Wendy's location that is on the corner of bardstown road and hurstbourne parkway in the fern creek portion of Lousiville Kentucky. On large national chains like this I normally do not rate on food. By now most people know if they like Wendy's food or not. Me personally I enjoy there food. Jr bacon burger, a frosty and there chicken sandwich are all top choices for me. I always rate these locations on service and accuracy. This location is usually pretty well upkept and keeps the line moving rather quickly and I very rarely if at all have a mistake on my order. They are really good at not only asking what sauces or condiments you need but also giving you plenty. Overall solid location and the only Wendy's on the fern creek area. It's the closest one to my house but it is still a fifteen min drive. It would be nice to get one closer. But at least this is a nice location. read more

Hamburger was cold and over cooked. The patty was dry and ready to be turned into chilly. The service was slow. I was the 2nd car at window and took 12 mins to move an receive my order with no one in the store ordering. Wendy's service and quality is so low it's unbelievable. read more

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru while they said they were frying my Chicken sandwich. Once I got my sandwich it was prepared wrong.

Im with my friends ordering food and its very hot no type of AC in the vicinity, workers are grabbing food with no gloves and greasy hands. Honestly i dont like rating things 1 stars but this is terrible read more

Floors are sticky, ketchup was empty, they weren't "doing frosties today" no one at the counter to take orders. Looked like we Inconvenienced the workers, manager loudly discussing scheduling.... 10/10 would not recommend. Save your coin, go somewhere else read more

food quality isn't the greatest . food is sometimes cold . Service is poor it wasn't busy at all and we waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through and has been like this multiple times i've came here. Definitely wouldn't recommend this wendy's if u actually want fast food and decent food quality . also some workers are rude and don't have good customer service . read more

I gave it 1 star bc 0 stars isn't an option. This is the absolute worst Wendy's I've ever seen. The employees are the rudest I've ever experienced. The dining room is filthy and I saw a roach run under the counter. I left my food and called my bank to get a refund. read more

The black lady working there is extremely rude the one working the line at 11-25-23 2:45 she didn't take my order said she was "busy" I drove to the window she said I was being impatient but I just thought the order matching was broke and she said to go to the back of the line because I was gonna hold up her line great employee read more

I have always liked Wendy's for their food. They have recently updated some of the restaurants with a new look. They did a wonderful job at it. For a fast food restaurant that is. It doesn't have the open floor plan anymore. It's nice and actually comfortable to sit and have a meal. Almost as if you were in a sit down restaurant. I mean, they don't come out and serve you. But the ambiance is nice. The food was hot and ready when they give it to you. The potatoes I had were delicious with chili and cheese. I usually have my favorite Asiago chicken sandwich with a spicy chicken. Now you do get the option of different types of chicken when you order. I always change it up to get different flavors with the dressing on the sandwich. I am just glad that the restaurant was staffed and ready to go for lunch. I've been to a couple of Wendy's that weren't and service was trash. Not today though. I had a pleasant visit and would come back to this Wendy's anytime. read more

Customer service at this Wendy's drive thru on 11/28/23 at 1:59 p.m was absolutely shrewd. She had the worst attitude I've ever seen in my life! This Wendy's in Ferncreek use to be good, until a staff turnover. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They didn't even have baked potatoes. I'm never going back here again. She couldn't even take orders properly, as if she had dementia. read more

Can't go wrong with this Wendy's I mean I've been here multiple times and they're always solid service is fast food is fresh good prices on it there's a good Wendy's definitely worth checking out read more

Customer service was good, he gave me my food, drink and card all at once which was nice. The fries were freshly cooked so they were hot. I didn't expect anything crazy from the burger, just a jr bacon cheeseburger but it was good. read more

I was craving a Wendy's burger like crazy (not something that normally happens) and I wasn't sure which Wendy's to go to since they all had pretty mixed reviews. I decided on this one since it was closest to my house and ordered on the app before I left home. It took me about fifteen minutes to get there. When I drove up to the speaker box the man that answered was very fast and efficient. The drive thru line moved quickly and within about five minutes I had my food! The two men working the window were funny, friendly, and fast. I was super hungry so I ate one of my chicken nuggets and a few fries before I left the parking lot. Everything was still hot and fresh! I am not sure why this Wendy's has such crappy reviews. I had a great experience and I'll most likely be back! read more

Yes, it's Wendy's. Yea the food is standardized and decent for fast food. The service is horrible though. I spent 40 minutes in the drive thru for a Diet Coke this time. I told the server at the window that it was supposed to be a Diet Coke with no ice and her response was "So?" Honestly I don't understand how they are in business. I give it a 5 atmosphere since I haven't been inside in years, a 1 for service considering lines and attitude, a 4 for taste because it's cold a lot of times. And a 4 for value (slightly overpriced) giving a total of 3.5/10. Seriously, if you like Wendy's (and I do) just find a different location. read more

Wanted to eat inside for our daddy-daughter date, but the dine in option wasn't available (even though the Wendy's app gave the option). The food was good and out quickly. read more

Somehow every single item we ordered was cold. Both of the sandwiches were made wrong. And the woman working the window was telling us we ordered a cold brew instead of a frosty then charged us for the coffee we didn't want. I would give this zero stars if possible. Go somewhere else. read more

Horrible service!!! Waited to order our food. Get to the drive thru window only to be told they only take cash. NO SIGN!!!! F U Wendy's!!

Fuck this Wendy's. These idiots have 3 people working in the store at all times. Close this location down already. I'm sick of waiting half an hour in the drive through line only to get told the item I'm waiting for they're out of. read more

This Wendy's is my go to. They super fast and my order has always been correct. They also always give me extra sauces without having to ask.

Ordered 3 large frostys, but I guess the employees thought I only needed a small. They only filled the large cups up half way and I didn't notice until I got home. read more

Wendy's - a bowl of pudding with a spoon sticking out of it - Burgers Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

Ordered 2 bacon jalapeño burger combos. Had no coke, or onions. Got home to find no bacon on the burgers.

I saw that this location had one star, after reading the review it looks like it was based off of one sandwich. I can tell you from living around the neighborhood and visiting this location quite often that they deserve at a minimum of four stars. The food is always on point and always hot, and the service is always relatively fast. read more

Wendy's - Outside view from Hurstborn Ln. side of parking lot. - Burgers Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

This was the absolute worst drive thru experience. I ordered a baconator combo with fries and I order bbq a sauce and honey mustard. They tell me they are out of bbq so I just ask for another honey mustard and the lady just tells me no. I asked her nicely if I could have another honey mustard since they are out. She tells me no. I literally have to go back and forth and then they charge me like a dollar for another sauce.... I'll never go to Wendy's again. I hope the pack of honey mustard was worth it. read more

I ran through Wendy's real quick on the way to my daughtes VBS because she hadn't eaten. Big mistake. Only 2 cars ahead of us but taking forevvvver.. Like what in the world is going on? Finally get up to order and a sign says " cash only at this time" you have got to be kidding me. Who has cash? The sign looked kind of torn like it had been there for awhile so I asked if they were still cash only. She said" no, we haven't been for awhile now" I said " ok great, the sign is still here so I wanted to make sure" then placed my order. Got up to the window and handed my card. Girl at window with attitude" We only taking cash" I told her I literally just asked. She just replied" we are cash only" Oh hell no. I repeated that I just asked and told her what was said and she finally just gave me the burger. I think the girl taking the order thought she was funny and had jokes knowing they were still cash only but making me get all the way up there making us late. I tried to call after and talk to a manager but no answer. Guess I'll be calling corporate. Don't go. Seems like the only way to get good drive through service is just to go to Chick fil A. read more

Were rude and used profanity when we asked if they did ApplePay "this ain't McDonald's. We don't do that s***" at a volume where I could clearly hear them. And got flustered when my card wouldn't work cause the card reader wasn't reading. Cause of used error. read more

Their food is usually pretty good. The attitude that the workers give off is not good. They are rude and push you to hurry up. This could be do to understaffing but still we always get attitude every time we go very unpleasant. read more

Went here for breakfast. Ordered a combo with a coffee like I do all the time. When I pick it up she hands me the food and starts to hand me a Hi-C and so I say oh sorry I ordered a coffee. With attitude she responds no you said Hi-C. Before I could respond with something to ease the tension she rolls her eyes goes back in and fills a cherry coke and tries to hand THAT to me. At this point I'm really confused. And so I say again, umm I ordered a coffee. Of course she has to let me know that I didn't order a coffee, insinuating I'm a liar, and tells me to pull up cuz she'll have to bring it out to me. Not sure why that is necessary. Doesn't seem to difficult to fill up a coffee cup... So anyway I pull up and wait for 5 or so minutes and no sign of receiving my coffee. So I take off without my coffee because I can't go inside and ask for it because they have inside dining locked off.... read more

workers had a attitude for zero reason. went through the drive thru was told to pull forward so we did, then they argued over it instead of just taking order like mature people and was being rude finally he was going to take our order but we said we didn't want it then slammed the window in our face. read more

This place is always unorganized and slow. People seem to be more concerned about socializing than filling orders. Line is always wrapped around the building not because its food but because they are so slow. read more

Went through the drive thru. This was by far the worst customer service i've ever received. Boyfriend and I went to this location at 6pm. People have bad days but the way we were treated at this location is RIDICULOUS. Guy kept cutting me off and was very short when I was ordering. Rudest employees ever. As someone who has been in customer service my entire life, I know people have bad days. This was absolutely the worst experience and this location gives wendy's a BAD name. The manager should talk to his/her employees about proper customer service. read more

If they had a rating of less than one star this restaurant would get one today. I came in for chili with this a nice cool day and left with nothing. I waited in line I ordered, I waited 15-20 minutes for my food. There were about 5 people waiting for their food in front of me. They were messing everyone's orders up and when they got to mine they didn't have any chili. Very very disappointed in this restaurant today I can see why they have a 2 Star Yelp review. The person that waited in line in front of me also had chili they drove all the way from Mount Washington so big waste of time for them. The person in line behind me got their chili the chili that they had made for me. #disappointed #nevereatingatthislocationagain read more

Went to this Wendy's Sunday 2/9/20. Situation behind the counter was one of mass confusion. Took at least 5 minutes to get our order taken. When it arrived 10-15 minutes later burger was undercooked. They had no napkins and no sweet tea. I live near the Wendy's in Hikes Point and it is always on par. Last time I will visit this location. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Went thru the drive thru at midnight tonight. There were 2 cars in front of me. It took me over 30 mins to get my food. While waiting on my food I watched the manager reset the drive thru waiting times, my food sit there and get cold, my drink get watered down from the ice, and a lady with her hair down, no hair net playing with her mid length hair around the food. When handed my food I asked the manager if it was normal for their employees to be playing with their hair around the food, all he did was tell her to go wash her hands. Nothing else. I live about 3 mins from this location and by the time I got home my fries and burger were cold. My burger was hard and there were hairs in my fries. Needless to say I ate nothing and will not be going back to this location. And the health department will be getting a call about this location. read more

This location was remodeled about a year ago or so and looks new and clean. Service is usually pretty quick even at peak hours. Haven't had bad experience there yet. The only negative would be that it sits on the corner of Bardstown Road and Hurstbourne lane. During peak hours, exiting the lot onto Bardstown Road can be difficult due to heavy traffic. read more

Never had a bad experience at this wendys. Plus it is open late. There really isn't much else to say. For that reason I can't give it a full 5 stars. They don't fail but they dont go above and beyond and that is the curse of the fast food chain. They have all your standard Wendy's fare and do it all just right. This location has free wifi as well. read more

the counter is slow. the food is ok i guess. its like they have no organizational skills anywhere in the building...

You will wait a ridiculously long time for food here. Customer service really sucks, there's frequently a line wrapped around the building.
