The 2d lady, an older woman, assembled the sandwich. I told her what I wanted on it & when she repeated it back she got 80% wrong. So I repeated it back again. She still didn't add the artichoke hearts. When I got to my table I had to clean it off while the manager, sitting at a rear table watched me. When I was leaving, I noticed all of the tables were dirty with trash underneath them. Perhaps there's a learning curve & they'll get better. I'll plan another visit in the near future. When i was leaving, out of the 4 employees, none of them said thank you or good bye, etc. By that time I was the only customer in there.
