What a joke. Second time in the past week I went for breakfast only to stand at counter waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. Minutes go by....no one. I raise my voice "hello"? No one. Finally guy cooking yells "counter". A nasty woman walks by and tells me "I'm the only one hear". (Like this is my problem). But she is at takeout window and I'm still standing there. I left. Second time is arrived at 9:45am. Same thing...I wait and wait. I say "hello"?...no one shows up. This isn't a fluke. Their broke; they hire dregs and bankruptcy is months away. my wife and i both ordered daves double burger and fries a couple nights ago at spanish springs location. got the food and parked at town square to eat. all the food was cold even though the weather was in the 80's. not warm but coldcoldcold. this location should be shuttered!!! what the hell are they disguising as beef? read more

Make sure you check your order before you leave. If you get home and check too bad to sad because they won't replace. The manager will accuse you of trying to get a free meal. I used to come here 10+ times a month, but I will never return again. I ordered a Dave's double and received the cheeseburger deluxe with no tomato. read more

If you want any decent service and quality of food don't eat here. So to start you have an employee sitting in the lobby watching something on their phone so loud you can't even think. No concern for anyone in the lobby but themselves. So I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I went to eat it, it looked like it had been sitting around for about an hour. Got chili and crackers. Chili was good, crackers tasted stale and old. Guess something was wrong with the drink machine so you couldn't get your own ice. Dining room was decently clean. It was 2:30 in the afternoon so after the lunch rush with time to clean so as far as the dinning room it was good. Didn't visit the bathrooms. This is just one of the visits I have had at this particular one. I have been here before and been 4th in line inside and it took 15-20mins till I was able to put my order in. Most staff here don't seem to care about their customer service or how well they do their job. I worked for Wendy's back in the day and our district manager was super strict about the quality of service. If we provided the quality of service that this Wendy's has displayed most of the staff would have been fired. read more

Every time I've been here for lunch or dinner my order has been correct and service had been good. Fries were cold last visit, but they gladly made me fresh ones. Like the self serve drink station and tv in lobby. Will continue to eat here. read more

It has been about a year since I have been to this Wendy's. Please don't tell me you actually want me to believe that the burgers I had today were fresh not frozen. I find it hard to believe that what I had was even a beef burger. What I had was worst than eating a White Castle, and I don't eat White Castle.....if your going to serve me a burger that tastes that bad at least put enough onion it I can't taste the meat....one little ring of onion....and to top it off I can't send an email, I have to send a text or call the company....This Wendy's right up there with White Castle and McDonald's two restaurants I Have not been in for over 20 years. It's a hit or a miss with the service, they take too long to give you your food and most of the times the fried chicken sandwiches are overcooked, The one thing consistent is the chocolate frosty, I like their chili but sometimes is a hit or a miss, I have gotten the chili with beans still raw inside... i'll still come to Wendy's they have good value for their food but they really need to train their service to be more efficient.... read more

This is our first visit to the Wendy's in the Villages and it will be our last. We both had Asiago Chicken sandwiches. They were awful. The chicken was way over fried and hard. Came here for hamburger, good. Can't say to much about everything else. One cashier very busy. Tables dirty no trash container for straw covers, French fries cold ,soggy and tasteless. Employee were nice but you could see they were over worked and weren't really happy.. Will return because hamburger s were good. read more

Can they possibly move any SLOWER. Most disorganized store I have ever seen, but not as slow as the Burger King a block away. The counter people should stay at the counter and take the orders and money ONLY, not go to grab the food. Have someone else do that. They could learn from McDonalds. read more
