I don't really do fast food. since I have never eaten breakfast from Wendy's I decided to give them a try. I ended up ordering a honey chicken biscuit. Overall it was a pretty good biscuit at a reasonable price. This Wendy's is usually good, but today wasn't the case my grandpa's ranch wrap wasn't even wrapped. And when he opened it, the chicken was dry as all get out. Fries taste like they were cooked a day before service was horrible. I spilled my drink on my shirt and there was a huge stain and the guy that worked there didn't even bother to ask if I needed a napkin. I had to raise my voice just to get a napkin. They obviously don't know the difference from a breakfast burrito and a chicken biscuit. I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and ended up getting a chicken biscuit. The rest of my order was correct so there's no reason to get the main part of the order wrong. read more

Severely understaffed and overwhelmed "fast" food. Fries and burgers were cold, and since when have all burgers included cheese at Wendy's? When I saw that my receipt had cheese on the burgers, I immediately requested that our burgers be made without cheese. They did leave the cheese off my husband's burger, but mine still had cheese (and we're both lactose intolerant). Ate it anyway because it would taken even longer to get another. I don't know why Wendy's is trying to pass a Chicken sandwich . As a Chicken Sandwich . It's awful! I have eaten Wendy's for years. And that chicken they use now is like thin sheet chicken . Very dry and thin and hard around the edges! It's horrible how they cut corners and serve that! And the fries are cut different! And charge the same or maybe even more for junk food! I ordered 2 salads that came with grilled chicken. Once I got to the window they told me that I needed to order something else because they were out of grilled chicken and it would take too long to make grilled chicken. Is it really so hard to do your job? read more

I go here fairly often to get a snack because my husband works nearby. The food is pretty good on the VERY rare occasion they actually get your order right. I almost always have to go back inside to either correct my food or get all of it. The staff is 50/50. Some are very polite and friendly while others are just rude. read more

The place is discussing the floors were all wet with no wet floor sign, the bathroom was filthy, when we got our drinks it was all on top of the lid, no one was wearing any gloves or anything with their hands all over our food two of the orders came out wrong, And I had to tell the lady 4 times at the register what I wanted. read more

I have not been here for 3 years after getting a salad that looks like it came out of the garbage. I wanted their fish burger for lent so I tried them again and ordered a Power Mediterranean salad. It was nothing like the picture and missing 75% of the ingredients. Called manager for refund. They gave me a refund and another salad to make up for it. This time, it looked better but when I opened it, it was missing the greens pictured and had a terrible flavor, not Meditaranean tasting at all. It was missing 15% of the ingredients. I suppose this is it for their salads. People just don't care and it shows in the poor weak food that comes out through the window. Their Lent cod fish sandwich is really tasty, but the managers and food assemblers just never get it completely right with other things than salad. I returned two weeks after being double charged on my debit card for my order for the fish. Bought two, and one was missing the lettuce. I go there infrequently and every time something is wrong. read more

I go hear once a day because its close to my job .Everytime I go I get the same thing but I always ask but for ketchup and ask if they understand .But I never end up with ketchup,Its so simple.Like the less ketchup you give,you pay goes up or something .This happens everytime where i have to go back and get ketchup.How bout just put ketchup in every bag and you wouldnt have a proble.Dont acknowledge that you will put it then just dont .Horrible customer service read more
