I see almost exclusively negative reviews for Wendy's in Marshville. I want to be the one to give a GREAT review. I typically stop one morning and one late afternoon weekly. Laquita, the young lady who is there around 8:30 or 9 a.m., needs a bonus. If her beautiful smile and attitude could be cloned, the world would be a better place. Obviously, if you're there during a time it's busy (such as late afternoon - early evening) service can be slow -- as is the case anywhere! As for me, I am thankful Wendy's is there and will continue to go there. Most restaurants face challenges in finding reliable employees and providing food at a reasonable price. One thing I will say is that they're consistent, consistently bad. I've had so many negative fast food experiences at this location. The most today and is almost laughable. I'm in my car, waiting, Ive been waiting for 30minutes and had to go back because my food was cold. So I'm waiting in my vehicle, doing a personal tiktok and suddenly the woman at the window starts shouting at me not to take video of her. She wasn't even at the window! She literally walked over, saw what I was dowing and berated me from the window. . Customer service is laughable my food was cold and they argued with me about whether or not my food was cold. Absolute slowest service you will EVER receive - that is, if you can even order. Most of the time they "aren't taking orders" but won't put a sign up or let anyone that's been sitting at the speaker for 10, 20, 30 minutes know. Once you pull up to the window to see what in the world is going on, they give you the BIGGEST, SNARKY attitude, avoid looking at you in the window as long as possible and then act like you were supposed to know they weren't taking orders when they are supposed to be open (owners might want to remind staff of their hours or update google). A JOKE of a fast food restaurant. I'd highly recommend spending your money elsewhere but if you must have Wendy's, go to Monroe - you'll spend just as much time and gas making the trip. Driving to the beach for the weekend and stopped to get breakfast. Tried the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant and it did not disappoint. Crispy sweet maple bacon, flaky croissant like roll. Definitely felt like a guilty pleasure. I do not eat breakfast often but if I was, I could definitely get this again. read more

Well , I was in the drive threw waiting in a line and waiting . So this was like 1 in the morning when the only orders they have come from the drive threw line . 2 cars go threw and when it came my turn the lady was like it's going to be a moment .I said it has already been a moment I sat there waiting to order at the speaker 10 minutes . The lady I talked to tried to justify it being slow because they where taking orders and handing out food . So 2 orders made them that slow God forbid they get busy .I could understand if the dinning room was open but it was not .When I did order the lady said all they had was chicken . Seems like every step of the process was difficult from ordering, forgetting food at pickup, to coming home and still having the food made wrong. Tawanda Chambers is the WORST Gm ever. Hands down. She will make sure her shift has 10 employees or more. Meanwhile, 2nd shift struggles with 6 employees and most times less than that. Our drive thru time is bad because of her only scheduling one sandwich maker making their job twice as hard. I know for a fact Wendy's in monroe has 2 sandwich makers at all time being that I am a former employee. She also has favorites. Some people would get 47- 50 hours and other 10 -13 consecutively! The behavior towards some employees is totally different. Certain rules didn't apply to her favorites which is completely unprofessional. I notice that nobody was in complete uniform but she threatened to send me home if I could not find an apron. She wouldn't let me clock in until I did so. In conclusion I don't like the fact that everyone can't be treated with the same amount of respect and something needs to be done about it! read more

Sorriest Wendy's I've ever been in the attendants stand behind the counter laughing and talking paying customers no attention. Stood at the counter forever and finally just walked out and never did get waited on. The owner of this establishment is wasting their money to pay these people they are the worst workers I've ever seen. These idiots want a $15.00 an hour wage when they aren't worth .15 an hour.
