I ordered online to pick up inside. I walked in and was told to go through to the pick up window. I then waited 35 mins in line and had I not ordered online and already paid I would have left. the food from here is fine, but the management is dreadful. I was here with my family around 4:15 on May 24 and watched as the manager humiliated the cashier. I don't know the context behind the argument, but what I do know is that that behavior is unacceptable from a grown adult. as the manager, and person in charge, she should have handled the situation better and spared the cashier the embarrassment. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. Waited 30 minutes on my small order before deciding to just leave. Drive thru and inside service are terrible. Very sh*tty establishment. Blonde manager lady is always doing something other than helping her HER TEAM, line always moves slow no matter the time or volume of customers. Sat there today at the speaker for 20 minutes, no one could even say "we will be right with you" no customer service skills at all. Got to the window, sat there so f*cking long my car OVERHEATED. If I could give less stars I would. This location is a hit or miss, mostly with misses. You wait forever for your food if anyone even bothers taking your order and even then the food is usually cold or not what you asked for. You never get straws with your drink or any sauce you ask for even though they'll try to charge you extra for it. read more

Restaurant was nasty! Stood at counter and no one bothered to acknowledge us. One guy just standing there,never said a word. Finally another guy walked up. Not hello, can I help you, nothing. The people who work there get in no hurry at all and most are rude. They could care less about customer satisfaction or repeat customers. This poor place just can't get it together. Always staffed but it's like everyone is new or something. They care more for the Drive thru than those that are dining in; so you literally stand there looking stupid just waiting on your food. Never smiling & felt very rushed when the lady kept saying "anything else?" before I'd finish saying my last word. The Drive thru experiences are horrible as well. They never give you a fork or spoon. No sour cream when I asked for extra to start with. Their chili tastes different & not fully cooked because on 2 separate occasions I've had hard beans. Wow it's been a long time since I've entertained Wendy's food. I think this is my second time in 2-3 years. So as you know, I'm up here in Lincolnton, are those banjo's I hear?Hmmm Anyway, after getting my tattoo today, sat there for five hours, I had to drive back out here to dog/house sit. Since I already know there is nothing of decent caliber out here, opted for Wendy's, Glad I did...the side garden salad was lovely, very fresh - no slimy lettuce or veggies and a cup of chili -- that too was good. I love the whole kidney beans in it. So over all I was satisfied, as was Zoe, the dog I'm watching, I picked out the meat in the chili and let her share in my dining experience... Me and my boyfriend went to Wendy's in Lincolnton and it was absolutely ridiculous. The staff was rude, more so one man, and we waited for 30 minutes for a salad and a burger. My boyfriend asked for a strawberry lemonade and they gave him lemonade with just a squirt of strawberry collected at the bottom. He asked him to remake it and instead the man grabbed the cup and the strawberry syrup and squirted it in the cup and said "tell me when to f*cking stop". Took forever in the drive thru. Only 3 cars in front of me waited in line for 15 min before i got to the speaker. Then had to wait almost another 10 before i could order. I put my order in: a double bbq cheesburger and a 4 pc chicken nugget with bbq sauce. Instead i got a double S'awesome burger and no bbq sauce with my nuggets even tho the receipt says i got sauce.
