Every single time I visit this location, my food is hot & fresh, my order is accurate and served in a timely manner by friendly employees. My favorite menu item is the elusive Mexican Pizza-perfectly seasoned lean ground beef and refried beans layered between two crispy fried flour tortilla shells, topped with taco sauce, melted three-cheese blend and fresh diced tomatoes. You don't go to Taco Bell for Mexican food. You go to Taco Bell for Taco Bell food. Somehow this locations fails at providing Taco Bell food in a timely, quality, accurate way. My simple order was wrong. The lobby was packed at 2:00PM so trying to fix their mistakes wasn't an option. Plus the general nasty vibes given from the staff, made it not an idea situation. The food I did receive was put together so sloppy. My guess is this is a franchisee who has made their money and letting the place run it's course. This is a shame. read more

Wrong food. I don't know how they mess up cheese quesadillas but they did. They gave me chicken quesadillas, I'm vegetarian. Also that wait time is extremely long every time. Edit: friend called and they tried to say that I ordered the quesadillas as chicken when I literally saw "cheese quesadillas" on the screen. There were 2 other people in my vehicle that ordered after me. I was staring at my order for the amount of time it took for all 3 of us to order. Absolutely awful. Roberto is uncordial and the staff was yelling at him for being and idiot. We were told by him that our French fries were old bc they aren't cooked to older but we could wait 20 mins for hot ones. What? This place is TRASH. Ordered and waited a long time for 6 small items. They made a chicken quesadilla that was specifically specified as a cheese quesadilla multiple times. The crunch wrap had NO MEAT in it and no hard tortilla. I'm beyond pissed. The "manager" his name started with an A had a huge attitude on him. No wonder this place has multiple one star reviews. The customer service here is horrible I will never come here again. They're immature and honestly this place needs to be shut down. Honestly this is the worst fast food place I have ever visited. We waited 25 min for our food and it was cold and not correct. Awful Taco Bell. The woman behind the cash register rung up two chicken quesadillas instead of one, when I go to ask her to take it off she tells me that I said I wanted two when in fact I know that I only said "one chicken quesadilla and two soft tacos." She continued to argue with me and eventually the manager came and fixed it. Even if someone had ordered the wrong thing and actually said it the cashier should still fix it for them instead of arguing.
