Several times when I used the kiosk my order has been called out and I grab it from the counter, here however, you will be startled by someone actually delivering your food to you. Nothing special about the food, it is, of course, a McDonald's. I finished my food and wanted to use the facilities before leaving. With this being a shared building you are basically using the gas station's facilities. Meaning you exit McDonald's to use them and then have to come back in to exit the building.
