I can't believe they put that in my bag. I did order a baked potato but I don't know what that it, and it smelled horrible.

I thought they got better since I haven't been there in years. It looked like they stepped on the potato before they put it in the bag.

I took out a couple of sandwich through drive in. Fortunately there was only 2 cars in front of me. System was efficient. Order in the speaker, pay in the next window, pick up in the next window. Spicy chicken sandwich was good, but plain. Jalapeno popper chicken sandwich was the spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeno and bacon added. It gives a better flavor. I love the frosty. This time I skipped it.

Nice view of the sunset when it's that time

Food here is pretty standard from what you would expect at any Wendy's. I came here for a 4 for $4 meal grabbing the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger that had fresh ingredients, fries that were a little too salty for my taste, 4 piece chicken nugget with ranch dipping sauce and a Dr. Pepper to fill up my stomach before my drive to Agawam, MA late last night. Was able to enjoy my meal in the dining room while there were sections that were closed off. The place was clean and maintained as the night was pretty quiet besides the drive thru. This location is pretty busy during the peak hours being on a busy road in Manchester, I've seen cars waiting for the drive thru so best to come during off hours to grab a snack or a frosty. Would have grabbed a cold dessert but didn't have the time, but usually do; a nice way to end the meal...and get the salt out of my mouth.

Avoid this Wendy's. I ordered a large combo and these are my fries. I got ripped off. Go to Five guys or Chick-fil-A.

Wasted my money and my time. Long waits in line, to be ripped off and only half of my large fry is filled and cold. Order a Large combo, never order here. This is how I'm starting off my new year. Worst experience

So upset with my order from today. I grabbed food before work and wasn't able to try it until I got into work. The burger was undercooked and pink! Normally I'd just stomach it and deal with it, but I'm pregnant so can't eat an undercooked burger. Super upset I couldn't eat at work due to it.

We were looking for a place to eat after a morning of softball games. Artisanal Burger Company…read morecaught my eye. I was curious about what constitutes "artisanal". Ambience: they have a spacious contemporary dining room and a separate bar section complete with TV screens all over the place. Food: we ordered: Calamari - the portion size was average, but the squid pieces were small in size. 4/5 Pastrami Reuben - this was a bit too salty and oily. 2/5 Dry Age Burger - this was really good. The funkiness of the dry age flavor came through. The burger was moist and hit the spot. 5/5 Onion Rings - 4 jumbo fried rings of oniony goodness. 5/5 Service: super friendly and nice.

Stopped in for lunch and we're seated immediately. Combination of booths and tables for seating…read more Chairs are comfortable but they are low for a tall person (table comes about lower chest height). Server showed up quickly and took our drink orders. Menu is extensive and should provide plenty of options for everyone. (Pictures of menu included here) We ordered the 5 ounce burger with cheese and fries and the Texas hold em burger with bacon minus tomato and lettuce and fries and the French onion soup. There was a short wait till the soup came out. Nicely covered with melted cheese on top. The soup was good but didn't have the depth of beef flavor and spice texture that I was looking for. There plenty of onions, croutons, and cheese and overall it was okay. The burgers were well cooked and flavorful. They offered two sizes of their standard burgers, 5 or 8 ounces. The smaller size was just right for the person I was with. The cheese seemed to melt into the burger so it wasn't really visible. The hold em burger was large and had onion straws and three slices of very crispy bacon on top. There was a dollop of the bbq/house dressing and plenty of onions straws. The straws were nicely fried but not crispy by the time they reached the table but added a good dimension to the burger. It was good to leave the tomato and lettuce off as the height of the burger made it tough to bite into. The fries were disappointing. They had the right color for being fried and crispy but they were limp and soft. They are clearly are fresh cut from large potatoes but really need to be fried longer to get that crispy crunch you'd expect. Told the server that and was told to ask for the fries extra crispy. Overall not a bad first trip. We'll go back and try some other things on the menu and see what extra crispy fries are like.

The staff here are excellent; very friendly, patient and understanding. It was my first time at a D'Angelo's so I needed some time to understand the product. The food came out quick and was great. I had the italian sandwich and the bread was superb. They accommodated my request of not having onion. We also really liked the ham and cheese sandwich. The location and bathrooms were generally clean and I think this is an excellent place to stop by if you are traveling.

It comes with turkey, mayo, cranberry sauce and stuffing, toasted and a side of hot gravy. I ordered it in store and the woman was very helpful to me. I also came for my birthday sub but this time it wasn't loaded on my card w my cell number for some reason. The woman is going to look into it for me at corporate. This is the 1st time it hasn't been added to my account. So I still ordered the number 9 chicken medium size in a pocket with Swiss cheese , onions, mushroom and so yummy. I'm a big fan for the Number 9 w Chicken. The service is a hit or miss whether you order in store or on mobile app. Prices are a bit outrageous but if you have the BOGO deal it's a good deal to feed the family. You can dine in or do take out option. I choose to take out. The service we very fast today.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's not necessarily a good thing either. The store layout is identical to every other Panera I have ever been in. They DO have electronic ordering kiosks where you can bypass the line of customers and place your order. I liked the software, which was simple to understand and use. You place your order, pay with your credit card, take a wireless pager device, and have a seat. It took about 10 minutes to get my order. My sandwich was a bit on the skimpy side- though the bread was delicious (I mean it IS Panera Bread!), it dwarfed the skimpy meat/cheese filling which barely covered the bottom half of the bread. For $10.99 I'd expect a bit more fillings. That has always been my complaint about PB- too expensive for what you actually get. If you are a fan of Panera, then I'd recommend this place. But if you're new to the franchise, I'd recommend that you can get more for your dollar someplace else.
