This McDonald's didn't look bad from the outside and the inside is in fact rather pleasant with an update décor. The food of course is McDonald's so I'm sure I need not explain. When I arrived here I could believe how busy this place was, especially with window service. Do people really eat in their car or take McDonald's home as an excuse for diner? I have no idea, but if either of those thoughts ever prove true, it's just sickening to think. So I had the Big Mac which I must say is tasty but hoping my heart and veins forgive me. So the healthiness of the food is questionable but the taste is good. read more

Just rude, this place seems like the only McDonald's that doesn't care about their job. The food looks someone threw it across a room to put it together and heaven forbid they fill a fry container. It's like whoever fills the fries keeps a fry tax for themselves. Where are the fries going? The people want to know. Anyway. Pass by this one and drive to a better McDonalds. I almost didn't write this review. I figured that my experience was a one-off and I would wait for a chance to try them on a future visit to Millviill (I love NJMP race track and visit often)... After seeing the low scores from other Yelpers, I decided that it was an act of mercy to report that this is probably the worst McDonald's franchise I have visited. And I have visited quite a few as my waistline can attest! I'll be accurate but brief: First, the diet soda was "contaminated" with the taste of another beverage - sloppy soda fountain nozzle or just sloppy workers. Tasted awful and I poured it out after a sip. Next, their claim to fame - French Fries - was delivered stale and barely warm. You know how not-fresh fries taste? Well theirs set the standard for bad. Finally, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. I had to pull over to the wait-for-it area while they cooked a hamburger! How does that happen? How this place has remained open is a surprise to me if my experience and the experience of other patrons is a common occurrence. Someone from McDonald's home office needs to investigate and take steps to either close this place or retrain the staff / owner. I'll never go back and as a Yelper who uses Yelp reviews to find good food, I recommend you try another eatery (several others on the same road) to avoid not just a disappointing meal but a truly awful one. Everyone knows that McDonald's is the bain of the American waistline. It's cheap, bad for you and barely edible. But for some reason Americans are still compelled to consume it. Most folks have SOMETHING they crave from McD's... maybe it's the fries, or a shake, or the artery clogging Big Mac. But listen to me America, it's bad enough that we stoop to the level of eating this slop and having the rest of the world brand us heathens.... but we DON'T have to settle for our fast food from Mc Donald's that are dirty and give unreliable service. There are tons of McDonald's in the area. If you must have your fix of trashy fast food, hit the one in Vineland at Park and Delsea. It's difficult for me to give a fair review of McDonald's because I think their food is bland, salty, overprocessed and did I say bland? This stuff might as well come in a white box with a barcode and a label that says FOOD written in Helvetica Bold typeface. It's as generic as you're going to find in the world of prepared food. But you already knew that, didn't you? This particular franchise does a fairly high volume of business. They are moderately efficient, moderately clean and you'll get your fries fix at market rates. If you want better food, you'll find it everywhere in the area. For starters, try JIm's Lunch on Main Street, if you want a better burger (and it's not June through September)... or even across the parking lot at Wendy's. If you're a McD fan or gastronomically timid and want the same burger and fries you get back home in Des Moines, you won't be disappointed. It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting here. Do yourself a favor amd drive past this one and go to Vineland on Delsea. If you attempt the drive-thru...by the time you get to the window you could have been to the Vineland one, ordered and eaten faster lol If you do visit here and go through the drive-thru make sure you check your order before you take off! I ordered two #1's but they freaking forgot both big macs and they swore they gave me the big macs! I only drove like 2 feet! I asked the where the hell do you think I hid the big macs??? The manager was pissed at me! She came back with the big macs but I didn't trust her so I said I want my money back now! She's the was the type that would have spit in someone's food. I've never had to go to McDonalds and wait 20 minutes for a small shake and sundae. The workers are the worst I've ever seen, they don't deserve no $10 an hour for their service. Took 10 mins to order the food/stand in line and 10 minutes waiting for the food. This location doesn't deserve a penny of your money, go somewhere else. This location should be closed down honestly. The workers are not trying even an ounce to put work in, just imagine how dirty the equipment is. Literally walked in and within the first 10 seconds I've already noticed a good amount of the customers complaining about the service. Worst of luck to this location, you'll never see me eating there ever again. read more

Good thing this place is 24 hours. Your going to need the extra time waiting on your food pulled over in the 2 bays by the drive thru when they tell you to please pull forward.. Horrible service. If 15$ an hour becomes min wage one day these guys still deserve 8$. read more

Seems like the employees are more worried about playing around then serving the customers. One other person in the store and only one or two cars in the drive thru and still had to wait 5 minutes for a McDouble and medium fries. My granddaughter (2yrs old) and I stopped at this McDonalds Sunday November 4, 2017 at about 4:45pm. We went inside, I ordered her a Cheeseburger Happy Meal with an apple juice and apple slices. I had a coupon on my app for a buy one get one free Big Mac and ordered a large coke. As I was filling my soda I looked in the bags. The Happy Meal had chicken nuggets, I checked my receipt which said cheeseburger. I would not order nuggets for her because she has never eaten a nugget, insists she doesn't like nuggets. I went to the counter and told the manager, who took my order, that I ordered a cheeseburger. She , rudely, said that she remembers I ordered nuggets. Gave me a nasty look as I handed back the nuggets and she handed me the cheeseburger. They weren't busy so it wasn't like I was taking up her time. I told my granddaughter that's what a rude person looks like. read more
