This is what I call a "cookie crumb" review, left here to either guide myself back, or in this case, guide myself away. On the plus side, the service at the drive through was unusually snappy. On the minus side, I soon discovered why: everything in the meal was cold...except for the drink, which was room temperature. They got the order right...were they just lining up food orders in anticipation of business and decided, what the heck, why bother keeping it hot? There's a paucity of fast food options along here but in the future I'll just head to Wawa and take my chances with the roller hot dogs if I'm in an emergency food situation. read more

The food is good quality and I was happy they were open at 1130 PM when most places have decided to close much earlier. The girl skimped on the fries in my burger and I didn't want to try to go back the next day for that. The lady who serviced me was pleasant and hard working. read more

You're employees verbally attacked me after I politely complained about the quality of the food they prepared for me, telling me I got what I paid for. When I asked for the manager, a she/her who identified herself as Marcroyra shouted, "Who the F he think he is" in front of my young child. The manager finally appeared and was so high he could barely speak. He promised me that he would come speak with me if I pulled over, and so I did. Of course, he never came out. This occurred between 4:35 and 4:45 pm on Wednesday 3/22/23. I will never go here again. I already stopped using the Wendy's in Brookhaven for similar reasons. Service needs improvement. Bad attitude of "Arnold" at front counter. I asked for 6 chicken nuggets with honey mustard and he responded " BBQ, Ranch, ..." and 2 others I don't remember. I repeated "Honey Mustard please" as I usually get that. I then asked if they had that and he said "no." He should have said, "I'm sorry maam we don't have any honey mustard; would you like BBQ, Ranch, etc." WTF is wrong with people? The food was ready quickly and he called out "Jr. cheeseburger deluxe, 6 piece nuggets." I assumed he had forgotten my fries since he didn't mention them so I took the bag thrown on the counter (and I was eating in) and asked him if the fries were in there and he ignorantly said, "they're in there; you just have to move things around." I've been here a couple of times during the day thru late night. The staff is very polite & helpful. They give suggestions if you're unsure about the menu. They also substitute items on he meal if needed. The food was hot & yummy. The dining area was always kept clean & tidy. The bathroom was very clean & stocked (soap, toilet paper). Wendy's is probably one of the best fast food options out there. Whenever I order form this Wendy's, I am never disappointed. You can't go wrong. Cheap, delicious, and terrible for you food! Only reason I'm giving 4 out 5 is because it needs some updating. It's one of the few fast food places in the area that hasn't been updated to be a new model. It's old and outdated on the inside. It would be nice to have a "classy" Wendy's in the area haha. But seriously, they're always really nice here, foods good, and their spicy Caesar salad is my favorite salad in the world. read more

When a customer places an order, it is your job to give them what they want. As a former manager for a big coffee company with Drive Thru experience, you need to repeat the order. Come on Wendy's!! Bomb....that's what comes to mind trying to describe this place....and I love me some Wendy's (and I'm not too high and mighty to admit it)...but this one in particular can never seem to get it right. I'm not even talking about the food....I have never had an order correct going through the drive through and the service has never included a smile. Awful. Just rolled through here for a small order. Made the order just fine. Came time to pay and the cashier was curt and I handed her my card. She opened the sliding window swiftly and almost dropped my card before even handing it to me. She shut the sliding door swiftly as well. I go to put my card in my wallet and the sliding door opens with the big swiftly coming towards my car. I make haste and said sorry one moment. She shakes the bag in my face and just stares at me. First we waited in line forever inside (only one girl taking orders and EVERYONE who ordered before us returned to the counter either missing something from their meal, or with the wrong food). Upon ordering, I asked if a particular salad had grilled chicken. Girl said yes. We got our order, sat down, and I opened my salad to find a long black curly hair as a topping - oh - and crispy fried chicken - not grilled. Then I discovered they forgot my daughter's drink. Fries were wilted and soggy. My 3 year old was thrilled to be there so I kept smiling until after dinner. She needed the bathroom and we went in to find it clogged and not flushing. I wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before I can even order (2 cars in front of me). When I pull up to the speaker, my boyfriend says his order and then in the middle of my order, the worker rudely cuts me off in the middle of a sentence and we soon realize she's talking to whoever just pulled up to the window. We listen to the conversation for a minute or two just thinking it was super busy, or something was messed up. After saying "Hello?" twice, the rude worker said "Give me a minute" then muted her microphone. About 6 minutes later, she continues taking our order. She repeats the entire order back and we pull up to the window. She then hands us our drinks and shuts the window in our face. 2 minutes later she opens it back up and asks us to pull up. We pull up, realize we don't even have straws and all of the cars behind us are getting their food and driving off. Finally a manager comes out and gives us our food and apologizes for the wait. We pull off and the Baconator that we asked for multiple times to be plain, had ketchup and mayo on it. I had to drive all the way back. 1 star performance for sure. read more
