Wendy's is located off Broad and N Holland Rd home of the never frozen burger and founder Dave Thomas serving the community with affordable and quality food. We came through to dine in and were blown away with the interior design. This locations dining area was presented nicely and was clean and modern. There were multiple tables and chairs to sit at along with an electric fireplace built into the wall. They have a fountain drink machine, but unfortunately, a small amount off the drinks were available along with an empty bin of ice. They had plentiful napkins as well as straws and also had a ketchup dispenser. We went ahead and ordered the Texas biggie meal that came with a cheese burger, nuggets, and fries. We also had to try the spicy nuggets and the bacon cheese fries. The burger was beautifully presented and wrapped, and the quality was good, along with the crisp lettuce, tart pickles, and melted cheese. The nuggets were deep fried to perfection, and the sweet and sour sauce and ranch complimented the dish very well. The cheese bacon fries were ooey gooey with layers of melted cheese and crispy bacon pieces. The fries were perfectly salted and seasoned well, and the texture had a nice snap back. We went ahead and ended our meal with an orange dreamsicle Frosty and a Cinnabon pull apart with frosting that tasted great and cleaned our palate. Overall, this location was good, and the customer service was great. The food was affordable, and It didn't leave a hole in my wallet. This location needs an entirely new management team. Every time I come here, the food is disappointing. The burgers are hard and stale, and the fries are always old and cold, like they've been sitting out for a long time before being served. What's even more frustrating is that they don't seem to pay attention to simple order requests. I've asked for no onions multiple times, and they still make the burger however they want, hoping you won't notice. It doesn't matter if you come in the morning or at night the quality and service are consistently poor. This location seriously needs better management and higher standards for both food quality and customer service. read more

I called this store asking to speak with a manager and a woman named Jazmine picked up refusing to speak to me and stating that she does not have to give me her name for customer service. I went in earlier and brought a drink that just so happened to have silky black hair in my drink and my nuggets were cold. I asked to speak to the manager Jazmine to address this issue and she hung up in my face numerous times. I then had to go through another employee just to get the managers name because she refused to help me and kept hanging up in my face. Nope. Don't go here, I went here twice within the last month & something is always missing from my order. It seems it's a consistent problem too, during my last visit the car in front of me had to go inside to get something that was missing - I made a mistake to not check more order before leaving. Probably the worst service and Wendy's I've been to. Been here twice...and I think we're done, go to the on off 287. I understand it's a fast food restaurant and I don't expect great service any way, but there should be a minimum, this Wendy's doesn't hit the minimum. The first time we ordered, my daughter ordered regular nuggets and got spicy ghost pepper nuggets, which was a horrible surprise for my poor daughter. On top of that, I asked for a Coke Zero and got regular coke. Also did not give napkins nor sauces. So dry nuggets. The girl at the drive thru window did not say a word, handed us our food and locked the window. I tried to wave her down for more napkins, but she was avoiding looking at me. We drove off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt just incase they were short staffed. Brings me to this more recent visit. The guy taking our order is was great but then got the same girl giving us our food. This time she spoke and asked if we needed a drink carrier, I said test since we had 4 drink, she said ok, did not return, instead had another lady give us our food while she was standing behind here giggling. A very weird interaction, it's like she doesn't know how to adult. Any way the other lady handed us our food, no napkins no sauce. Again tried to wave someone down to open the window but they seemed to all disappear. Not only that another strange thing happened right before I got in the drive thru line, a gray suv pulled around from the drive thru to get right back in line, put on their hazards and just sat there not moving up, as I inched forward to go around they too moved up, so I waited to see if they moved. This happened 2-3x before I decided to just go around, the girl in the front gave me a dirty look like it was my fault. I also saw she got out and ran in and out the store several times while I was waiting. Then after I ordered that sub pulled around and cut me off in the drive thru line, then drove off. Very strange. I also wished I would have read the reviews before ordering here. In need of training is an understatement. Employees are preparing food, placing in food cartons with their bare hands ( NO GLOVES). Confused to the order of preparation, unable to read the order screens, and no knowledge to the need of being sanitary. Food, trash , and filth covered the floors . Why didn't I read the reviews on here before ordering. Look I understand this location can't keep a decent manager here. Something needs to be done with more thorough training, and expediting the food. I just spent money on food we didn't order. Because of dairy restrictions we ordered two burgers, dry with no cheese. Not only were they both with cheese but the Dave's single had two slices of cheese, as if to make a point. The slices of cheese were on both sides of the meat patty. The kids burger was not edible for my little one. She likes her burger dry and no cheese. They put everything on it plus bacon. How hard is it to read a screen and do what it says? Multiple times in a row my orders have been messed up, even after they repeat it to me. It's not hard to see SPICY on the screen or the word DIET, or anything like that. If you can't read then maybe don't be preparing orders for people. I pay for MY meal, not the wrong meal. We waited in line for a while (1 hour), with only one car in front of us. When we came to pay at the window we could hear playing fighting and arguing from inside. We sat at the window for 20 minutes before they told us to pull up and go wait some more. And when we finally got our food, a young man walked out and was talking about how he is the only person actually working in the building. I always get my nails done all the time and all the ladies and gentlemen greeted me very politely and welcome. The salon is very clean and very unique than any other nail salon that I have been to. I love how there is a bar in the shop, and the drinks are fantastic. I always come in with my family or friends and everybody is all happy with their nails! Holly is very understanding of how I want my nails to be done and always makes me smile when I see her. She is also wonderful at doing powder dip nails if anyone wanted to get one done perfectly! I only use Jessica here but I bring friends and family with me and everyone has been happy :) Jessica does a wonderful job on the powder dip nails and I used to never wear polish but she thought it would help me with my nails being so weak . Because of work I wash my hands so much , my nails were brittle and would peel . I have a hard time with gel polish being removed because it was damaging my natural nails . THIS is the way to go ! I took my 3 year old daughter to get a mani pedi with me for the first time. The little princess pedicure chairs are adorable and Anna was so great with my daughter!! I couldn't imagine a better experience with anyone else. She was joking with her, asking her exactly how she wanted her nails done, and really made her feel like a princess. Employees don't use gloves when making/preparing food. The only one with gloves was the manager but he didn't even bat an eye at all of the others not wearing any. I didn't witness a single person wash their hands. Absolutely disgusting. As the manager of a restaurant myself, I advise that action is taken quickly to avoid more negative reviews or even failed inspections. read more

I make a mobile order and paid online due to a short lunch break. I arrive at this Wendy's and the manager said that they did not receive the order and there was nothing he could do. Not even a refund. I should my phone and receipt to the manager with the address of the Broad Street, Mansfield Wendy's. Still he could not do anything and he told me that he was not responsible for the Wendy's mobile orders and I had to call Wendy's national. Went yesterday to get my nails done - just moved to Mansfield a week ago and I'm trying to find a nail salon that fits what I need. They have you sign in on a tablet which I thought was pretty cool. They assign a nail tech to you and ask you what you would like to drink * they give you one free complimentary drink. They have a full bar including normal refreshments. Definitely loved that! My only issue was the pricing for a FILL w/ GEL - it was $40! Normally that's a FULL SET. Honestly that's a bit overpriced - and they also charge you extra $5 to shape your nails (that I can do myself). My nail tech was very nice but I wish he stated he was charging me $5 extra instead of saying "I'll make them a bit more narrow" - the owner let me know she would only charge me $42 instead of $45. Don't know if I'm going back - definitely going to search for another nail salon. read more
