crap! The burgers? DRY! And please I'm begging you to cut your chicken in half before you take a bite! My child got SEVER SALMONELLA from their chicken sandwich! It was bloody raw in the middle! She spent 2 nights in the hospital and suffered for 4 months! She was so sick we had to call 911 because she was curled up in a ball from the pain...Again, please check your your chicken and especially your children's chicken. I wouldn't want any parent or child to go through what we went through. When I called them from the E.R. the mangers says to me "oh wow that's ashame bring the sandwich back for another one". I'll never eat here again after my spicy chicken sandwich was served to me RAW in the middle. I ate nearly half, when I bit into it and it was very chewy and bitter tasting. Since I was driving in my car, I turned the light on to entire pink chunk in the middle. I took photos and sent them to corporate. They said they'd send me a reimbursement and coupons. They never did. I have never been more disgusted with a fast food place. Thankfully I did not eat the raw meat and I didn't get sick. But it churns my stomach every time I ride by it! Not to mention the inside is always disgusting and there are gnats everywhere. read more

The entire county's population of houseflies appears to be breeding in this Wendy's location's walls. The flies are friendly too... They will come out to wish you a good day, supervise the clerks as they prepare your order, and then keep you company during your meal. I like Wendy's food in general, but this one location will probably not be getting my business again any time soon. read more

When it comes to fast food Wendy's defines the word wholesomeness. The food is always prepared with the utmost of care and their frosty's, cheeseburgers and now Sweet and Sour Asian flavored chicken hits the spot. So if you are on the go and have time to stop in check their salad bar or just grab your lunch to go. The service is great and they have a nutritional guide as well. read more

I stop here for my kids because they enjoy the food.I personally think the food is sloppily thrown together and the waiting time for the slop they serve is a bit ridiculous.The employees park in the already super thin drive way.One time i got fries from here that were so salty i had to bring them back.Its a shame they went downhill in my opinion. read more

On Thursday June 16th in the evening around 5:30 pm I came to business to get dinner for my husband and I. I went inside to get a order to take out. When I went to the register to order there was no one there and they had to call a girl to wait on me. From the time I ordered until I received my order this girl had a terrible attitude and acted like she was mad and didn't want to wait on me. The place was a mess and there were French fries all over the floor in the back and front, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned up all day. I worked at this establishment and the food is prepared poorly and they rush orders and don't prepare the food correctly. I was making sandwiches the first day I started working and I was yelled at for assembling the sandwiches correctly.
