I want to give a half star at times. this location is convenient HOWEVER ALWAYS gets orders wrong or half-@$$. it's unacceptable. If you honestly cannot READ what's in front of you to make basic food.. just quit.

Wendy's is and has always been my fave franchise fast food place. Not saying that I do prefer a good burger from other locations. But when on a budget, Wendy's doesn't disappoint. My go to when $ is low is the 4 for $4. Burgers are always juicy and fresh and fries are not bad at all. Especially at this location. Every time we have to make a stop at Petco from The Loop, we grab a few burgers, nuggets, fries and always a strawberry lemonade and enjoy in the car while we wait for the pups to be either groomed or done with their vet. I've never been inside so I cannot say much about that however, they are always quick and friendly so that counts for a lot.

A "Double Stack Biggie Bag" burger burnt to a crisp. Also, daughters burger clearly had cheese despite ordered without.

Every person in our group wants something different and I'm here at Wendy's. Counter ordering and order fulfillment was smooth and friendly. Self-ordering stations are available. My Dave's $7.69 double burger combo with small fries and small drink was good. The dining area consisted of tables and booths. Lots of free parking and there's a drive-thru service as well.

The experience was quick, easy, and incredibly efficient, which honestly feels like the Chick-fil-A brand promise--but this location executes it especially well. The team members outside with iPads are on point, checking and double-checking orders with impressive accuracy. It keeps the line moving and the stress level low, which is always appreciated. As a parent, I have to shout out the little activity books for kids--such a thoughtful touch. Our son absolutely loves the grilled chicken and fruit, and it's nice knowing there's a kid-friendly option that feels both balanced and made with care. Everything here feels like it's done with intention and love, from the service to the food itself. Add in reasonable pricing and consistently friendly Cast-level (yes, I said it) service, and you've got a winner. Loop Chick-fil-A... you're not just good. You're fancy. ‍

I went yesterday for the first time to have breakfast at this place, and unfortunately, the…read moreexperience was very disappointing. From the start, the customer service was terrible. The cashier, Yorgelis N., had an arrogant and sarcastic attitude that completely ruined the moment. I asked a simple question about whether the toast came with butter, and her response was sarcastic: "I don't put it on, the cook does." Obviously, I understand she's not the one cooking, but as a customer I was just trying to understand how the food is prepared so I could order correctly. I tried to continue asking respectfully, explaining that it was my first time there and that I wanted to know if the breakfast came as a combo or included potatoes, and again her response was sarcastic, as if my question was ridiculous. It's very uncomfortable when, as a customer, you're made to feel ignorant just for not knowing the menu. Even more so at 8 in the morning, when you expect to start your day with a pleasant experience--not a negative attitude. The reality is that service is just as important as the food, and in this case, both failed. It doesn't matter how good the product might be if the customer service is this poor. I'm giving it 1 star only. They should seriously reconsider the kind of staff they have interacting with customers. Customer service is not optional--it's essential.
