This Wendy's is great! I am not sure what they did to turn it around, but great job to whoever made it happen. This used to be the absolute worst Wendy's ever with the worst food! I just happened to decide to try it one more time and am I ever so glad I did! My husband and I left there and looked at each other and both said it was the best burger in the area!! I have been back several times since and the food and service are still just as good!! Fantastic job on such a turnaround!!! I am now a loyal customer! read more

We stopped here on a recent trip, pulling our 34-foot RV, and found parking with the trailer easy. When we walked inside the restaurant was moderately busy with four or five people in line. The line moved very quickly and all of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The dining room was clean and the tables were all very clean with no sign of previous guests. The entire restaurant appeared to be clean from our vantage point, inside and out. Our meals were served fresh and hot as if they had just been cooked when we ordered. They had the best-tasting, hot fresh fries we have had in a long time. They were not limp and soggy like we get so many places. It was nice to have a Wendy's location that still delivers customer service and cares about their guest's experience. We will definitely stop here again when traveling based on this visit. read more

Impressed with clean, well lit dining area. Staff was friendly and took our order efficiently. Got it quickly. During pandemic, you get your own drink & no condiments, straws or napkins are out. We drove by and couldn't tell whether it was open or not, but it was. We asked an employee who was sweeping the walk way, whether it was open... and he said yes, the dining room is open. We parked and came in. As soon as we walked in, I knew that this place was clean. I'm talking really clean. This place must have been newly renovated bc it doesn't look like the previous photos on Yelp. We tried to order, but the dinner menus were still up and the cashier turned around and updated them. We ordered and I was very specific about my order... no butter and add an egg to the chicken biscuit sandwich. It came out in less than 5 minutes. We had already selected a seat so, an employee brought it out to our table. Everything was so neat and tidy that I was worried about making a mess. The food was hot and good. As my husband and I were there, a man walked in and they greeted him by name... by name at a fast food restaurant. Wow! I've been going to my local Mediterranean restaurant for 3 years at least once a month, I have never been called by name. I spoke to the manager about how impressed I was with her management. Everyone on the team seemed actively employed and had a positive attitude. My husband and I each had to go to the bathroom and we were not disappointed. It was spotless. I was dreading eating fast food while I was traveling, but this Wendys has made me think twice... all managers can learn from this manager. I don't know what is happening at this restaurant which makes my experience vastly different from any other fast food restaurant (to include other wendys). Kudos manager! 10 hour road trip and this was our first pit stop. Honestly one of the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The service was very quick and smooth. The inside of the restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. They also had these cute flowers placed on every single table, which had a nice touch. The food was delicious. I got the spicy chicken go wrap, 6 pc chicken nuggets, and large drink. The workers were very attentive making sure we were satisfied with our food. read more

Slowest service we've ever experienced. We waited in like for TWENTY mins JUST TO ORDER. We were told "A guy had a really big order." Then we waited another eight minutes at the window to get our food. No discounts, no coupons, no sorry, no appearance from a manager. Thankful, our order was correct. If I was you, I'd skip this whole exit and keep going. No part of this exit is worth it. read more

Ordered the $5 biggie meal bacon double stack... I received a burger with ketchup all over the outside of the bun, (top and bottom) zero bacon on my burger, and zero salt on my fries ( or on any other fries for our order) do better Wendy's... also my wife's burger had 2 tops of a bun ... like instead of a top and a bottom... we also ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and a kids nugget meal with bbq sauce... they didn't tell us they were out of bbq until we checked our daughter's bag and told them they forgot the bbq sauce... he then just said we don't have any and closed the window... awful read more

We had a fine dinner, on our way back from Atlanta. The location is convenient to the interstate, with plenty of parking and a nice drive through. I had my usual 4 for $4; but, tried the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger instead of the chicken. The burger was tasty, albeit a little overcooked. The fries were delicious; and, so was the Frosty. My business associate ordered a combo meal; but, I wasn't paying attention. Wi-Fi is free, so I was glad to have checked in, otherwise I would have missed doing this review -- how could we survive without reviews?!? read more

Went to this location around 430 on the 9th of November. You would think you could at least be greeted when you walk in . Nope. A rude associate is probably better than one that acts like we were bothering her. The girl that took our order, the manager, and the girl that was working the drive thru all acted like their ass was on their shoulders. Will not be back. My husband and I were out looking at land we just bought. I was very hungry and not feeling well. I ordered a baked potato with chives. A male employee named Henry fixed my meal. He was steady working diligently and my potato was dynamic! He continued to be focused working very hard. I got to speak with him when the manager brought him over. I praise this young man for his customer service and the best food prepared. Another young lady, Nicole, was cleaning and stocking the condiment bar. She was pleasant and made the visit enjoyable. Drove up and saw people were in the dining room and hours stated open until 10pm however we quickly noticed that this was not the case, that is unless you are friends with someone working there. We only got in, at 9pm because one door was not fully closed apparently and they were "closed" but yet soon after we ordered someone the manager was familiar with who had a call in order was allowed in while other families were left locked out and denied entry. Additionally, instead of the manager talking to us she spoke in front of us to her worker how it was "okay to take their order because one of the doors was not fully latched." They seemed in a rush to close early because they had at least 6 people working so they were not understaffed. I have never had such a Poor experience at a Wendy's and was sadly disappointed in the service. This Wendy's use to be so good but not any more, unfortunately. The staff has been borderline rude the past few visits & the food is cold, more often than not. We were hanging in there, hoping for improvement but have decided to give it a break - at least for a while. I suspect they need a better manager. So we are on a road trip we spent about seven hours in the car and extremely hungry we decided to get off this exit. I fought with my boyfriend about stopping at this particular location I was in the mood for Chick-fil-A. But knowing that they have amazing big potatoes I started to contemplate my decision we went with that Wendy's. Mind you there's another Wendy's half a mile away that's connected to a gas station but the standalone seemed like the better choice.We gave the girl my order at the drive-through she asked all the right questions when it came to what condiments that we wanted to accompany her food with. Mind you we needed some ice for 120 pound dog in the back on this 90° day that was very noticeable. We asked the girl for a cup of ice which we didn't specify she gave us a small glass when she returned back to the window she handed us our food. We then asked for a larger cup of ice for the dog. She looked at us annoyed and said is this big enough. Then my boyfriend asked for condiments including ketchup salt and pepper. She then made it a point to say is this enough. We had to the highway and noticed half of the order is missing. We do a u turn and head back. I explained to the girl at the front counter what happened and she was so apologetic and she gave us the missing parts. We leave and get on our way and by this time my burger is cold. We notice the condiments for the chicken tenders and the potato are no where to be found. Listen I am in the service industry...I understand people makes mistakes but when you are going to be a smart a** and give an attitude and still mess up the order it comes down to being careless and disrespectful. We spend $30 dollars between the two of us. This is terrible. This is not a way I would ever treat someone to coming to my establishment and spending their hard earned money on my products. If I was the franchise owner, manager, or worked for corporate I would be embarrassed of my brand because of the customer service of the female that was working the window. You are the face of the company so remember that when you put on your uniform and you collect your paycheck. It's more than just a job it's your way of living. Thank you. read more
