I love this beautiful nail shop. It is truly an experience from the check-in process to the style of service that you receive. I scheduled an appointment with Vincent and Tina, who by the way are simply fabulous. I received a jelly pedicure and a full set of nails with an eyebrow wax. Tammi the owner is gracious and hospitable, she very knowledgeable about the services and her ability to make her customers feel at home is why you should visit Upscale Nail Bar. I usually go to Hawaiian Nail Spa but decided to try this place out with the promo going on now. My nail tech was Tina! And she was awesome! I had the dip and needed tips on all of my nails. She was very meticulous and did a great job! My nails look so natural. She cleaned up my cuticles and massage your hands and arms just like Hawaiian does. Absolutely Wonderful! This is my new go to nail salon. It is beautiful and clean inside. Everyone is always super friendly. Jenny does a terrific job and has great attention to detail. Vivian and Tina provided just enough conversation while making me feel like a VIP. Ruby made my husband's feet feel awesome. My nails and designs are perfect (I have big nail beds). Nails all look like they belong to me, you ladies understand! Also, the owner, Lynn and Tammy, did not hesitate to try to get to know and speak to all of the customers! Worker claimed food was not paid for, although I showed her both the mobile receipt and my bank transaction showing the order was indeed paid in full. I sick of Wendy getting over on me! I love there original nuggets bet lately they been putting the spicy nuggets at the bottom and original on top as if I'm not gonna eat the nuggets I paid for. I work for the delivery service (Uber eats and door dash) and it sucks for me to get in and out my car all day getting everyone else's food then I think I'm about to eat my food on the way home just to have to pull over because I've broke down and is now covered in sweat over some spicy nuggets. read more

This Has to be one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to. I have given them multiple opportunities to get it right. They mess up every single time. If you drive through you sit there because they tell you to hold on and you wait for five or 10 minutes and then they finally take your order for you to drive all the way up to the window with nobody in front of you so there is no reason it should take that long to get your order. Then it takes another seven minutes to get your food out. And then they take the next persons order behind you. I can only assume they do this so it doesn't show them backed up and they don't look like they are not able to do their job well. If you do not say do you want a 20 piece nuggets for five dollars then they will charge you the original price. Very shady organization in management needs to be looked at very closely. This is a direct reflection of leadership. No stars. read more

It was my first time in today and I will not be returning. Manicure and pedicure were not good at all. No massage with the manicure and had to refile my nails once home. Pedicure also didn't have much of a massage. It was very busy in the salon and I felt that the nail technician did not take her time at all and rushed through my mani/pedi. Hello. I just left your establishment located off of Broad Street in Mansfield, Texas. I ordered a baked potato and 4pc nugget. The worker repeated back the order and I confirmed. I get to the window and I paid. I was told it would be 5 min so I waited. They bring me my order and I check my bag and I was missing my 4pc. I tried to go in but they were closed. I circled around the building twice trying to see how I can get someone's attention without going up to the drive through window. Well I had no choice but to back through the drive-thru and wait. I told the worker that they left my nuggets off and they charged me for nuggets. I burnt more gastrying to get an order that I didn't get. I asked for the manager, I didn't get her name but I knkw know her face. She just brushed it off. So this is how Wendy's conducts themselves with their customers. I gave them 3 stars because they aren't the cleanest place and there isn't anything extraordinary about them, other than the free mimosa, that justifies their high prices. Very disappointed in my dip nail service I had this afternoon. I like my nails short but with polish, so this is a perfect compromise for me. I had cut them prior to going in so they'd be the length I prefer. Upon arrival, I had to wait several minutes for someone to greet me, despite it not being busy at all. After being seated & picking out my color, the nail tech (Anna) quickly got started. She was very sweet and fast, HOWEVER, I told her specifically that I didn't like the dip powder to be thick and she said "oh, I won't do them thick. I don't like it either". Well, they're thick as heck. And honestly look terrible. She also cut the underside of my left thumb nail because she was going so fast to get the residue of the dip powder/gel stuff out. Drew blood. She apologized several times for it. Once I was done, I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes or more so I could pay. Despite there being a chair there for someone to sit, there was no one to be found. I chose this salon because it's close to my house, new(ish) and I assumed would have stellar service. Not the case. I will not be back. There were nail techs everywhere on their phones or eating at the tables 2 seats over from me. There was a worker that sat right next to us with her face in her phone the entire 45 minutes I was there. There was nothing that stood out to me about this place that would make me go back. There are way too many nail salons in this town to provide such horrible service. I paid my $40 plus tip but will never spend another dime at Upscale. read more

I've been to both this location & the one in Arlington & loved them both! When it first opened, you could tell they were working on improvements so it was a little loud and hectic, but after recently visiting since I loved the Arlington one so much, a bunch of friends and I fell in absolute love. This place is so beautiful and they take care of you so well. The staff is kind and their margaritas are amazing! They mix strawberry or lemon slush with vodka or tequila whichever you want! 1. It's over priced. They charged me $5 to take off my previous sns nails and the manner in which she removed them was painful! I kept telling her to use the machine to file it down and let it sit in acetone but she kept insisting in clipping it off. Then after she put on my new set of dip powder, she cut my cuticles causing bleeding. I kept telling her she's hurting me she wouldn't listen and told me I was keeping my hands too far from her. Then in the end she barely put cuticle oil and I had to repeatedly wipe my fingers with the towel to remove the excess. I left there with my hands dry. Overall, it was just a bad experience and then to pay $86 after was really annoying. read more

Going to a new place, finding a new tech can be scary. You never know the skill level and abilities of a new tech. I tried this place out because it's very close to my house. First, the massage chairs are phenomenal. The. Best. Hannah gave me a great pedicure. I was also super happy with the tips and dips Kevin shaped for me. They both worked at the same time on my hands and feet. That process is great when you're short on time. At a certain point in my nails today though, I needed to turn off the chair because it was moving my hands to much. I felt cheated. But that's the cost of saving time. Will def go back. I got a full set of acrylics, the lady was absolutely rude and in a clear hurry to finish and leave, buffed my nails down to the skin, it looks and feels absolutely gut wrenching.
