This is still the absolute worst place to ever go. You will sit at the speaker to order and nobody will ever take it, you could drive up to the window and they will refuse to open it. I have never once received a correct order and that is why I haven't been back. My order is wrong every time and they are unprofessional, dirty, rude, and awful. I placed an order through Uber eats for two combo meals and ended up spending $45 for the convenience. I ordered limited edition items as a surprise for my family. When the order arrived, I did not get anything I had ordered. I received plain hamburgers instead of the special editions I had ordered, none of the sides from the combo meal, and some kind of nasty fountain drink instead of the premium frosty that I had paid extra for. For $45, I got about $5 worth of what I ordered and two drinks that no one here will drink instead of the limited edition Frostys and sides. It was a complete rip off. As we sat in the drive through for exactly 4min (not bad at all) they were much quicker than they usually were. We ordered a 2 for 5$ and a 4 for 4$. We struggled to eat them because they weren't cooked too fresh, but it was still fulfilling for curing the hangovers we were dealing with from the night of balling out on fireball the night before. All in all, it's the maineville local Wendys, so there's not much to expect from it anyways. OMG. Horrible, horrible, horrible service at the Wendy's in Maineville. We drove three miles to get a Homestyle Chicken sandwich, got home, and found a HAMBURGER in the bag. Our family do NOT eat beef! So we went back to get the RIGHT order. We saw them put a chicken sandwich in our bag, so we thought things might be ok. However, when got home and bit into the sandwich, it was a SPICY chicken sandwich, way too spicy to eat and definitely NOT a regular crispy chicken sandwich. Are you freakin kidding me? So I've considered rating this location quite a few times but today is the day. One cannot think of a worst management team to run a restaurant. I say management, because this is a long-standing issue with this location. This restaurant's culture has little regard for the timeliness of preparing orders and they cannot even get the order right 50% of the time. The straw that broke the camel's back for me happened this evening. I ended up waiting in their drivr-thru for 15 minutes and of course the woman could not understand me (I speak for a living and English is clearly not her first language). She then cuts me off mid-order. Which I then have to correct and tell her that there's more. After I complete my order she then tells me that they are out of potatoes and it will take 20 minutes for them to complete my order. At this point I am now done with this location. This Wendy's has gone downhill over the last 2 years. There's always a long wait and almost always gets the order wrong. I was the only person in line and was told to hold on as a woman went out to the dumpsters to grab 2 other employees I'm assuming were just hanging out. The only time it is okay to eat here ( and this is hit or miss ) is during lunch hours & maybe breakfast hours. Do Not waste time or money during dinner hours. There are a bunch of teenagers that work evenings and they do not keep up on the cleanliness all over the store including the cooking areas, they are rude, they don't want to be there or care to do what they are suppose to do. Honestly, though, it's because they know what you need better than you do. Order spicy nuggets? Well, hope you like plain! 4-for-4 with a JBC? Nah, we'll be handing you a nice side salad with a baked potato! And what really is nice is how they care about your weight loss journey. I waited in line to pick up my mobile order for 20 minutes and when I finally got to the window they gave me the wrong order and when I told them they were rude and obviously annoyed. They had me wait out front for another 20 minutes and they gave me the wrong order again. Two of the cheeseburgers were wrong I was missing two frosty's and a drink. I clearly ordered two #12s, both the same exact thing, and three other combos. One combo was missing, so I let the girl know that we were missing a sandwich and fries, after already getting the missing drink without any question from them. The manager comes over so I explain to her that we ordered 4 combos, she asks for the receipt and I told her if it said one then there was a miscommunication. She continuously cut me off, but I remained patient because it's lunch rush. I offered to pull into a spot to wait for the missing food and she said sure after you pay, and I asked if I would need to pay full price since it wasn't my mistake, fully prepared to understand if she said I did have to pay, but she takes my cash and proceeds to complain to her employees that I was "being shitty because I had to pay for a combo I didn't order." I let her know I could hear her and was only "shitty" as she put it (I felt impatient, and it reflected in my tone, but I hadn't raised my voice or cursed one time) because she kept cutting me off and acting like I was a belligerent customer when I was trying to get my complete order. I understand fast food workers get stressed and will vent about customers, but do not do it where the customer can hear you. Very bad look.
