Not a very clean place. The restrooms haven't been cleaned in months. The same stains are always in the same place every time I go in. read more

Wendy's - Restrooms - Burgers Near Me - Lincolnton, North Carolina

See all

I ordered online to pick up inside. I walked in and was told to go through to the pick up window. I then waited 35 mins in line and had I not ordered online and already paid I would have left. The place was ridiculous. Also, once I got my food open and saw the potato was burned, my daughter's cheeseburger was raw and cold. In general if they had a negative number I would pick a -10. Horrible... read more

the food from here is fine, but the management is dreadful. I was here with my family around 4:15 on May 24 and watched as the manager humiliated the cashier. I don't know the context behind the argument, but what I do know is that that behavior is unacceptable from a grown adult. as the manager, and person in charge, she should have handled the situation better and spared the cashier the embarrassment. read more

Roaches.... Totally not sanitary.... Not entirely sure how this place is still in business

Very sh*tty establishment. Blonde manager lady is always doing something other than helping her HER TEAM, line always moves slow no matter the time or volume of customers. Sat there today at the speaker for 20 minutes, no one could even say "we will be right with you" no customer service skills at all. Got to the window, sat there so f*cking long my car OVERHEATED. Strawberry lemonade I ordered tasted horrible, they did not even correctly put the lid on my ghost pepper fries. Again, no apology or nothing. Being understaffed is understandable, however CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE STILL IMPORTANT!!!! read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. Waited 30 minutes on my small order before deciding to just leave. Drive thru and inside service are terrible. The workers barely seem to recognize that you are talking to them. I literally downloaded Yelp for one reason, and that was to review this Wendy's. Never go here. read more

Don't go here. Management is incompetent. Called cops because I did not want to park and wait on my food. After I had already ordered and waited on the drive thru 30 min. read more

Placed my order online. When I arrived had to wait a few minutes on my burgers. They were hot and juicy just as I had hoped. I have been a fan of Wendy since the early 70's. read more

If I could give less stars I would. This location is a hit or miss, mostly with misses. You wait forever for your food if anyone even bothers taking your order and even then the food is usually cold or not what you asked for. You never get straws with your drink or any sauce you ask for even though they'll try to charge you extra for it. read more

Might be worth a single star if someone would actually take your order. Car in front of me sent back three bags of food. Never even got to place my order. read more

Do not come here if you're even close to being hungry. You will wait in line at least 30 minutes. Nobody seems to want to take your order

Restaurant was nasty! Stood at counter and no one bothered to acknowledge us. One guy just standing there, never said a word. Finally another guy walked up. Not hello, can I help you, nothing. My husband started telling him what we wanted, the guy mumbled something, not sure what. So we ordered, got home and the food was made WRONG! The wraps didn't have any ranch on them, the burgers were all the way instead of plain. Not to mention bread was hard! Yall, it was terrible! Stay away! No receipt for proof! read more

This location is absolutely the worst Wendy's anywhere. If you go through the drive-through window be prepared to wait for a long time. The people who work there get in no hurry at all and most are rude. They could care less about customer satisfaction or repeat customers. This location definitely needs a change in management. read more

Inside not open. Drive Thur line into the highway. Sat in line for 15mins and didn't move at all. Went to Taco Bell. In and out 10mins.

Ordered 2 Dave's single and waited over 20 minutes to get up to the window, finally made it to the window and was missing fries and had to wait another 10 minutes. Made it home and burgers were not cooked thoroughly. Definitely a waste of time and money! read more

Been waiting in the drive through line to pick up an online order for 40 minutes. The inside is locked even though there are people sitting at tables eating. So far the only movement I've seen is people giving up and leaving the line. read more

Poor customer sever. Can not dine in due to short staff . Have to wait in line 45 minutes. For cold food

This poor place just can't get it together. Always staffed but it's like everyone is new or something. They care more for the Drive thru than those that are dining in; so you literally stand there looking stupid just waiting on your food. Never smiling & felt very rushed when the lady kept saying "anything else?" before I'd finish saying my last word. The Drive thru experiences are horrible as well. They never give you a fork or spoon. No sour cream when I asked for extra to start with. Their chili tastes different & not fully cooked because on 2 separate occasions I've had hard beans. Prices increased JBCB is $1.89??? Really!!! read more

Wow it's been a long time since I've entertained Wendy's food. I think this is my second time in 2-3 years. So as you know, I'm up here in Lincolnton, are those banjo's I hear?Hmmm Anyway, after getting my tattoo today, sat there for five hours, I had to drive back out here to dog/house sit. Since I already know there is nothing of decent caliber out here, opted for Wendy's, Glad I did...the side garden salad was lovely, very fresh - no slimy lettuce or veggies and a cup of chili -- that too was good. I love the whole kidney beans in it. So over all I was satisfied, as was Zoe, the dog I'm watching, I picked out the meat in the chili and let her share in my dining experience... The Wendy's was very clean and everyone was friendly. Thanks for the late nom. They accept AMEX and free Wi-fi... read more

I dont even understand why the staff is so rude. A woman picked up and I cannot even believe her attitude. How does someone like that work there? Unbelievable. read more

No line at 1:30pm on a Saturday afternoon worth at least 7 people behind the counter. The trash was overflowing so much I just sat my tray on the side and there was a spill in the dining room that was there when I came in and still not cleaned up later. Time for a management change. read more

Me and my boyfriend went to Wendy's in Lincolnton and it was absolutely ridiculous. The staff was rude, more so one man, and we waited for 30 minutes for a salad and a burger. My boyfriend asked for a strawberry lemonade and they gave him lemonade with just a squirt of strawberry collected at the bottom. He asked him to remake it and instead the man grabbed the cup and the strawberry syrup and squirted it in the cup and said "tell me when to f*cking stop". Then proceeded to cause a scene when my boyfriend asked him if it was too hard to not stir it. Worst service I've ever had. Never going back. read more

this restaurant is the slowest drive thru i've ever been to. I have waited in this line for over an hour and barley even moved! Don't come here if in a hurry! Get your shit together WENDYS! read more

What horrible service and it's not fast food. Ordered a hamburger, chicken sandwich and a chili at 8:54 at 9:10 they told me to pull over by the door and they would bring my chicken sandwich. At 9:15 I left and I am now buying a chicken sandwich at Chick Fil A. Didn't even go in to get. Refund the need the money to pay for some quality help read more

Took forever in the drive thru. Only 3 cars in front of me waited in line for 15 min before i got to the speaker. Then had to wait almost another 10 before i could order. I put my order in: a double bbq cheesburger and a 4 pc chicken nugget with bbq sauce. Instead i got a double S'awesome burger and no bbq sauce with my nuggets even tho the receipt says i got sauce. Always, always check your order before you leave this location. It's wrong about 50% of the time. read more
