I arrived at the resteraunt where it was very busy and service took longer because of mix of online orders, dash orders and in seating customers. It took over 15 minutes for them to give a partial order. They had the nuggets and the two sandwiches that are just pickle and atm I didn't check inside the bag to see if all the items are included. I get home for my mom to realize they shorted us one Deluxe chicken sandwich. My mom said it would be better to go back and get the correct sandwich. I arrive back at the establishment to see it still is crowded as I left it. I approached a lady who realized I looked disgruntled. I explained how we are missing a sandwich. I get a sandwich but come home to find it is ANOTHER chicken sandwich with just pickles on it. This store is very bustling and to have that much product move and be made to give customers inaccurate or missing items and substitute with what they believe we should receive on it instead of the accurate deluxe chicken sandwich with pepperjack and honey BBQ sauce. There is something about that soft, slightly chewy and fresh tasting bread that really brightens the sandwich. I probably wouldn't like their bread anywhere else, but it's the highlight for me. They have all of your typical salted cured meats. Check out their menu online for all meats, condiments, cheeses, veggies, etc. They also have bread alternatives like their Slims and wraps. Value for your cash? I would say that Jimmy John's hits the mark. You're getting what you pay for and you'll enjoy every bite. You can roll it all in to a combo with chips, or other sides they might have and a fountain drink. They do even have some limited bottled drinks available but may not be eligible for the combo offers. Would I go back? Absolutely. Freaky fast. Fresh. Great value. JJ's has got it all and a bag of chips (I truly hate myself for writing that but there's no going back now). I chose the half chicken salad croissant with a broccoli cheddar soup, and both were absolutely delicious--super flavorful and perfectly prepared. One thing though, almost every location I have been to is very cold inside, no matter the weather outside, probably to keep the employees cool, but bring a light jacket, . The staff is always cool at Cane's, never had an issue. I like that they still say "Hot fresh chicken for..." on every order. It is important to stay close to your roots.
