Drive through service is awful!! 20+ mins on multiple trips. Employees say they are seriously under staffed which causes undue stress and more employees walking out during the middle of shift. Owners/Management this is a you problem that needs major attention!! read more

I'd rather go through a tax audit than this drive through again. This place is slower than the speed smell in a house with the windows closed. Guy in front of me waited 26 minutes at the window. And then during my 17 minute wait, I got the chance to watch him pull up, go back in and have them fix his messed up order he waited 7 days and 8 nights for. Then when I finally get my order, much to my surprise, it's all bad. No sauces, napkins or even a straw. It appears that Saturday is "inside out" day as all of the condiments were on the outside of the bun. Literally I had to peel the sloppy wet, ketchup drenched wrapper off of this pathetic excuse of a sandwich. This thing was messier than the last presidential election. After throwing that slop bucket back in it's wet blanket (soon to meet the trash can). I figured this misery could be salvaged with this crisp little golden chicken nuggets. Now as a side note, anyone who respects chicken nugs, knows these ones are the holy grail. The second I bit into this crispy little slice of heaven, all excitement was lost. It was, as if, they found a way to turn dish water into a solid form that mimics the appearance of a chicken nugget. This tasted like a bi product of a bi product. Literally spit it back in the bag and contemplated switching lanes into head on traffic. One can't help but assume after several years of failing, this place would figure it out. But just when I think "there's no way this Wendy's still sucks" you guys surprise me and prove me wrong! For the love of all things sacred, fix this place! First Yelp needs to allow for a lower rating than 1 star. I have been avoiding going back here. Unfortunately I was outvoted and had no choice but order from this crappy establishment.After 2 years of not eating here i had a family mamber bring me back food since that was the only place they were going. Lets just say I should have gone out to my yard and pulled some grass to eat. Fries were nasty soggy and pretty much cold. sandwich looked like it was put under a box and squished. Called store to get district office information and was refused to be given the info Was told give me your number and i will have them call you. Yeah Right. Digging around for the franchisee information so i can bypass the crappy store employees. Found the Corporate owner of the restaurant to be Muy! Companies out of Texas. I urge everyone to make corporate complaints on this store as well as to Wendys International. read more

To start off there's many workers working there though there's always a huge line which I guess pisses them off that they have to work for their money so there's always shitty customer service. Don't get me started on the rest. Their tomatoes are shit and way to fucking warm and when I ask for sweet and sour sauce they always forget it. I've been to this Wendy's multiple times & every time I say it's the last. It's one of the only fast places to eat in the area that's open late. The wait in the drive thru is ALWAYS horrendous. 20 minutes or longer. They seem to be always under staffed. There is constantly a sign outside saying they are hiring both opening and closing staff. And then when you finally get you food it sucks. The fries aren't fresh. Salads seem days old. And the staff provides no customer service. Today they handed me an order before I even paid. It wasn't mine. The girl snatched it back out of my hand without even saying a word. Then when I got my correct order about 10 min later there was still no communication. Worst fast food drive thru in Maineville. If McDonalds or another fast food chain would open nearby this place would be out of business. Unfortunately it's either this terrible Wendy's or drive 5 miles out of the way to a fast food restaurant that actually provides fast service. The wait is always long. I was VERY disappointed in the cleanliness of this "establishment". I used the restroom and found a whole baconator in the toilet. I just so happened to make my way into the kitchen, and where the baconator in the toilet should have been, the grill, there was poop. IDFK. Would not accept my expired credit card. This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to, and that's not even a slight exaggeration. Gave up on the drive thru at this place long ago so when I saw the inside was empty I swung in real quick to grab lunch to go. 15 minutes later and I left with most of my order, didn't realize items were missing until getting home. When you go in you begin to see the issues; people milling about, working at a snails pace, or just leaning against the counter doing nothing. If any other place opened in Maineville and did even a mediocre job this place would be out of business. read more

Hello i am sitting in this wendy's as i write this and let me just say this was the worste trip to wendy's ever. I walk in and the line is pretty short but it took forever just for them to finally get my order and i ask for a single no onion and a small combo but i had a coupon for a free single with a purchase of a small drink and fry. The lady thought i said 5 Jr. Cheeseburgers and a small drink and fry. She didn't even read the coupon. Then she pulls out the 5 Jrs which took forever to get in my possession and i said no i ordered a single no onion and then the single comes out with 3 more Jrs which also took forever to come out and i told her i only wanted a single and then she throughs 8 burgers away and my single they gave me had onions on it and i gave it back and got a new one thank god it didn't have onions and it once again took like 4 minutes just for me to get it and that made it 9 burgers wasted. I am very disappointed with this place and i would never recommend going to this wendy's ever. I am not going here ever again and i love wendy's so this is so disappointing. read more
