I always order half steak and half chicken, and the portions look like half of what they should be. You're paying money for your food it's not free yet it feels like you're asking for a favor just to get a fair serving. We're not asking for a whole chicken or a whole steak, just a fair amount of food. On top of that, the chips look and taste old. They don't taste fresh or crunchy at all. Overall, the quality and portion sizes have gone downhill, and it's disappointing considering how good this location used to be.

The cashier, Yorgelis N., had an arrogant and sarcastic attitude that completely ruined the moment. I asked a simple question about whether the toast came with butter, and her response was sarcastic: "I don't put it on, the cook does." Obviously, I understand she's not the one cooking, but as a customer I was just trying to understand how the food is prepared so I could order correctly. I tried to continue asking respectfully, explaining that it was my first time there and that I wanted to know if the breakfast came as a combo or included potatoes, and again her response was sarcastic, as if my question was ridiculous. It's very uncomfortable when, as a customer, you're made to feel ignorant just for not knowing the menu. Even more so at 8 in the morning, when you expect to start your day with a pleasant experience--not a negative attitude. The reality is that service is just as important as the food, and in this case, both failed. It doesn't matter how good the product might be if the customer service is this poor. I'm giving it 1 star only. They should seriously reconsider the kind of staff they have interacting with customers. Customer service is not optional--it's essential.
