I called Pizza Plus yesterday while I was in Bristol, VA because they had a deal this weekend. They…read moresaid it was any Pizza any size and any topping for 13.99. I was buying a new mattress so I called it in. I said I wanted a THICK crust meat lover and then I said just go ahead and put everything on it. She then said would you like a SUPREME DELUXE? I said yes but make sure it is a thick crust. I finished ordering my mattress and then went and paid and picked up the pizza. I put it in my passenger seat and started driving home. I got to the red light at Hansonville and decided to have a slice. When I opened the lid, I saw a Pizza that was thinner than a normal thin crust and it had very few toppings on the pizza and they only went 2/3 of the way to the crust. Also the dough tasted like flour because the did not put any salt on it I guess. I don't eat salt or better yet don't add salt to anything. I don't even have salt at my home. The card board box was thicker than the pizza dough. I was so disappointed. Well I drove to the one in St. Paul and carried it in and showed the manager and explained my concerns. She got a attitude and said that is a thick crust Delixe Supreme. I will NEVER order from any Pizza Plus again for as long as I live. The pizza was also one if the smallest Large pizzas I have ever seen. I am going to post two pictures and I would like for you all reading this post to leave a comment about what I have posted. You either agree with me ot you don't. Thanks.

There appeared to be 2 employees working, so the wait for our food was pretty long. The burgers and…read morechicken were good, but the fries tasted old. I'm pretty certain the guy working the counter was high on all of the drugs. Sadly, he didn't share any with us. Also, the guy working in the back was talking to the cash register, so if you'd like to get paid in drugs, this Hardee's would be a great place to work. I gave 4 stars because the super-high dude gave us 4 free cookies for taking over 10 minutes to make 2 milkshakes.

How long were the burnt biscuits stared down under a heat lamp by "employees" (meth heads) before packing them up for consumers? Pathetic at best.

Long time customer but will be infrequent, if at all, in the future. Recent visit by my wife and I…read morewas very disappointing. The meat portion of our sandwiches was VERY skimpy, much less than in the past, and the price was (of course) higher! Even the quantity of our fries was skimpy (the cup was just over half filled. Adding to that, the fries were not fully cooked! On the positive side, the bread/roll was fresh. Could anything else go wrong? Yes. My wife ordered a 'small' sandwich with fries and a drink. Total price was more than $12. As we were eating we noticed a large sign on the wall for a "Lunch Special - Small sandwich, fries, drink for $8.79." Would have been nice for the [inexperienced] cashier to enter her order as the Special. Nope. Full pay. More than $22 for a disappointing lunch at Charley's. I suspect some of the problem was the apparently inexperienced staff and/or poor management.

There really are NOT a lot of options for a sit down breakfast in the Wise area. That's a bummer…read more So, we showed up here to relax and have breakfast one weekend rather than eat in our cars. I was saying goodbye to family and we decided to eat here before driving off in all directions. As a chain breakfast spot goes, the food was in the lower part of the OK zone. It wasn't nearly as good as the higher end breakfast spots and kind of felt behind the standard. Kind of the "value" breakfast. It was warm, eggs were great, it met the needs. Staff was great. Waitress was very nice, polite and attentive. The cook was working his butt off and really hustled in the kitchen doing an A+ job. The management should be proud of the people here. With OK food and great staff, the score dropped because of the seating. We had six adults put at a table that really was designed terribly. In likely another cost saving measure by their franchise operations, they have this ledge along all the windows. It hangs out about 6". If you are along the window and eat with that arm, forget it. It was a crazy inconvenience. I almost went to 2 because of the poor design. If you are a cost accountant, maybe you would rate it higher on the ability to cram people into a space designed to cost the least to build.
