It took us over an hour to get our food and one entree never even came out. The serve came out a few minutes later and saw only three entrees on the table and wasn't going to say anything, we had to point it out. She said she would go check on the food. Came back 10 minutes later and said it would be right out. 10 minutes later, still no food. We went in to talk to the manager and all she had to say was "if you had told us sooner we could have given you free drinks" as if we knew the food was going to take over an hour and a half. At this point our server is still dilly dallying, hanging out by the soda machine. One of her tables also waited an hour for their food and she rang in the wrong order for them and the lady took it anyway because she didn't want to be there any longer. It was busy, but there seemed to be no issues with tables in other sections getting their food in a timely manner, just her tables that had the issues. We asked to make the missing entree to go. Another 15 minutes went by before we had to hound her for our checks.
