Yet again, a nerd slush was ordered, the order was repeated back to me correctly and then rung in and received incorrectly. No nerds in the slush. Very poor customer service between the woman who took our credit card- nearly ripped it out of my hand! This place is a damn joke. I'm a dasher who picks up orders from here regularly, and they don't even put any kind of sticker or seal on the customer's food bag, which is very unsanitary and unprofessional. They also don't always give receipts, and when they do, they don't stick them to the bag. They literally just fold (more like crumple) the top of the bag down a couple inches. And the amount of time food takes, for how many workers they have, is absurd. read more

It is ridiculous that I have been here twice and still managed to be dumbfounded by the intellectually disadvantaged workers at this establishment. Not only did they first give me the complete wrong order (that I was waiting 35min for.) but, these mf didn't even give me my sauce. It seems they debut new things then remove them a short time later, but continue to offer the same bland boring options. The best items on the menu are the milkshakes. The place is dirty and there are little pull-up boards to order at, they're fully functional but they will not take orders from there, but there's no indication that they don't. A few days ago i went to order in stall 15 and the amount of disrespect i received from the manager "Evan" it was unprofessional. i asked for the store manager he told me that his boss doesnt have time to talk to a customer about how their feelings is towards the service! If I could give negative stars I would. Most horrendous experience ordering three simple items. Two mini sonic blasts and a small chocolate milkshake. After waiting for over 30 minutes they came out with four items. The sad thing was my husband saw our items just sitting there by the window waiting to be brought out to us. The lady, who was taking our order, sighed and cut him off, asking in a very rude and disrespectful tone: "Is that all???" I don't know what has happened to this location. They've been out of slushes for over a week. At least one-third of the stalls are out of order. It can take fifteen minutes to even have them take your order at the stall. Online orders take over half an hour. Drive-through isn't usually much faster. Workers are extremely rude. I just went tonight to pick up dinner and the drive thru girl was very rude with rushing through my order and cutting me off not letting me finish saying my order and funny thing is they weren't even busy. I then had to wait in line at the window holding up the line as the ladies in the back forget half of my order and didn't want to ask me but instead sat there laughing at me and making comments about me then when someone came to the window they rudely asked me if I was waiting for something else and I had told them I was missing half of my order and she rudely slammed the door in my face then gave me my food cold and messed up without an apology. Not sure if it was purposely done or accidental either way I'm not sure what's worse. Wouldn't be surprised if this place gets shut down soon all the workers there just care about chit chatting with their friends and blasting their music in the back. Worst sonic I've ever been to. They take ages to take and deliver your order. Or if you go through the drive thru you get trapped waiting for 45 minutes or more. There could be zero other customers and they would still take 30 mins to make your food. Sometimes you park and press the button and they just never respond to take your order. Or they forget something and you press the button and they simply never respond. For my latest Sonic visit, which prompted this review, I was ushered to drive up to one of their drive-up stalls after being told that their credit card machine was down. That's understandable. It happens. That said, after pressing the small red button to place my order.....nothing happened. The screen alerted me that someone would soon take my order. After waiting awhile and not having anyone take my order, I noticed the screen reverted back to telling me to press the red button to place my order. Hopeful that maybe this was a fluke or minor tech issue, I pressed it again. Once again, the screen told me that someone would take my order. With that, I went back to waiting. After waiting again, the screen ended up switching back to the press the button to place your order screen. Frustrated and hungry, I pressed it for a third time. After waiting for a bit, I realized the famous quote was true: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." At this point, I familiarized myself with this song and dance. Having finally given up, I drove across the street to the Wendy's who pleasantly took my order and processed the transaction like a normal business. If you are fortunate enough to get the drive thru, you're likely fine. BUT, if you have the "pleasant" opportunity of using their drive-up food stalls, good luck. I sincerely hope you have a better experience than I did. read more

Sweet, a method to get fast food even lazier than drive thru. I've always wanted to try Sonic, but never get the opportunity since I live in a real city. Finally, on a drive up to Boston, I knew I had to at least try a couple of things even though I just had dinner. The best part of Sonic is the cool, obesity-building drive-in ordering system. No longer forced to even wait on a line of cars for drive-thru, you just pull into one of the several stalls, which are equipped with a menu board and a microphone/speaker ordering and paying system. You place your order with a very friendly Sonic employee, and then just a few minutes later are greeted by an even friendlier Sonic employee on skates that glides your food over to you. We just got a couple things - Popcorn Chicken and Tots along with a Sonic Blast for dessert. Both food items were pretty standard, and about what you would expect from a fast food joint. I love my sweets though, and I thought the Blast was really great. You can mix in a bunch of different toppings, and we went with Oreo and Butterfinger, which go really well together. This definitely beats a lot of other fast food joints, if not just for the service alone. If you insist on eating some garbage, go here instead of the Wendy's or other such stuff around here. read more

This used to be a great option when we wanted a quick burger and fries, but they just can't seem to get our order right. Last time they shorted us on jalapeño poppers and left off a burger, and now tonight our toddlers plain cheeseburger was not plain, it had everything imaginable on it! Trying to be understanding during a pandemic, but it shouldn't be that hard to check an order for three people. We will probably skip them for a while and see if they can get it together next year. read more
