We we're looking for a quick place to eat off I-64 on a Wednesday afternoon, and this Wendy's fit the bill. Pros: (1) staff were friendly, efficient and mostly got our orders right; (2) the restaurant was clean; (3) food (Dave's singles; fries; Frosty; and soda) were tasty; (4) drink machine had a lot of great options. We got a very tasty peach-flavored Sprite Zero. (5) There were some healthier food options, including salads, milk, orange juice, and zero-calorie sodas. Great that calorie counts are shown on the menu. (6) Amble parking, and relatively easy access to/from I-64. Cons: (1) our burgers did not include the lettuce that was shown in the photograph; (2) most of the menu is a nutrition/calorie/fat bomb; and (3) the restaurant was a bit noisy -- given the music being piped in and staff yelling to each other. read more

Your job isn't hard, I'm not sure why everytime I roll in, the food is messed up, cold, they are always out of SOMETHING, and don't tell you until you roll back through the drive thru. Ignore the old reviews. We were originally going to McDonalds down the road that was moving super-slow and they didn't bother to tell us that they could only except cash until we were at the window. (I never carry cash anymore and they need to tell you that when you order). This was also after an over 20-min wait. I just drove away, annoyed. Figured we would try Wendy's and a total 180 degree difference. Polite, fast, so fast in fact that they had everything ready to go that I had to keep up with them, haha! Honestly, one of the fastest and most efficient drive-thru experiences I've ever had. They take "fast food" seriously at this location. Bonus: Food was prepped extremely well and everything tasted fresh. Fast food usually isn't impressive, but we were very impressed. So impressed, that I'm writing this right after I ate. Men's restroom was filthy. No soap in the ladies restroom. Health risk. Notified front desk and left without eating.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Zions. Drive through is a minimum of 15 mins. Food is always cold. They never change the oil and the salads are wilted. I've seen people drinking on the job there. The restaurant is dirty. read more

I've worked fast food for years, and currently work in customer service. Don't get me wrong, the cooks know their stuff. We came during lunch on Monday, expecting a wait however we were there for 30 minutes in line for drive thru. When we finally had someone come over the intercom, she was all attitude. She is supposed to be the face of Wendy's seeing as how she's the only person who we spoke with and just based on our interactions with her we will never go back. We know this Wendy's is a little slow, and still came because the foods good. But when I say she was rude, I'm not joking. Needs a course on speaking to customers, if you are in customer service than at least treat your customers friendly. We were friendly, we knew there'd be a wait, we weren't indifferent, we didn't ask for a manager, and it was just the most miserable interaction in a drive thru we've ever had. read more

Terrible experience. Went through the drive thru at 9pm last night. The lady who took our order was very unprofessional. It all started when she cut my husband off in the middle of placing the order. Then, they gave us the wrong drinks and insisted they were correct even though none of us ordered soda. She then gave my husband a handful of sugar saying if the tea wasn't sweet enough he could sweeten it. Since when do you add sugar to soda? They were too busy chatting instead of doing their jobs to even care. While waiting, we took notice of the dirty floor, counter and frosty machine. There was never even an apology. We waited 10 minutes while holding up the line for dry burgers and old fries and a salad with withered lettuce. Even my 10 yr old commented on the rudeness. read more

I ordered inside. A small chili and a frosty. It took about 10 minutes to complete my order even though I was the only one in the restaurant. The person filling my order told me my chili was cold so she microwaved it for me. She surely did. It was about 1000 degrees when I finally got it. Not entirely sure why the chili would.be cold in the first place. It wasn't very good. Not much to it. Even the frosty tasted funny. It had a weird aftertaste. Maybe the machine wasn't cleaned. I was in there Saturday with my Mother in-law and niece's for lunch. Thank goodness they had the chicken nuggets. My Mother in-law had the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and I had the Double Stack. Saturday night and Sunday the bathroom was our constant companion. I called Monday and spoke to I believe Stephanie and I was told that everything is prepare fresh and no one else has complain. What can I say..... that was the only thing we had ate different from the girls. I just don't know if I will ever eat another Wendy's burger again. This is the worst Wendy's/fast food place we've ever eaten at. Just realized that we stopped here a year ago on another trip and it was equally as horrendous. No ice in the automated machines, waited for fries, no one operating with a sense of urgency, moping around, everyone like they get paid by the hour and milking every step. Took us over 30 minutes to get our food. Stay away! Go to the Lowes home improvement next door and buy a snack and Gatorade at the registers before stopping here. read more
